I signed up to ClickSense in effect to click & earn, I found the site to be a navigational Nightmare to start off with.

The 'Freebie' ads that are on the Capture Page really take away from the essence of PTC. So......Just Scrooooooooooooooool down to the bottom and enter to your Control Panel..(lol)

(nice way to get n00bs to click on free ads to eat up some views to the Advertiser)

Well although the + aspects to the site that others have positively stated are there, such as:

• Time in Operation
  Cheap Advertising Cost
  Good Referral %

Personally, The site is UGLY, the Clicks available to Free Members is maybe 1-3 Max. = $0.03 / day...then the Clix Grid
Amazing how when I first signed up there were like 10 ads to click and then I went to the Clix Grid and amazing how I won $0.10 my first visit....
25 visits later and ' 0 ' Nothing.

Yeah, changing the profile to perhaps get more Clicks out of the deal might work, but then it goes dry again.
As they so handily put it in their site messages. The Ads are placed and they get all CLICKED UP fast and then late comers are left with 1 and sometimes NONE at all.

THEN Why should I as a viewer of ADS have to pay them $10 to see more of what they are making by selling ads to their clients.

I get the 'Targeted Viewer' thing to avoid mass views to 'deadbeats' looking to make a quick $. I get that, I understand the purpose. Paying Clients want Paying Customers.

It is akin to someone wearing High Priced Clothing with some logo on it as a 'Fashion statement' but who is the idiot promoting someones business, wearing it on their sleeve so to speak? And Paying the Company to Promote the Company...N_#_K_E??? I refuse to wear anything name brand that is telling everyone else to buy the same. Unless I own Stock shares in that Company where do I gain by Advertising for them??

So I get referrals to their site, I get a piece, and then what?
Wait for 45-90 days to get my ROI back--by a Check from the U.S. to Canada??
They have to have their Admin. review my clicks, then tell the accountant to cut me a check, then--Mail it to me.
By the time I have burned Clicking/Promoting/and Referring and the Internet use/electricity/PLUS a STAMP to mail it + the people that deliver the mail, + the gas to drive to the Bank for $10 USD ...geez

Talk about waste of everything.

This goes for the many, many PTC sites that want you to UPGRADE for $xx.xx /Month/Year.
Site sustainability aside..Sites like NEOBUX have it right where you can take your earnings and place them back into funds to RENT/Upgrade within the system. - Saving much resources and Time, & energy in the process, as well as maintaining a 'Loyal' band of clickers that stay with it for the long haul--
Long enough to make some actual Profit from it.!!

Pay them to Upgrade to make $10 by Check..and everything else..Not worth the effort to promote as a Free Member anyway...waste of a referral, imo.

Clixsense is indeed a sincere waste of time unless you upgrade. I don't like the pay by check option, but I have been paid more than once since joining. I joined in February of 2009 and have been paid 3 times already, but of course I upgraded.

I joined the site July 30, 2009 and until now I only made $0.07!!! There is only one Ad per day and if you calculate it:
0.1 per day X 30 days = $0.3 That's $3.6 per year.
I have one referral and I don't think I'll invite anyone else to the site...
So does it worth it? I guess not.

Clixsense is legit .I've been a free member for over 2 years and have been paid twice.I don't think it's really very fair that they take money out of the check.I've been afraid to upgrade for fear it would totally be a joke. I don't see how you could ever make enough money working paid to click sites to support yourself even with a thousand referrals.I use the money I make for extra christmas cash.

Obviously getting a penny per click isn't going to add up to anything worth the time to earn it. The decent coin comes by referring people who upgrade and filling a matrix full of them.

But the affiliate plan claims if you refer 5 people per month, 3 who upgrade and this happens for 6 months I believe it is - you make $4,200.

Has nobody done this? According to their reports, some people refer over 100 people per day. Surely they would fill their matrix in no time. Has anyone done this? Please tell us if you have?

I am new to PTC so I've tried to do my homework. Since they are free to join I have join several that were recommended as solid sites. I also compared the terms of service. One of the things I'm finding is many of the sites have a lot of requirements and restrictions, this may be to encourage you to upgrade which could cost anywhere from $10 - $79 .

I prefer ClixSense because they have a simple system and more ads to click than most sites. As a standard member you are paid for the ads you click on and $2 per direct referral. Premium members are credited for direct referrals and $1 for all other referrals five levels deep. It's only $10 to upgrade to premium then you have the opportunity to build a downline. With a little marketing effort you can increase your profit potential substantially.

You well never make a profit worthwhile by just clicking on ads yourself. It seems to me the real money come from building a referral base and creating passive income by having 100's of people clicking ads and making pennies per day.

I just did a pretty long post on my blog as well as to why I found this site to be a waste of time in my opinion. It just isn't worth it. It takes too long to reach payout even after paying the upgrade fee, and what's worst is that since they pay by check, they charge you a $3 fee for check processing.

In PTC terms so to speak, $3 takes a lifetime to accumulate!

I registered to Clixsense about 2 years ago when PTC is rising in my community. Here i can say that clixsene is one of hundreds PTC programs that proved to pay. Honestly, i didn't continue to play PTC because it is time consuming but give small income for me.

However, if you are looking for PTC programs, Clixsense is recommended.
