BidFuel Auction Success Kit Description

The BidFuel Auction Success Kit is a business opportunity membership that claims it can help people earn an income online. The Bidfuel claims that it can help you make money from eBay with little investment and easy to locate products. The kit is free and includes a guide and CD that helps you get set up and started.

BidFuel Auction Success Kit Detailed Overview

Ebay is one of the biggest online companies now. It has a vast network and attracts millions of visitors every day. For that reason, many people have started eBay businesses with many success stories being told. This started a whole industry that catered to helping people make money on eBay.

BidFuel Auction Success Kit is one of these guides that offer you a free kit to help you get started with this huge auction sites. The kit is free as long as you pay the $1.97 in shipping fees. This also enrolls you into the company’s monthly program in which you are charged $39.95 a month.

I ordered the course to see what it was all about. They promised that it would arrive in 3-5 days but I received it in 8 days which was a big negative for me. The company starts charging you 2 weeks in after you order the free kit so this left me 6 days to go through the material. There is no refund after the 2 weeks so you have to make sure you cancel before that period if you don’t want to get charged.

I looked through the kit and found that it was a nicely packaged CD sleeve with a 2 CDs inside. The first CD contained an audio interview that explained how the eBay business worked. The second CD contained 9 books that basically taught you how to get started with eBay and a few guides that were great resources.

While the CDs were pretty solid, I found out that some of the books were resale right products being sold by Internet marketers. I found these books very outdated and of poor quality. The company offers resources on finding products, eBay books, tutorials, and tools to enhance your listings if you decide to stay on.

I found the membership benefits below average. You’re given a wholesale list, another bunch of resale right ebooks, and a few video tutorials on marketing on eBay. There are tools that help you do some research but it was not on par with the big ones in the market like TeraPeak and HammerTap. It was very basic compared to those tools.

I wasn’t impressed by the content at all. You can get better training on many free sites and again, many of the ebooks were outdated. They simply weren’t worth wasting my time with. There are also many wholesale membership sites that charge you once and give you a wealth of companies you can dropship with and buy in bulk from.

Note:  If you're on IM Report Card because you're looking for a way to make money online, then you should check out our top recommendation.  It's the best method we've found that anyone can use to earn income online.  Click here to learn more!

BidFuel Auction Success Kit Reputation

In final, I do not recommend the Bidfuel Auction Success Kit. You can get better resources and a membership to some killer eBay tools for less than $39.95 a month. Many customers have also complained about the content and the shady billing practices. There is no refund if you don’t cancel within the 14-day trial period so you’re stuck with the bill if you forget. You should avoid this one as there are great wholesale membership sites, better eBay tools, and better training available elsewhere.

They sent me dud products twice

I was told that I could get the Bid Fuel Auction Success kit just for paying $1.95 shipping and handling. They sent me the kit. It turned out to be a small cardboard folder with two compact discs inside. On the inside, it had a list of topics that the compact discs covered. It looked good, especially the part about Drop Shipping.

But when I put the compact disc into my CD player, it turned out to be a blank. No sounds came out. I called the Bid Fuel company and told them that the CD they sent me was a dud. They promised to send me a replacement, which they did. But the replacements were blanks too. What good is a CD if there is no sound coming out of it?

Of course, they also signed me up for a program at $39.95 a month without my permission. I'm not going to call them up and fight with them about it. I'm just going to call the credit card company and have them cancel the charges, if not this month, then for upcoming months.

My experience with Bid Fuel

A few years ago I got the cd about bid fuel. I wanted to sell on ebay. The information seemed okay but I was new to Pay pal. Someone ordered a blue tooth phone from me which I was to get from a drop shipper. The person who bought the phone from me was not very sympathetic and gave me a hard time about pay pal putting my account on hold. My mistake was that I assumed Bid Fuel would deduct the money for the blue tooth from my pay pal account. Instead they claimed to send out the blue tooth. But I kept getting emails saying the tracking code was bogus and there was a back order of blue tooth phones supposedly. The front end service was okay but I got the run around with the shipper. Therefore the person who ordered the bluetooth and did not receive it called me a liar and a scammer. He gleefully got my account with ebay suspended. All I got was a "Sorry About that" response from the shipper. I have since got my ebay account reinstated. I recommend staying away from Bid Fuel.

Wasn't the best

I ordered the trial BidFuel Auction Success Kit a while back. The trial lasted about 14 days and that was where everything fell through. The trial period did not give me enough time to get started. It arrived in like 7 days and then I had to go through and read everything to make sure that I was understanding it correctly. Well after all of that, it was time to pay the monthly fee of $40 without me even making a dime yet. I decided to hurry and cancel because I still was unsure of everything that I needed to do and did not want to "jump the gun" on anything. I rated this site a D because I thought that it was pretty lame that they only gave you a certain amount of time to start earning money before you have to give them all of yours. Just be careful and make sure that you do research on them first.

Scam in my opinion

I ordered a few years ago. They automatically sign you up for another program which double charges you if you use your debit or credit card. This is basically another lame drop shipping and wholesale program that is impossible to make money with because prices are to high to sell for the minimum price this company demands then make profit of your own.

This Is Not Free

I ordered this “free” packet. I was highly disappointed. The information contained in the books were a total no brainer and the CD was just stupid. Then I found out that when I used my credit card for the shipping and handling, they were charging me for something like $30 for service charges. I didn’t see or read anything about service charges.

When I called to get that straightened out, their customer service lady was very rude. She treated me like a moron. I had one real big fight on my hands to get the charges reversed. All this for something that was supposed to be “free. ” I don’t recommend this product.

A nightmare

This is one of the purchases I regret ever making. I paid for an item that I received after three weeks only after contacting them and letting them know that I had not received their CD. I received the package on a Thursday and by Tuesday my card had been charged for two months. You would think I would be getting one month free and not get charged for something that I had not even gotten the chance to use. At the end they claimed that the item had been sent on time and that 14 days were over and that the only mistake they were willing to make was the second month.

Hated it - can't believe I bought into it

I feel like I just wasted my money paying their small shipping fee. All the information you're given isn't anything you can't figure out absolutely free if you spend a little time on the internet. It's just another way to try to get you to pay monthly fees to let the rich people behind the program get even richer. The next time I buy something like this I'll do a lot more research on my own first. My cd is now a coaster on my coffee table.

Worthless Program – States the obvious

This program in my opinion is worthless and is know where near worth the money I payed for it! The program pretty much just explains the ‘common sense’ elements of online auctions. I failed to find one thing that I didn’t already know from this program. As for the kit, there are numerous free online tools that do what this kit does. I requested my money back for the reason that I believed it was worthless, and was ignored, I didn’t receive a response. This shows that the website has poor customer support. The website itself does appear appealing and it did make me curious to what the tips were that this company was advertising.

What a waste!

I bought into this scam and received the CDs in the mail. I inserted them into my computer and they were worthless. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them for paperweights. Too bulky and they really need to go out with the garbage... The information contained gave me no idea of where to go with it. User friendly was not on their mind when they wrote that one. Scamming unsuspecting people must have been the only thing they were thinking of...

Near scammers

I ordered the free kit and paid the shipping. The ebay info was "okay". I tried canceling after a couple days and they just told me they can't. I kept calling but they would not let me cancel until at one point they just changed their mind after some "negotiation". They still charged me for an extra month though, I would never do business with them again..

Not remotely worth the cost

It's a little disingenuous to talk about the FREE KIT they're offering and then charge two bucks for shipping, but okay, a lot of places do that. Same for the promises about how much you can make through eBay, I suppose, although that veers closer to scam territory. I had some problems getting the site to accept my credit card in the first place--not sure why--but it eventually did go through fine. The actual materials took longer to reach me than they should have, too, although that could be blamed on where I live; like the reviewer, I didn't have much time to go over the ebooks. That didn't matter a whole lot, though, because while the information was useful, it wasn't anything I couldn't have found elsewhere for free--and more importantly, the membership in BidFuel was absolutely not worth $40 a month. That includes some ebooks, which I guess is helpful but still not worth the money; access to a warehouse where you can buy supposedly discounted stuff to sell (which will only make you a profit if you can actually sell it at the retail price, and I doubt it); and a listing wizard that just makes your listing a little fancier than eBay normally does. Again, that's fine... but for $40 a month? No way. At least they do state right up front how to contact them to cancel; some companies really make you hunt for their phone number.

Never Received My Kit

I ordered this kit about a year and a half ago and only paid the shipping. I was anxious to see what it all contained and how I could succeed on Ebay. The kit never arrived to this day. I contacted customer service and all they told me was that anyone who places an order always receives the kit. I tried to explain that this wasn't the case, but I ended up losing the battle. I also did not like that this company charged my credit card for three months worth of monthly charges, even though I had canceled. After the first charge they assured me I would not be billed again, but sure enough I was billed the second time and it continued. I would have to highly recommend that you not purchase this product. I don't think you will get your kit, but you will indeed get billed. I would have to give this program and the company a big thumbs down.

They're So Great I Signed Up Twice:(!

Well, not at all... lol! This program is terrible, but at least customer service is easy to convince! Both times I was able to cancel only after I had about 3 months free service! I kept calling to cancel but they kept insisting that it's a great program and was giving me 14 more days to try it 3 times straight! This happened both times I signed up!

Obviously, I didn't sign up for the far from great program they offer! The cheesy ebooks that you pay shipping and handling for which I don't understand; why are you paying for them to send something that you can download from the site? I'm still lost on that! But I encountered them through offer sites and apparently they're owned by a bigger company that does quite a few of these garbage programs!

The coaching seems to never happen, though they kept saying someone would call to get me started, never heard from the person; so of course I eventually canceled after I decided I didn't want to forget one day to call and get the nice $40 charge on my credit card!

This is another joke of a service, and like mentioned above there is a lot of free information on the same stuff online! Ok, even if you want to pay, there is information much much cheaper!

At least the reviewer got theirs

Two years later and I'm still waiting for mine! But BidFuel didn't mind helping themselves to two months worth of fees from my debit card, which they charged at once! This used to be one of the often seen offers that was on freebie sites, back when I was new to the project payday method. Anyway, I was green about offers, and figured that I wouldn't be charged since I never received the product.

WRONG AS SIN ON SUNDAY

When I noticed the $60 plus dollars missing from my account later that month, I immediately called the number associated with the charge. After waiting for a good 10 minutes, it took another 20 to explain to the person that I never received the disk and they had charged me not once, but twice when it had only been a month. Basically the operator alluded that since I never called to check on why I never got my disk, then they weren't obligated to return the money.

Eventually, I had to file papers with my bank in order to force them to reverse the charges.

My opinion of BidFuel, many places where you can get the same information, both free and paid, and definitely without the hassle these guys give. I'm surprised it's still around, but avoid it at all costs.
