From Home Data Entry Description

From Home Data Entry is a company based out of Seattle, Washington (according to their website). This program is suppose to supply their members with data entry jobs that are worth $10 for each completed assignment. They are offering a free trial where you can do seven assignments and make $70 dollars before you decide whether or not to join. That is about all of the informaton contained on the website before you join, they do not even allow you to contact customer support with additional questions before you sign up as a member.

From Home Data Entry Detailed Overview

I signed up for From Home Data Entry (for the free trial) to see what it entailed. The sign up process was fairly simple, just a name and email address. I received my confirmation email and went to the site to check out my free seven assignments. Unfortunately not one of the seven links worked, so I could not ascertain the exact nature of the assignments. But, below the links was another link that mentioned additional assignments and payout, so I clicked it.

This link took me to a purchase page, where I could purchase additional assignments. They had three packages to choose from, and after reading a little further down the page I found out that I could not a) use the money made in my free trial (if it were working) to pay for the packages and b) that I could not request the $70 I had earned (if I had been able to) without purchasing a package. So, I decided to look at the packages. The small package consists of 100 assignments (for a value of $1,000) and it cost $24.95. The large package consists of 400 assignments (for a value of $4,000) at the cost of $49.95. Or the combination package (large and small packages combined) for $59.95.

Not too much more information is contained on the website, other than the fact that they pay out by Paypal. There are a few testimonials on the page, one shows a $970 Paypal payment while another shows a picture of a man holding a check (thought they only paid out by Paypal) with a large happy grin on his face. I don't know what the assignments entail and I don't have any verifiable information on the minimum payout required.

Note:  If you're on IM Report Card because you're looking for a way to make money online, then you should check out our top recommendation.  It's the best method we've found that anyone can use to earn income online.  Click here to learn more!

From Home Data Entry Reputation

There is a lot of negative comments on this website. One person tried it out and after getting to the $1,000 minimum payout (according to her) received an email stating that each of her assignments would have to be reviewed to make sure there was nothing amiss. That the process could take 2-3 weeks and if she requested another payout within that time it would slow down the process. Other paying members stated that they have not received any payments at all. I recommend that you practice due diligence with this program, do the free trial assignments (if you can) and if you decide to try out a paid membership go with the smallest, it will get you to the payout minimum and allow you to test the program without too much investment.

Do not trust this site

These people also own the site Secret Home Data Entry. Same scammers. They provide fake paypal screenshots to get people to sign up. I got scammed $50. I did all the assignments, they promised $2000 after 60-90 days, nothing came. Do not trust this site. Waste of money, worthless!

I recommend Empower Network

It is helpful

I tried many work from home data entry jobs. But they all are scams. But when I heard of this data entry work from home opportunity I thought it is also a scam. I researched it over the internet and I found that it is a legitimate online data entry job that gives their members a trial to earn 70 $. I signed up for a free account and I really earned some money from it. thanks

From Home Data Entry is a SCAM ! Don't fall for it

When I was searching for internet earning options, I came across "From Home Data Entry". After trying the sample websites for review, I became a paid member after I felt the company would be a genuine one since Tina Cooper would regularly reply to my mails and also her mails had her address and contact number.

After completing more than 400 websites when my earnings had reached more than 4000 USD, I requested for payout via check. That was when all communications from Tina Cooper stopped. On trying through the online scam detection company, she was forced to reply to me which was not helpful in any way. First she began by saying she had sent me the check and on requesting for details of the check she replied saying they cannot pay me for my reviews as the reviews were not complete!

Tina Cooper and From Home Data Entry are both SCAMS! They make you pay and make you work for them free. Beware!

Got the lesson - no to data entry jobs!

I have got a big lesson from this site that I should never get fooled by these kind of scams.

They first lured me with the 7 free assignments and made me buy their pack of 100 assignments to review the different website.

I spent more then 40 hrs. filling those review sort of templates for different web sites. Once I filled all the assignments and submitted those, then only they revealed that I will get paid only after 8 weeks time.

What a waste of time, energy and money! It went over 3 months and I never received money, neither did they replied my e-mails. I wish some one could expose them in big way and make them pay for fooling people for their hard earned money.

Such a waste of time - the website is so deceiving!

I signed up with fromhomedataentry.com in December, 2009, and was extremely excited to proofread/edit the websites. I love this type of work and took it very seriously and treated it as honest employment. After completing the first 7 free assignments, I did purchase a package of 100 assignments and begin working on them. Once I had completed 12, I decided to "test" the legitimacy prior to proceeding with further time and effort. My payout was requested, and the company informed me that they only showed payout for 9 assignments. I followed through with requesting payout ONLY to then learn that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive payment. YOU ARE NOT informed of this until a payout is requested. Three months later, I begin emailing from home data entry and to date (11/07/2010) I have NEVER received a response to any of my dozens of emails. During the past nine months I have also left about a dozen of messages on their "answering machine", which is a generic recording, such as one that is pre-installed on your phone. IM Report Card is the most informative site I have ever found, and I now check out any online program with IM Report Card before wasting my precious time and money. Based upon my experience, From Home Data Entry AND Tina Cooper are scams and need to be stopped. Shame on you, Tina Cooper.

My experience of from home data entry

A few weeks ago I signed up with the from home data entry company. I successfully completed my 7 trial assignments, but on requesting payout I learned that I had to buy at least one of the packages before getting paid for the trial assignments. The support was fantastic. I received a reply email within 24 hours each time I contacted them. So when I had completed my 100 assignments I was told the payout process will take between 6 to 8 weeks to complete. I complained that this was not mentioned in their FAQ, they still replied saying I should be patient, i will hear from them as soon as my account is ready. It's almost 3 weeks now and I'm patiently waiting for it. If I do get paid, I'll come back to post another comment.

This is absolutely a scam!

I was searching for a straight forward way to earn some money on line.

When I found From-Home-Data-Entry on the "scam free zone" I felt safe and ended up buying two assignment packages. This company is not legitimate and now that I'm requesting the $1530 that their own members area states they owe me, they have disappeared. They did not even bother trying to inform me that the work was "rejected" by the companies they represent as they have done with many others; they just stopped responding to my e-mail inquiries and their phone number is not legitimate. If you have been scammed by them, report it to PayPal and to www. IC3. gov as I have. Maybe if they have enough negative reports they will be put out of commission or even better get thrown in jail. PayPal is interested in hearing from you if this company owes you money, so let them know.

Completed 107 of their assignments

I purchased a package of 100 website review assignments plus the "free' seven assignments that they use to lure people in. I put a lot of time and effort into doing a better than average job in completing these, and was charged $25 for the privilege of working from home. I finished these on May 17th of this year and just now, after eight weeks... I finally get word back from them; that their organization felt none of the 107 were up to their "specifications". At least, 125 hours of work and $25 down the drain. Somebody really should put this scam out of business.

Sometimes it is worth to check your spam... I found the Report Card!

I signed up for this website in December 2009 and very fast finished

free 7 assignments. When I couldn't find any links to request my payment, I e-mailed them: "It seemed your Web is Big scam!" They were so insulted! "You jump to conclusions too fast! We Are NOT a Scam! We pay to all our members!"... and I was so stupid... I bought 100 assignments... I was waiting for my payment for 8 weeks... I didn't get any money because I "didn't follow the terms"... I did, but they changed the terms! Again I sent e-mail and got this "If you feel that the companies have denied your payout request in error then we will be more than happy to recover the funds for you. In order for us to recover your funds you just need to complete the following ... " But

yesterday I found the link for this Report Card. I won't waste my

time and money for this Scam.

Thank you, guys! I learned my lesson. floridasun7

Yet another scam

I went against my normal practice and paid for this site's assignments. I went through all the assignments quickly and efficiently. I checked the terms of agreement and abide by all requirements to get paid. The assignments were very easy and I was able to look over the individual sites and review them with careful consideration. I checked my spelling and my grammar during each review I did. I submitted my work and after waiting seven weeks, I received an e-mail stating that my work was rejected because I did not abide by the terms of the agreement. I attempted to contact Tina Cooper and learned that I could redo the assignments but I would have to buy them again. I feel like I was scammed on this site because I did everything they asked of me and my work was still rejected. Lesson learned again, don't pay for work!

Another SCAM written all over it

The free trial that can make you 70$ was just mouth watering so I gave it a go. I found this site a few weeks back as I was doing some research on the topic "data entry jobs" and the free trial to make 70$ was just tempting so even though there were going to scam me or not, it's well worth it to really try them out. So I signed up and started working on the assignments instantly, and to my surprise I actually could access them. So I quickly completed their assignments and submitted them, of course I made sure that my grammar and spelling were correct so I did dedicate some of my time for this. But alas, til today, I've tried every way to contact them and there has been no response whatsoever from their support team. So, I gave up and only lost time. Good thing I tried just the free trial, who knows what could have happened if I tried to buy the other assignments ? Really worthless for me and I hope other people don't waste their time here.

Why? because I needed the money

The Home Data Entry with it's free trial and 70 dollars sounded like a great opportunity to make money. I jumped at the chance. I was wrong. I signed up, did the work and I am still waiting to get paid. I have a nice tidy sum just sitting there and I cannot access it. I have contacted them and I just keep getting told that it will take a few weeks for them to review. So I wait and NOTHING happens. My advice is simple do not pay to be paid. I am out of pocket with nothing to show for the hours I put in. Do not be fooled people.

Free 70 dollars attracted me

When I first saw an ad for this site I was interested in the fact I could earn 70 dollars on their free trial. Well I decided to sign up straight away with the idea of using the 70 dollars to buy more assignments and build up a decent amount of money after being scammed by so many sites. Boy was I wrong, firstly I couldn't access the 7 assignments, so I contacted them about it, then whilst waiting for the reply that never came I found out I couldn't use that 70 dollars to buy more assignments. Stupidly I decided to take a chance and buy the smallest pack, oh how I regret that now, did all the assignments, checked them for spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes then submitted them, and guess what? no money. I wish I had checked here first but that's life... avoid this site at all costs and always check im report card before joining any site as I do now.

Don't be fooled , this doesn't work !

I found a link to this site on a blog that I read, I liked the idea of working at home, I payed and worked, But I didn't get any money back !

I also got to know that the site "scamfreezone. org" and all the sites listed in it are all scams run by the same person. I sent them many emails but no one ever replied to me. I read at ripoff report that the site is a total scam. They even have fake payment photos from paypal. Please don't fall into this thing !

So this proves it again, Don't pay to work !

An utter scam

I've been trying to look for data entry jobs for a long time and have yet to come across a legit website. I found from home data entry and was again pulled in by the amount of money you can make. I decided to try their free trial, like others on this website, I found that the links to the assignments didn't work. This was my first and only warning. The fact that all the links weren't working showed lack of professionalism to me and made me think twice of paying for it. Now after reading all these comments I am very glad that I didn't sign up to this scam. I just feel really sorry for those who expected a big payout and got nothing for all the work they did.

Be Advised! Stay Away From This Site!

It's sad to know that this site can continue to operate on the internet. Their only motivation is to get your money, period. You will never get paid! They will use any so-called valid excuse not to pay you after the hours and hours you spend working on these emails you were suppose to get paid for. After sending numerous emails about getting paid, their response was that my emails didn't meet their requirements.

Just one more thing, I have not heard of one person who has been paid by this site!

I Had To Pay To Work

The first thing I noticed about the site was it looked like my 7 year old nephew built it. It had little to no information about the work or the opportunity. That should have been my first clue. But I signed on anyway and soon realized that I was going to have to pay for data entry jobs. The more the job paid, the more you paid for it. After I found out that I wouldn’t get paid until I reached a thousand dollar payout, I quit. I only did one job that cost me $20 bucks, but I never got paid for it. Go Figure.

Don't give them your money

I stumbled upon “From Home Data Entry” one day while searching the Internet for other work from home jobs. After finding a message board talking about this “opportunity” or scam. I checked it out.

I was very disappointed with the outcome of “From Home Data Entry”. Their homepage has virtually no information. The testimonials on their website seem a little scripted and made up.

I signed up for the free trial, and made no money at all, only offers that required me to pay to get an assignment. My first thought was, why should I have to pay to get a job?

To be eligible for a payout I learned I had to have $1,000, which to me seems a little unreasonable. Luckily, I decided to do some more research on Google about this company before giving them any money. It’s another one of those companies that appears too good to be true. I would suggest you save your money.

Utter Scam

Let me warn you all, this is utter scam. I lost more than close to 50 $. When I initially joined I got seven assignments worth 10 $ each and I was so happy that I finished it in 3 days. I requested them for the payment. Even after repeated emails to customer support I did not got any reply from them. Few days after, I got an email from them stating that I can earn huge amounts of money if I can purchase their starter pack for 24 $. I did it and completed the assignments in 5 days. I was so happy with my earnings that I again purchased a starter pack worth of 24 $ and did my work diligently. Now I have almost 2000 $ in my account. I again sent an email for them to get cashout. To my utter dismay they sent me an email that they will review my work and let me know in 2 weeks. I waited patiently. It’s almost 3 months now and even after repeated emails I haven’t heard anything from them. I strongly request you guys to please not join this site, they are bunch of scammers scamming innocent people.

Another scam

I joined From Home Data Entry hoping I will find some legit data entry jobs. Unfortunately this turned out to be another scam. When you subscribe they give you the opportunity to complete 70$ worth of free data jobs. When I wanted to cash out they told me I have to purchase first for 45$ some data entry jobs. I never received any payment because I refused to pay for anything. I think this is a very big scam. They just want to trick people into paying the 45$ and they never give you the opportunity to earn any money. I advise everybody to stay away from this.

Earn $2.000 a month with online writing!

Please don't get involved with them

Please don't fall for this scam site. This is exactly what realdataentry.net did. You review a website and get paid $10. Your account has to reach a really high payout before you can request payment. Once you request payment, you will either never hear from them or they will email you and say that your work was wrong or incomplete and you won't be paid.

This is the same company as realdataentry. net they are just using a different name. Please save your money because you won't get paid by them.

This is a scam site!

I have looked for legit data entry jobs for a while now and I came across From Home Data Entry being advertised on one of my PTC sites. I decided to complete the free trial in which they allow you to earn $70 worth of free data jobs. After the first 7 jobs I was told I had to purchase a package of jobs for $45 before I could cash out. I went ahead and purchased a package from them and completed more jobs. When I was finally ready to cash out I made the request and received nothing after a week. All of my attempts (5 total) to contact an admin or site owner never received a response back. A scam and a very disappointing experience. I hope my review will help others from making the same mistake, they make it very luring at first but then waste your time and money!

Do NOT Fall For This!

I did, and I've paid the consequences, which is $24.95 to be exact. I'm a stay-at-home mom wanting to become a full-time WAHM, so in the beginning I looked on data entry as a potential source of income. After all, what's so hard about data entry? I know now that it's not the job per se that is hard. It is looking for legit data entry jobs that is a pain in the you-know-what. There aren't any genuine data entry sites who accept users from my part of the world, and if they do, rest assured that they are scam. From Home Data Entry is no exception to the rule. At first I was ecstatic that there was a free trial, so I did them, and they seemed easy enough to do, which was why I took a leap of faith and purchased an assignment package. I have done all the one hundred assignments they gave me and waited for them to give me my earnings. Three months of silence on their end. Am I impatient? I think not. I've done a research on them because I had this nagging feeling that I won't see my earnings, and it turns out the owner is associated with a bunch of other scam sites. Why didn't I do this research BEFORE I paid them is beyond me, and it's a lesson I learned the hard way.

Attention! Read below

After reviewing everyone's comments about the business, decided to email them yesterday 12/7/09. I have copied and pasted the emails they sent me.

Email #1:

Hello,

Just as our terms clearly state, the fee is non-refundable. To send you the assignments and do all the work to other them together and send them to all 100 companies costs us the same amount of money whether or not you follow the terms or not.

From our end it makes no difference whether or not you follow the terms, because it costs us the same amount of money. Now we cannot afford to go through all of that again because then we would lose money, just because you failed to follow the terms.

Thank you,

Complete and Utter Scam

So I saw this website on Google and foolishly didn’t check here first. I thought it just sounded so good. Well, I should have stuck with the age old adage of “If it’s too good to be true, it probably is”. This thing is just another absolute scam. I should have thought of this before I signed up, but other companies that pay you for data entry pay you far less than this does for far more work, which should have set off some alarms right off the bat. But instead I signed up, and did a whole bunch of assignments. So basically, whoever owns this site got a whole bunch of free labor off of me and got my money too. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owner of this site, but no luck yet, and I will probably never be able to. Stay away from this site!

I've been doing internet marketing for quite a few years now, and I thought I'd come over to this site to help some other people out, don't really have anything else to do with my time now that it's all automated.

Never do it again

I always was curious with data entry jobs and wondered if they really worked so I invested in From Home Data Entry. Their website talked up a good game and had me really impressed. I was really thinking I found something really legit. I soon found out I was wrong.

None of the free links worked for me so that was a complete disaster. I emailed support and told them the problem and they said they would look into it. Well I was really desperate for money at the time so I went ahead and paid $24.95 for 100 assignments. I figured the free links that didn't work was just a small error on the site and support would email me within a few hours to let me know they were working. Well they never emailed me back.

Anyway I went on to complete my 100 assignments within 3 days, and I was super excited because I knew I had just made a $1000! When I requested payout they told me they're in the process of checking my assignments and payment will be sent. 3 days later I still had no payment, so I emailed to check the status and never got a reply. I emailed 2 more times and still nothing.

I fell for a scam with From Home Data Entry. The only people that are getting paid in my opinion is the company itself!

100% Scam!

This company used to be known as Real Data Entry back when I joined them in May 2009. They said I should try their program for free for one week, where they send you sites to review and fill in a form. After seven days I was very impressed and decided to sign on as a full time data entry worker. I completed 200 sites reviews and when I requested for payout, they said it takes 2-4 weeks to process. Today is 3rd of December and I still haven't been paid, seven months now. I tried getting my money back but had no luck. This company is actually based in Finland and they claim their offices are in Nebraska which is utter bull. They changed their name from Real Data Entry to From Home Data Entry after numerous people made complaints of them. If you go to Rip Off report they are like the headline scam there.

My advice: RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM AS YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID. THEY OWE ME $2,000 WORTH OF WORK AND I HAVE NOT SEEN A CENT OF IT. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Never fall for this scam

I have been searching for a scam free data entry job for quite a long time. I especially love data entry jobs just because I love typing and they’re simple works and every website has it that, we can earn lot of money from it. So as I was surfing the net and one day I came across this website. I really liked the simple look of the website and they had Paypal proofs posted in there. Also I saw the words 100% Scam Free and they looked like very good helpful people. All these made me believe them and I joined there. I was given the 7 trial assignments. I clicked on each links. But none of them worked for me. Maybe it depends on the country, although they have mentioned anyone can join. This made me give up and I was glad that I never paid for the other assignments; otherwise I would’ve lost my money for this scam. All I did was I just wasted my precious time.

Conclusion:

This site is truly a scam. So please stay away from them. Too good to be true sites seems to be scams. Most of the data entry jobs are not legit, as I’ve tried many of them and nothing turned out successful yet.

Don't Be Fooled By This One

I signed up for this a few months ago, hoping that I might have found a legitimate home job. I did the assignments, I did think that it was a little strange that all of the sites to be reviewed were ones that I had previously seen advertising get rich quick schemes, and a google search had shown a lot of bad reviews for all of these sites. Anyway, I carefully checked them for spelling and grammar errors, answered all of the questions and followed all directions I was given. I then found out that I needed to make a purchase in order to be paid for these 7 free reviews. Once again I did everything I was asked, answered all questions, and followed instructions to the letter. I was told payment would take 6-8 weeks, that was almost 3 months ago. To date, I have still not been paid, please don't be fooled by this one.

Work at home scam

I thought I found a legitimate at home job. So I did the seven assignments and then when I finished I decided to pay 19.95 for 100 assignments because I was guaranteed 10 per assignment and 70 for the trial ones so that would end up being 1,070. So I stayed up half the night doing the 100 assignments and I thought I would get paid right away, but then they tell me that I have to wait 6-8 weeks before I can get paid because they have to wait to get paid from there advertisers. So I waited and then finally just yesterday I emailed them and they told me there not paying me anything because I didn't follow the directions. So I told them I wanted my money back and I haven't heard from them since. I would not want any one to do this job because it's a scam and when you think it's too good to be true, it is.

Don't say it's free if it's not!

Yes they just may pay $10 per assignment, and your first 7 assignments are part of a free trial, which was a complete misunderstanding for me. I was thinking I would get to do the first 7 assignments, get paid and decide whether I wanted to continue working with Home Data Entry or not. What I have come to find out is that this site makes it seem as though you will receive pay for the first 7 assignments you complete as a free trial offer. But in order to cash out your payment, they force you to become a member with them for about $25. I didn't respect that, because I can't stand for something to be misguiding as Home Data Entry. Don't say it's free if it's not.

I would not recommend this website to anyone!

I saw this website and thought to myself it sounds legit and very easy to do, so I signed up. What I did not realize was the fee you have to pay in order to keep getting assignments. I was thinking about paying that fee, but I had been a member of another website with the same name, different people. I did upgrade on the other website and did all 100 assignments and was waiting on my pay. I sent them an email and they said I did not follow instructions so I am not getting paid.

I was not happy at all. So, when I saw the Home Data Entry website, I did sign up. I did a couple of assignments and stopped when my trial was over. I decided I was not going to get scammed again.

I will never waste my time again!

I signed up with and was immediately informed that I had 7 assignments paying $10 per assignment. Without even hesitating I clicked on all of the assignments and completely each one as though I would receive a grade. I just knew that I had finally found the site that would allow me to supplement my income from home. I was wrong because I never received my $70 pay out for my 7 assignments.

I even paid for the additional assignments because I was told my $70 pay out could not be made until I purchased additional assignments. The smallest package was $24.96 for 100 assignments. I still have not received my pay out for the 100 completed assignments I paid for or for the 10 completed assignments I received at sign up.

This is definitely a scam because after I did my research I found out that I wasn't the only one that lost my money thinking that you could pay money to make money. If they ask you for money then it's a scam. That's my new motto!

Just disappointed

I would like to comment on From Home Data Entry. I am very new to internet marketing so I saw this as a good opportunity because they gave an initial free trial of seven assignments. These all came to my inbox and all the links worked well. The assignment were pretty straightforward as you are given a standard format page for entering the data. After the initial seven day trial I was given the option of purchasing more assignments. The lowest amount was for 100 assignments which was about $24.95. I thought that this was a very small amount to pay since I would be getting $1000 after completion of the assignments. Anyway I purchased a pack of 100. I had some problems with some of the links so I was given a link for downloading the whole hundred assignments on to my computer. I would say that if you have plenty of time on your hands then this work could be for you because some the assignments are long and time consuming.

I just finished the set of 100 and was told I would be paid in 6-8 weeks since they have to review the assignments done. Personally I think this is unfair since I spent almost a month completing the work. If you need money urgently or you are not willing to wait for your payment then don't use From Home Data Entry. I will let you know when I get paid.

Not What I Hoped For

I also signed up for this site and was not able to access any of the assignments. Every link I clicked said "the page you requested could not be found". Can any one tell me if this site was recently launched and they are just having some glitches? I am trying to decide if I should keep trying.

Not for me

I had high hopes for this site when I first signed up. I never received all of the free 7 assignments. After a week I got an email from them saying if I had any problems to contact them, I did and I still haven't heard from them. As we all know any time you have to pay out money in order to make money more than likely it's a scam. I can't say 100% that this site is a scam but it has all the signs of one. After doing some research I found out that the same person that owned another data entry site which was exactly like this one but with a different name, that turned out to be a scam, actually owns FromHomeDataEntry. So I knew then to stay away. I wouldn't recommend this site to others. I would tell them to join at their own risk.

A Decent Site to Join

At first when I looked at From Home Data Entry I thought it looked like a waste of time. After reading all the reviews for it, I was quick to jump the gun and give it a low grade. But then I decided to try it out, and I actually like it. I did the 7 trial entries, and it was a breeze. I then purchased a pack via paypal that gave me 100 more to view and write about. Each one will give me $10 so if I do all 100 I will get $1,000. Not too shabby if you ask me. They have payment proofs as well, so that is really nice. I do think that after carefully looking, this is a legit site to join. After I finish the 100 entries, I will let everyone know if I got paid or not. Hopefully I do.

This Program Is Not Worth It

I signed up with this program a while back and really didn't read much into it at first. I went ahead and did my seven free surveys and then "bang" you have to pay more to get more. I then read more about the site on forums and other users were just as blinded by the site as I was. I never did pay to get more surveys from this site as it just did not make sense to me. Then I got to thinking about the $1000 payout limit and I should have know then that something was up with that. I have not come across one person in another forum or other site who has actually been paid by this site, let alone have a real check that clears a bank. I would encourage people to stay away from this site and they are taking money but known not to give it back out.

Work in my case

I recently signed up for this site not too long ago. It's not a terrible site like most people think. You get to try out seven free assignments that are each worth ten dollars and if you are satisfied, after the trial is up, you just pay a small fee to get more assignments. Compared to other data entry websites, you don't get opportunities like this to try out something for free and see what's it is like.. They always want you to pay up first and then the waiting period comes. Most people are saying this data entry assignment site is a scam but it's not.. You just have to have patience which some people don't. I received a check from them.

DON'T PAY Money To MAKE Money

I signed up for From Home Data Entry when I was a newbie in earning online and didn't know any of the above statements. Fortunately, since I was just starting, I had no money to "invest" on the site, so I decided to go for the free trial. First red flag? No means to contact customer support. It IS the single most vital sign that I looked for from sites since then. I learned that from this site early on, so I guess that's one thing I have to be thankful to the site for.

It turns out that I didn't have to go very far to have my first brush with a data entry company turn out to be a complete disaster. NONE of the "free" assignments link work. What DOES work is the link to the page where you HAVE to pay in order to get more assignments. Talk about coercing users to pay first. Since I was not even able to do them, that's as far as my experiences go with the site. If ever those links work and someone shows a credible proof of payment, I might just change my mind about them being a complete scam.

No problems

I tried the From Home Data Entry program and had no problems at all. All the links worked for the 7 free assignments, so I went ahead and signed up for the 100 assignment package. They all worked as well and were all legit sites. Once I completed each assignment it would tell me how much I had earned up to that point.

It took a while, but I went ahead and finished all 100 assignments and was a little disappointed when they said it would take 6-8 weeks to process because they had to get paid from these companies first. I emailed support and asked if this was a hit and miss deal to which they quickly replied "if you followed the simple instructions you will definitely get paid".

As of now I'm a couple of weeks into the waiting period, so I still have a ways to go. Of course all the payments are the same for everyone, because everyone gets paid the same amount. So for now I've been impressed, but the proof is in the pudding, we'll see if I do get paid.

A Wolf In Sheep's Skin

When I first found this site I was pretty skeptical, but thought I might as well give it a chance. They let you "try out" the site and you will make $70 while on the "free trial". I completed about 4 or 5 of the assignments, which got emailed to me everyday. What I noticed was that all the assignments were the same and they looked really fake. For example, the questions would be like, "List all the spelling errors in the website you just viewed. " This took about 2 hours because the website were very long, and I couldn't see how or why any company would pay someone to list spelling errors? So after noticing how every assignment was the same, and asking really stupid questions, I just decided it was a complete waste of time. The red flag for me was how you have to upgrade. This site is just another cheesy attempt to scam people!

Finally some reviews of FromHomeDataEntry

I am glad to finally find some reviews of FromHomeDataEntry, although from what I can see, no one here has yet purchased a kit and tried to reach payout.

I was successful in doing the trial kit of 7 assignments which I found very easy to do and very quick. Before committing myself to more however, I sent an email to customer service to find the answers to 2 questions: when can you request payout, and how long does it take once you do request payout to receive the funds. Although I did get 3 emails in response to my questions from customer support, none of the emails addressed my questions.

So, I am still searching for someone who has actually gone beyond the trial assignments to confirm whether this is a bona fide opportunity or yet another scam...

Work at Home in the 21st Century

Free and Powerful

Has S-C-A-M Written All Over!

I joined From Home Data Entry because of a friend who spoke highly of the site. Upon receiving my confirmation e-mail, I readily logged in to my account and completed 3 of the 7 trial assignments. Frankly, though, the data entry questions disappointed me. They were all the same for all 3 assignments I completed so my assumption is the remaining 4 were the same. Looking at the entry fields, one would feel overwhelmed because of all the large input fields. It was the sort of data entry site that one would not find fun but instead boring. Then when I tried to log back in to complete the remaining free trials and give the site the benefit of doubt, I couldn't open the links however much I tried.

The fact that you would also have to pay just to receive additional data entry assignments only ratified my fear that the site isn't trustworthy. As far as I'm concerned, data entry sites, along the lines of From Home Data Entry, which require any form of payment spells trouble. As for the friend who spoke highly of the site, she's still awaiting payout.

Cant even complete the 7 assignment

I join From Home Data Entry and I really can't work out why they have to give you 7 free assignment and not let you do the job. Since I join everyday I visit the site to try to complete the job but no success until now. I don't know if it's just me but I click on the assignment link and it's not even doing anything or even bring me to other page. I manage to open the assignment #1 but it only took me to another page and there I don't know what else I should do because one of the page that have the instruction just disappear when I click the link as instructed.

Also the fact that you have to buy the assignment to make money is I think it confirms it all that it is a scam. My advice to all is not to waste time on this site.

It Does Not Seem Like a Scam!

I am glad that this site is finally reviewed by the staff at this site. I put it in for review because I was genuinely concerned about getting paid for the 100 assignments I planned on completing. I was able to open the 7 Trial Assignments without any problem. I did have other problems and questions about the minimum payout involved and other details about the 100 Assignment package that I finally decided to get. The Customer Service department was very helpful and answered my e-mails promptly. I gave them some input about how they can make their website more user friendly by letting the people know some important information up-front. I read all the reviews by members, got scared and requested my payout after completing 30 assignments. I would have to wait for 2-4 weeks to get my check. (They do actually pay you by check if that is what you prefer!) They would also get back to me if they have issues with the assignments I posted in order to give me adequate credit. I will let everyone know in about 2-4 weeks whether or not they actually pay you. I wouldn't be quick to jump the gun and call them a SCAM yet. I would give them a chance to prove themselves! :-)

Another data entry scam!

This website is a scam. You will not be able to complete 7 data entry assignments. All of the links to click on to complete these assignments are broken. So I haven't had a chance to know if I could ever receive the $70. Also, it seems that the goal of the website is to scam people out of their money to pay for these data entry projects and then never pay people. I think the website looks extremely shady because there is no actual hiring progress. They don't test you to see if your qualified for this "job" and they don't give you a typing test or anything. That was another red flag sign to me. They just ask for your name and email address. The rest of the goal is to get you to use your credit card on line to purchase various data entry projects. It is tempting stating you can earn between 1,000-4,000 doing simple data entry. I did not bother to pay for anything since "free trial" really doesn't exist.

Definitely a scam site

Signed up for the 7 forms trial. It made me a good $70 but was not sufficient for cashout which I learned later on. The website is not well made with a "Charity Template" written sometimes on top of the window.

From my point of view it is definitely another scam site like many others that don't pay. Register at your own risk, and the price for membership is also quite high at $25 where you get only 100 surveys of 10$ each.

I warn you before hand to not join this site as it would mean a waste of precious time for you which you could invest in other activities.

Another Scam Site

I signed up for the free trial offer with this site because I wanted to find out whether the site was legitimate before I paid anything. I too found that the links provided to me were worthless.

I did not like the fact that the main page on the site was not up-front with everything either.. Sure, you can sign up for the free trial, but that $70 that you are promised to make isn't even enough to request payment, but you don't know that until you get farther into the site.

I have to say that I believe that this is just another scam site and my best advice to all is to stay very far away from it.

A Scam Indeed

I tried this site, just for the sake of the free trial and perhaps to also see if it was worth the effort. Basically, it's a waste of time, it's easier to review a site as a whole than it is on a form.

I don't like feeling like I'm going to be cheated, and I don't like that the site has a great big sign that says 100% Scam Free. I also don't like the testimonials, they are all supposedly different people yet all of them got paid the same exact amount, which I find hard to believe, especially on a site like this.

My time here resulted in time wasted and the feeling of being scammed and laughed at for being so foolish.

I'd like to know why should one have to pay to make money? One should never have to pay to make money, on any site! That's just the way I see it.

Do yourself a huge favor and don't fall for this one.
