The problems with Home Website Center is that they do not offer many products to sale. Only a dozen or so. If you have thousands of people using Home Website to sell these limited products; the market becomes pretty saturated very quickly. For example I selected a product call, "Cure Your Snore". So I went to google for my site, and found dozen or so other Home Websites selling the same product. And the few products they do offer are marginal at best.
Also you cannot change the sites to make it better or more marketable. You have limited access to the sites. And then you end up purchasing all these upgrades. I have 60 days to at least get a refund on the Pro version. Which I plan to do unless I see some changes which probably will not happen. |

Just to let you all know: I received the Refund from Click Bank 2 days ago and for me that "book" is closed now.
Just an advice to everybody who's seeking Refund from Home Website Center: Start a dispute directly with Click Bank within the 60 days of Money Back Warranty! Or even better as fast as possible. Don't forget: It's Click Bank who warrant the Refund and NOT Home Website Center! Good Luck to all of you who are victims of that company and scammers. |

Following my post yesterday "Welcome to the Suckers club" my letter to Home website center .com
To Whom it may cocern, You are hereby notified that the product I have received is nowhere near what is portrayed on your website.Following further investigation, to my disgust and disapointment that ( Home website center ), (dot com ), (Home-online-jobs.org) is nothing more than an elaborate scam to extort money out of honest people.Having read so many reviews on imreport card.com they all confirm the underlying theme that reeks and has scam written all over it. I am hereby cancelling my association and that all monies in all currencies, that were debited from my visa card on January 10th and 11th be returned immediately as stated under your conditions of your refund policy.... I have been in touch with paypal, lodged a formal complaint with there disputes and resolution departments so the matter is under investigation.Paypal must also accept their share of guilt and their transactions policy overhauled as by way of channelling funds from honest people like me, to doing a proper assessment on the very organisations where money is transferred to. I expect that all monies owing be returned in the same speed with which it was deducted in the first place. And a word of warning I am not going to shift on my stance, there is no room for movement on this issue, so any one from customer service who wants to turn me around, "Your wasting your time" I await some form of response UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER..... The response I got was my money refunded off Paypal within 5 hours following an animated discussion with a representative from paypal (call center in India ) and sending this letter off to all concerned. I will now chase down clickbank for my remaining funds. CHEERS BOLTSY

Thank you everyone for your comments, I too wish I had found IMRC before paying for the pro service and the instant customers for one of my sites. I was also selected yesterday as one of the top ten customers to be given platinum status. I signed up Jan 10/11 I have not made a single sale but my site was so impressive they were going to give me platinum status? I did receive a phone call from a "coach" to see if I qualified for one on one support. It was an initial call where they only asked about my finances. He said he would put me through to his supervisor. He needed to call me back on another line. He never did. I was horrified when I went to Yahoo search and after 36 pages of the same website for the elite weight loss program I still hadn't found mine. Thanks to the comments here I emailed my request for refund at both the home website center and clickbank.Hopefully I will receive mine. Not a great start to 2011.

After I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and Clickbank, I got my initial money back. I then disputed the "pro upgrade" charge with PayPal and got refunded for that too.
If you want your money back you have to do it within the 60 day guarantee period. What a waste of time, energy, and needless to say money. Good luck to everyone else trying to get their money back. Keep after them until you get every single penny back. |

I signed up Jan 07/2011 I have not made a single sale but my site was so impressive they were going to give me platinum status? I realized it was a scam. It tells me I was among 7 chosen out of 10,000 affiliates every month -NOW WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT!. I guess all 10,000 customers receives the same automated email periodically after their being an affiliate. I do not think I would be chosen to a make ONE Sale if I was among 10,000 who did not make ONE Sale every month!.LOL! I receive umpteen of emails to buy other products but support failed to respond to my emails. I realized that whenever I received an email with an advert to purchase an item, the person sending it tells me someone will respond to my query. And of course, they are just spammers anyway as they have nothing to do with support. I guess this is verbatim in all their emails to affiliates as a 'regular customer response' for every customer purchase is obviously dissatisfied with this website. However, the Platinum Status did say that I should at least get my first purchase after 90 days! Why should I wait until my guarantee is over at 60 days to wait for a sale after 90 days? I also looked at an advert telling me one of their customers among other customers income displayed an account that earn the customer $750 accumulated from the first day enlisted to the 14th day after being a PRO. Now that is a scam. I said I applied to be a PRO on the day I joined and now 21 days I still have not received a respond to any of my query, never mind my site being promoted. I said the statistic on my site account was an elaborate automated electronic system developed inhouse to keep the customers happy. I have just - before seeing this forum - sent an email for refund and cancellation. I guess I would not receive any reply or respond after reading the posts here. I shall proceed to contact clickbank and paypal. Can anyone advice me of email address to clickbank as I am not able to see on their site to reply? Or who really should I email for my money back? I really am glad to read your comments and advice. Oh! By the way, is their support contact phone under maintenance or is this just to put off customers from calling them. Another scam? My New Year Resolution? My Resolution was to make as much money this 2011 and I find myself being scammed for as much money as the homewebsitecentre can extract from my account! It seems the homwebsitecentre's resolution every New Year's Day is: "KEEP ON SCAMMING!" LOLOLOL! |

Welllll, What do you know. Just after I wrote my post I thought I'll contact the chat at clickbank. Here's the exchanged chat:
Hello, thank you for contacting ClickBank.com! How may I assist you today? Me: Hello, I would like all monies paid to be remitted into my account for products which I am unable to get any response for help I needed. This is very unsatisfactory and I am sure there are many people who found to their dissatisfaction on this homewebsitecentre and requested their money back. Beau: Do you have your ClickBank order/'receipt number? This will include 8 alpha and numeric characters. Me: I thought when it requested me the receipt you would have seem it before you came on;line. But nonetheless here it is XXXXXXX Beau: I would be happy to help you with your request. Let me pull up your order - just one moment please. Beau: Are you also requesting refunds for orders YYYYYYYY and ZZZZZZZZ? Me: Yes please. I would like all monies paid for this homewebsitecentre business which appears they are not obliging their business protocol. I do appreciate you help in whatever monies I paid to be refunded. Thank you immensely Beau: Your refund tickets have been opened per your request. Please allow 24 hours for the tickets to expire. Once ClickBank initiates the refunds, they must then be processed by your bank or credit card company, which is beyond our control. Depending on your issuing bank, you should receive the credits in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including US holidays). Confirmation emails will be sent to you for your records. Beau: Is there anything else I can help you with? Me: I shall wait after the days mentioned to see if I received it in my account. But I do not understand the bank refusing to accept my money? Explain please? Beau: I am not sure what you are referring to. Once ClickBank issues the refund, you should see it back in your account within 3-5 business days. Me: OK. Its OK. I understand now. Thank you for your assist on this. Beau: You're welcome. Have a great day, and thank you for contacting ClickBank.com! Me: Much obliged and you too have a great day. Well Chaps. never give up but be persistent and immediately response with patient. |
