LeisLais's comment on Project Payday ...
Project Tiny Pay... or Project Some Day
Project Pay Day is a spider's web constructed of misleading truths. The site is pretty upfront, in a sense. As you know that you will have to pony up a little cash. However, you are lead to believe that your income is in regards to the amount of work you put into it and that is the misleading part. Like many "make money at home" schemes, the amount you are able to make is relative to how much time you put into it, but not in DIRECT relation. Meaning, you will make $1.50 the first day within less than an hour, but you may only manage to make a grand total of $3 in 6 months. That's with consistently putting in several hours a day, several times a week. That's far less than what they promise you. As the system is not as "turn-key" as they present it to be.
Their customer service persons appear to be very nice and concerned with assisting. However, I feel that they are not completely aware of how to guide people into being more productive. A little bit of training in that area would be invaluable for the company and others trying to benefit from their services.
I give it a "C" because although I feel the claims are a tad misleading, there are no direct lies on the site. Also, I really enjoyed the manner of the customer service personnel.
LeisLais's comment on 5 Minute Articles ...
Boring, but useful
I found this product or site rather, to be fairly typical. While there were a few inspirational ideas about writing articles, the information felt like a regurgitation of a few free e-zine articles that I have read in the past. The price is not bad, $5. Truly, you can find less authentic sites out there for more. I would recommend this site to someone who has not written any articles before, doesn't know anything about marketing through articles, and are suddenly interested in this type of work. However, I would not recommend this site to intermediate or veteran entrepreneurs. I give it a "B", for effort.
LeisLais's comment on Fast Fan Pages ...
A great attention getter
This one of many great sites out there that are geared towards novice and expert business men and women everywhere. While Facebook is an invaluable marketing tool, often times it is incorrectly used. Many people who try to set up marketing pages often fail miserably at having a page that looks authentic. This site offers users the ability to, economically, set up a page that looks and feels authentic. The result is an audience that will actually view your page with enthusiasm as opposed to regarding your page as SPAM. I've used this service several times for several different persons. Each of them will agree that this site assisted in showcasing their ideas into something the consumer wanted to learn about.
