Default Comments Pending 24 hours +

I have 3 comments submitted, and 2 of them have been pending 24 hours

Also on the homepage, it says the total number of new comments being reviewed is 74, which it was yesterday! Is anybody actually approving them?

I look forward to any help

regards

While we strive to get comments read as soon as possible, please keep in mind that every single comment posted is read and reviewed by our moderators. We usually have A LOT of comments to go through. Having a comment pending for over 24 hours is a rare occurrence and should only happen every once in awhile or if we are particularly swamped that day. Please be patient with us! If you check our account, you'll see your comments have been read.

Also, the Home page details how many new REVIEWS are being processed, not comments. We go through hundreds and hundreds of comments each day.

I can imagine what your workload will look like

However, might I suggest a filtering of the comments from seasoned and new members?
After all once a comment is approved a member can use all features for grading, rating, commenting, etc... New members have to wait until at least one comment is approved.

So perhaps it may be a good idea to take the comments of new members first on at least 1 comment so they can move on. Just an idea. It maybe unworkable, but I thought I'd mention it anyway

Sorry, but it is unworkable for a few reasons. We have to read through the comments in the order they are received. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

I joined and wrote 2 comments and both have been pending for 14 hours already , guess I will check back in a few days when they have been approved *holds thumbs* as I can't do anything on this site till at least 1 comment has.

Default Same Problem

I have multiple comments posted on products I've used, and my referrals have done the same, yet everything is still pending and has been for close to 15 hours. I am still waiting for these comments to be approved, as I cannot do anything else on the site until they have been.

Usually, comment will pending 24+ hours if it's a weekend. Don't worry though, they never let the coment pending for more than 48 hours.

Default Ok

It has already been around 48 hours, I'm just very impatient that's all. Just getting a little excited to spend my money on some more advertising.

I've posted 4-5 comments on many products I've experienced and I've allowed 48 hours for it to process. It is still pending. If you are a moderator, could you please tell me what's going on? I know you're busy, but I'm getting very impatient.
