I've used this site many times just to make some fun surveys for my site. there are a lot to things that are good about the site and then it as its bad things. when you join you can create a free account or a paid account. the one thing that i like was that it gave me options on how and what my survey would look like and how it would be set up. there really wasn't much that i didn't like. I'm currently trying to find out what else i can do with the site.

Survey Monkey is a great tool for businesses to use to gain marketing research. The basic service option is free and is a great option for small businesses on a budget.
