Terms to suit and maximize profit
Bluehost offers a quality product in my experience, however after contacting them prior to purchasing a hosting solution, making references to the website/wordpress blog I wanted to use their service to host and following their confirmation they could host my solution as it was directed towards over 18's, I went ahead and purchased a hosting solution from them.
The service they provided was very good, the uptime, speed, bandwith limitis and storage was of superior quality.
However after 30 days my account was suspended, after contacting them they said it was as I was using their service for content aimed at adults, which I had pointed out prior to purchasing their service which they had clearly agreed the content was acceptable.
They had purely agreed to accept my custom and then after the 30 day cancellation period had expired decided to suspend me in attempt to render a refund impossible.
Nasty trick!
However after several emails and phone calls, I managed to get a refund.
Good service but if looking to host any content that is not 100% user friendly then do not choose this solution.
