I would not do it
I would not recommend this for anyone. It WILL eventually go wrong and the comments, WILL clearly be off-topic, they WILL eventually be marked as spam and your account WILL be deleted.
It could've been a great way of getting viewers(for upcoming artists, for example), and it could've attracted a lot of attention, thus helping you become more popular. But, at least for now, if you want to attract a crowd, you got to speak up, and that takes time.

It helps a lot
Most PTC sites look very good in the distance. Most of the people would think "Well, I have nothing to lose. As a mater of fact, I can only win. Money. Huh, 2 hours a day isn't that bad. Not for money". After some time, they come to realize that they lost a great deal of time for some sum of money they probably won't be seeing that soon.
But this site shows you what are the most reliable sites for PTC system. It helps you finding the ups and downs, thus helping you decide what is best for you. I recommend it, it's a very good guide for this money earning system.
I wouldn't recommend though PTC system as the only means of making income, but it helps rounding the sum up.
