It is very strange that this is the first comment regarding PRWeb on this site, given that PRWeb is everywhere on the internet.When you first register, the lowest level of entry is for those earning under $1million per year, and there are 5 levels above that up to a billion plus!! This seems very odd and unrealistic.

It is also my understanding that there is no quality control on what PRWeb pumps out. Fair enough I suppose on the other hand there are examples of those with money flooding the web with unproven products by unknown individuals.
