I too, have been a member of Surveyhead for quite some time and although they offer a 5 dollar sign up, their cashout is extremely high compared to some other sites on the internet. A couple of times a week, I receive invites to surveys in my inbox, however most of them I do not qualify for. Seems like many people that I speak to about this the results are the same. Hope that something changes within the demographics, age or income levels within the surveys offered at the site so that it may benefit more users.

And I always get surveys from them, some of them can be done, some cannot be done, but overall, I can never get money from it. that's the really bad part about it. I've never gotten a withdrawal from them at all... So I would say, if you have joined this site, delete your account cause you won't get your money.

Hm, Survey Head. So far i am really liking this site. In like 2 days i reached $7.00 which was awesome. The problem here though, is there cash out amount is set at $25. That is a little high, i already have $9.00 pending but apparently it takes 2-6 weeks for it to clear
![]() I don't hate that though. I mean they have to check if your answers are legit so i cant blame them. Some surveys took as long as a half hour but payed about $3.00 which is good. One of the things that fascinated me about the site was the money options you get when you cash out(Check or Paypal), and the fact that you can get amazon gift cards with this(What i will probably end up doing) I shop at amazon a lot so that one will be a no brainer. If i can hit that $25 mark every month(VERY possible) i will definitely continue going to this site for a long time to come. If i had to rate this on a scale of 1-10 i would give it an 8. The best i have used so far.

I just started this site and this is what I know so far:
* Each survey is looking for a unique type of person to complete the questionnaire. There may be times when you dont qualify for a survey based on the answers you enter. The "Odds" percentage gives you an indication of how difficult it may be to qualify for that survey. The higher the odds, the greater the likelihood that you'll qualify for the survey. ** Cash is paid via the reward method selected at the time of cash out. Please refer to "My Rewards" page for a list of reward options. Here are some examples: SURVEY NAME/LINK % CHANCE TIME PAYOUT START Get Lucky! Start This Survey Now! 25% 20 Minutes $ 1.00 Start EASY Automotive Survey! 65% 15 Minutes $ 1.00 Start New Technology Profile Question 100% 1 Minute $ 0.00 Start EASY Entertainment Survey! 50% 15 Minutes $ 1.00 Start EASY Entertainment Survey! 50% 15 Minutes $ 1.00 Start New Survey Available! 5% 15 Minutes $ 2.00 Start So, I started clicking on each link. I only qualified for ONE of the above. Congratulations, you've just completed the survey! Your reward will appear under My Rewards as pending until a customer service representative validates the survey results. Your reward may remain pending for 2-6 weeks depending on the type of surveys. Look how long they say it could take to pay you for that survey! WOW>.. Here is the typical response you will get for 99% of the surveys after you have already finished them: We're Sorry. Unfortunately the survey you attempted has already reached the required number of participants. My question is this then..why did they post it to begin with if it had already reached maximum particiaption? We're Sorry. Unfortunately you did not qualify for that survey. ..and the page never loaded.. how did I not qualify? Very confusing! SO, needless to say, I don't recommend this site to anyone. |

I signed up for Surveyhead and have been at it for over 6 months. I accumulated a little over $40.00. I asked to redeem money when the balance was $34.00. I received an email that stated I had asked to redeem $10.00 and it was being processed. Needless to say, I contacted the support team (ha,ha). They informed me that I did ask for $10.00. We have been going over and through this for at least 2 months. Just about everytime I sign into my account, the balance will read $36.00; and when I log in, it will state that I just have $5.00, which was the registration fee when I signed up. I was informed after about a 5th email to them that I had two accounts and I had redeemed all the money from account. I emailed them that I only have one account that I log into everytime I sign in. I don't know what is up with them, but they have a very crappy support team who, I think, maybe need to take classes in service excellence and an IT team that need to take classes in maitaining sites. Unless it really is a scam and they just erase all of your hard work. I feel I have wasted months trying to qualify for surveys and the ones which I did qualify for, not being paid for them. I have canceled my account, but am still angry at the way I was treated by customer support and basically being called a liar. I know they can check to see if a payment went to paypal, which no it wasn't received into my paypal account. This is easy enough to check; so it just leads me to believe that they are getting paid by the organizations, but they aren't paying the survey takers.

If you have $36 and only shows $5 you may have amount pending. They will list what you have available and then how much more you need to cash out. its ll listed under your account information. I had $12.50, $6.50 pending, but I still needed 12.50 to collect. Its weird, but its on of the few sites that actually pays more than a penny at a time.
