I attended their free breakfast just this last Saturday (today is Monday). It was just as everyone has said. Very fast talking charming speaker, pushy helpers, and never really provided any solid information a person can use on their own. I opted for the $48 licensing agreement -they are good at making you feel like you are just supposed to sign up -that it's expected. They were "honest" in that they told us right off the bat they were there to sell us a service. They answered a few of my questions, but you just had to know exactly how to ask so they are forced to not tiptoe around the answer. By the end of the hour and a half, I was still feeling OK about this and I was planning on calling in sick to attend their full day seminar on internet marketing. When I stopped on my way out for the MP3 player, they didn't have them. No biggie. The fine print said as much. After finding out the generic brand was only 1/2 gb and the ipod was 1 gb, I opted for the ipod. The guy practically threw the coupon in my face and said I had to pay them with a cashiers check or money order and how inconvenient that is and so forth. Not really if you have a bank account anywhere. He seemed very angry that I chose not to "order" the free MP3 player from their website. I'd rather pay $14.95 S&H for a 1 gb player anyway. After getting home, I started researching other companies online that do the same thing they do and found several services that are cheaper. Then it finally dawned on me to research this company. Low and behold I found DOZENS and DOZENS of very unhappy customers on this site. Thanks to IM Report Card's threads about Stores Online, I was able to cancel my license agreement before the 3-days was up, contacted my credit card company to block them from ever charging me and I won't waste a sick day. I am grateful to this site for this review service. I think it saved me a considerable headache. That's why I joined this group and why I'm telling my story.
