TriNi's comment on Webs ...
One of the better free site builders
I'd recommend Webs.com as one of the top free sites for creating a website online within minutes.
Their interface is very easy to use and they have professional, as well as cute, layouts depending on the niche of your site. There is also a wide variety of each to choose from.
I like that you can also add a "forum" and a "blog" to your website for free with Webs.com
I've been using Webs for about a year now.
I like that their domain extension is yoursitename. webs.com because it's easier to remember than a lot of the other free sites out there such as Weebly.
Even though I highly recommend moving on to your own purchased domain and hosting, if you're into internet marketing long term, Webs, is definitely a great way to start out!
I haven't experienced a lot of downtime with their servers and loading time of my sites are usually very quick.
TriNi's comment on Yola ...
Good option for newbies
I started with this company when it was Synthasite, and I found it to be very useful to me as a beginner in website creation. While I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is advanced in internet marketing, it's still a good option for beginners who might not know about domains, hosting, etc.
The free option is more than enough in my opinion. I like their choices of templates, and their drag and drop interface makes building a website from scratch really simple.
I found that my site's loading time was very quick and also had a nice Web 2.0 look and feel.
In conclusion, I'd recommend this to newbies in the internet marketing business, but I still believe that it's better to create and use your own domain and hosting if you're thinking about being in this business long term.
TriNi's comment on Project Payday ...
Are you good at referring?
This was one of the first sites I tried when I just started out looking for ways to make money online free. To my disappointment, you NEED to give out your credit card number by signing up for trials in order to make money on this site and I definitely was not comfortable with that.
I was in search of ways to make money free, without spending any of my own, and Project Payday did not provide that to me.
I believe that the only reason it's advertised a lot online is because others make a decent commission by referring to the site. They pay for leads and not necessarily activity, so it means you get paid when someone registers at the site.. they don't have to do an offer.
If you're someone that is good at referring, this will probably be the best way you can make money from this site, however if you're depending on filling out offers... it's not so likely.
TriNi's comment on Market Leverage ...
Need more variety of creatives
One of the better affiliate networks to join if you're interested in affiliate marketing.
I have been a member of Market Leverage for about three months now and I'm very satisfied with them.
I have most success with their email submit campaigns on my blog, especially the ones for free samples or for signing up to survey websites.
My only problem with this site is that they need more creatives when it comes to banners. For several of their offers I had to end up creating my own banner to use because they didn't have one of a certain size that I wanted. They need some more variety when it comes to the sizes of banners they offer for some of the campaigns.
Otherwise, a very trustworthy affiliate marketing site! I'd definitely recommend.
TriNi's comment on Wufoo ...
Know your readers better with Wufoo!
I started using Wufoo when I started blogging as a way to get more feedback when it came to certain things on my blog, like if my readers enjoyed my current posts, if there was anything in particular they would like to read more of, or if they found my layout easy on the eyes, etc.
I currently only use the free version of Wufoo, but I've found it to be very helpful so far and I am satisfied with it's service! I've used the Customer Satisfaction Survey form on my site, and recently I'm very impressed with their newest addition of a Report Widget that you can use to represent the data you collect in a Pie Chart or Graph and copy/paste the code on your blog.
I think Wufoo provides a very good service to anyone that blogs or has a website of their own. The free option is great, but if you so desire, I'm sure the purchased version is even better.
Their forms are fast loading and have a clean look.
I definitely recommend them!
TriNi's comment on Maxbounty ...
Love this network!
I recently joined this affiliate network due to the advice of a friend of mine and I've ALREADY made over $80 in less than a month.
My affiliate manager was also very helpful in getting me started up and recommending which offers he thought would do best on my site.
I currently run about 4 of their campaigns and I haven't regretted signing up!
They have some really great email submit campaigns where you can make a small fortune if you know how to promote them.
One of the best affiliate networks out there! I would definitely recommend trying them.
TriNi's comment on Dan Zarrella ...
Two thumbs up!
Social Media Marketing is definitely the next big thing! It's a very important source of somewhat untapped traffic. If you have a blog or a site, the ultimate goal is getting people to see it, and through social media websites like Facebook, Myspace and Twitter, you are putting your site in front of millions.
If you're new to the whole social media scene, then Dan is definitely the guy you wanna keep up with. He always introduces new ways to keep up with the fast growing pace of social networking. Through visiting his websites often, I've also learned the "right" ways to use these sites so that my traffic becomes targeted and not seen as spam. No one likes spam.
I would definitely recommend giving his blog a visit and familiarizing yourself with social networking as a means to getting traffic.
TriNi's comment on David Naylor ...
Knows his stuff!
I've been visiting his blog recently and I can say this guy really knows his stuff!
I've been learning a lot about SEO and how to build up content and backlinks for my site so that I do better in search rankings on Google. He explains in great detail so that even a beginner in internet marketing can understand his reference.
I especially like his recent post on link building techniques and tips! He really gave some solid tips on how you build more backlinks tastefully, and without coming across as spam.
I'd recommend this article to anyone that's interested in getting started in SEO and building up their blog or website.
I also use his Keyword Density Tool quite often on my blog and love it's simplicity yet effectiveness!
TriNi's comment on Get Ref ...
Referrals never became active
I was a Get Ref member for about 2 months. After signing up as several other people's referrals to various sites, I got a few in return myself.. however, just like I haven't stayed active on their sites, they haven't stayed active on mine either.
So basically what I concluded is that you'll get referrals to the programs you need, but there is definitely a small possibility of them staying active. People on this site aren't interested in finding any new opportunities, they're mostly interested in promoting their own opportunity.
Needless to say, I don't use Get Ref anymore because I don't just want a ton of referrals who will do nothing. I want referrals who will stay on the sites I promote and make money, in turn, making me money as well. So for me, 5 active referrals are better than 100 non active ones.
TriNi's comment on MyLot ...
Great place to meet people, but not so much to earn
I've been a MyLot member for about 6 months.
I joined this site to earn money originally, but because I found it so extremely hard to earn anything decent, I decided to move on to other ventures. I also have yet to understand what is required in order to earn there. I have heard that you get rewarded for uploading pics, commenting in discussions etc, yet I've done all of that and haven't seen a cent in my account.
I now hardly ever visit this site anymore.
If I had to recommend this site as a source to make money online, I definitely wouldn't. However, if you're a very social person and you're interested in meeting some people that may share the same views as you on various topics.. MyLot is a great place!
TriNi's comment on Yuwie ...
Fun site.. but takes long to earn
Yuwie is a fun site. It's a great social network and if you can get paid to use it even better, however I really would not recommend using it solely for the purpose of earning. The amount you will earn with this site is VERY little.. and it will even take a long time to earn it.
Personally, I joined Yuwie after seeing it on someone's blog, and I've used it a few times, but haven't really made any earnings from it. I uploaded a couple of my pictures, added a few friends, and posted a blog, however, I haven't even earned 50 cents yet.
If you're into meeting new people and making friends online, this is a great place for you to join, but if you're focused on just making money, I really don't recommend it!
TriNi's comment on SendEarnings ...
Payment takes wayyyy too long!
I was a member of Send Earnings for about 5 months, within that time, I managed to reach their incredibly high payout at $30 and requested my payment as a check, only to realize that there's also a $3 check processing fee!
I found this to be unfair since a few of the other sites I'm on does not have any fees attached. I felt cheated of that $3 that I worked so hard on this site to earn.
Also, my check took almost 2 months to get to me! By the time it was here, I honestly forgot that I even requested it.
It was just not worth it in my opinion and after I received my payment, I canceled my Send Earnings Account.
TriNi's comment on Chris Pirillo ...
And the geek with the best personality award goes to
I found Chris Pirillo after googling a question I had about free apps to add to my Ipod Touch.. and funny enough, he had the answer to it on his blog!
I found that it was very useful and easily laid out, and so I bookmarked it and have been going back ever since to see what's new with him.
I also started watching some of his videos on Youtube and following him on twitter. I found that he was always updating about new technology, and I really enjoy his humorous attempt at everything he puts his hand on. It's not as boring as reading what some of the other experts have to say.
He is like a mixed bag, he knows a little about a lot!
He's definitely an interesting "geek", and a lot of times, you can get some great ideas from his teachings on how to grow your business when it comes to technology.
TriNi's comment on YouData ...
Absolutely the best PTC site in my opinion!
For anyone that enjoys PTC sites, this one is definitely the first one I'd recommend to them!
I stumbled upon this site from one of their member's blogs, and I never regretted signing up! I have been paid EVERY Friday since signing up with this site and have made close to $20 in earnings there!
They pay the most out of any PTC site I've seen, which is up to 25cents per ad, as compared to the usual 1 and 2 cents offered by other sites. You also get paid on two levels, per impression (just looking at what the ad is about), and by click through (actually clicking on the link to visit the site being advertised)! In other words, you chose what you want to sell your attention to.
I've also found that a lot of the ads are VERY interesting unlike the usual spammy ads you find on other PTC sites. I've found several great sites from YouData, including a wonderful bridal dresses site.
They also have a great support system. They have a helpful forum, and the couple times I've sent in a support ticket, I've gotten an answer in less than 24 hours.
This site is a gold mine for clickers! In my opinion, the best PTC site and one that's actually worth my time.
TriNi's comment on MySurvey.com ...
Hard to meet payout on this site!
I've been a member of MySurvey for about 4 months now and I must say it's very hard to meet payout. I find that the surveys are not worth a lot of points or at least the ones I get. They mostly average between 10 and 15 for me and after completing about 4 or 5, I'm now at 80 points!
To cashout for anything, whether it's cash or a prize, I need to get to 1000 so I'm not sure how long that's going to take!
Chances are I just might give up on this site on the whole.
This site isn't really worth my time.
TriNi's comment on Get Ref Mails ...
Terms state payments are NOT guaranteed!
This program is a big fraud.
I first heard about it from a forum I was on and a particular member was promoting it. Off course with the promises of earning that much for doing little work, it was a no-brainer and I decided I should give it a try and signed up as a free member.
Well after reading the emails they sent me, I finally got enough to cashout. After about a month of not getting paid, I decided to contact support only to get NO response.
I then decided to look more into this site and googled and found out that a lot of other people were having the same problem. I then happened to come across their "terms of service" page, which there was no link to from the homepage! I found this to be quite shady to begin with!
Their terms of service page stated "Payout time is not guaranteed and may be seriously delayed. "
Who wants to sign up to a site and not be guaranteed of their payment?
In my research of this site, I've found that they charge very little for their advertising and encourage members to upgrade to get paid "faster". This is how they make their money, because upgrading is a hefty $119 if you pay via Paypal or Credit card.
I'd advise everyone to stay away from this site.
TriNi's comment on Craigslist Bot Pro ...
Be careful!
I found this program to work pretty well. However, it becomes quite complicated if you aren't familiar with proxies etc. If you're simply posting from your own IP, this program does nothing to protect your Craigslist account and you can be flagged and eventually banned for spamming.
Also, I'm not sure if they have now come up with a method of automatically filling out the captcha, but when I used this program, I had to do it manually which still took a bit of time. So it wasn't ALL automated.
On the whole, it's a good program but you must use it wisely as you can definitely get in trouble and even sued for spamming!
TriNi's comment on Magpie ...
Not highly recommended
I've been a member of this site from the moment I joined Twitter. I found that it was probably a good opportunity to earn some cash. However, I believe I was pretty wrong. Here are the problems I found with this site.
- It only works if you have a huge amount of followers to click on the ads. Since I only use Twitter for personal use, I only have a few friends on there.
- Payout is set at way to high of 50 pounds. At the rate my tweets are clicked, I don't think I'd ever be able to cash out from magpie.
- There aren't a lot of ads. I go weeks without getting an ad sometimes which would also hinder the rate at which I earn from this site.
- My ads aren't always suited to my personality. Eg. Once, I had an ad about me "selling my pickup truck". Even though they base the ads on your tweets, I'm pretty sure I don't sound like I earn a pickup truck.
For the above reasons, I do not recommend this site! There are a lot of easier ways to earn online.
TriNi's comment on Instant Banner Creator ...
Useful tool!
I highly recommend this tool to internet marketers who may not have much skills when it comes to designing graphics and creating banners. It's a FREE tool that can do almost the same job as you would pay a professional graphic designer to do. I find this banner creator very easy to use and they offer a wide variety when it comes to backgrounds, fonts, etc.
The banners have a very Web 2.0 feel to them and they do not look spammy like some other banners I've seen. They have a very clean look that can go with any site or blog layout! You can even include your photos etc. And again, the best part that I like is that it's free!
TriNi's comment on Free Ad Forum ...
Waste of time!
The problem I found with this forum was that everyone that went there was looking to promote their OWN products/services/etc. Therefore, no one really cared much about what you had to say. They were all there for their own purpose, which was to sell advertise their own products/services.
If you are looking for quality traffic for your blog, I really suggest looking elsewhere because this forum won't provide any!
TriNi's comment on LinkBucks ...
Too distracting for my visitors.
I found that by using this program, the ads were really distracting as most of the times, it took my visitor to a completely different page rather than a pop up or usual form of advertising. This confused many of them into thinking that this was what I was promoting, rather than just an ad. I decided to remove my account there and remove linkbucks from my site because I realized that the little I was earning there wasn't worth the loyal readers I was losing because of this program.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that care about the people that read their blogs or sites.
TriNi's comment on MySurvey.com ...
Pretty good site.
I recently signed up with this site and so far I don't really have any complaints. After signing up I was provided with a few surveys to complete right away worth 10 points each. About a day or so after completing them, I got an email saying they were credited to my account and I was even awarded 15 bonus points!
The only thing that is bothering me is that the payout is set at 1000 points which I think is so high and I hope I'm not discouraged before I reach there and quit.
But for now, it seems like a decent site.
TriNi's comment on Dosh Dosh ...
Another blog that I'm a big fan of!
I've definitely spent a lot of time reading through several of the posts on this blog. It has helped me better understand internet marketing, and ways in which I could monetize my blog.
My favorite post is "6 Fool-Proof Steps to make money with your website". In this post, the author goes into great detail explaining instead of just listing in point form like most others do. I definitely recommend everyone that's interested in making money online to read this informative post because it will help you a lot in your attempts at internet marketing!
TriNi's comment on Carl Ocab ...
Very inspiring!
Carl ocab is one of the blogs I frequently visit. I am so very inspired by his ability to make money online even though he started at just 13 years old. It makes me think that if he can do it, I definitely can. I especially loved one of his most recent posts about time management because honestly, all this online stuff has been taking a toll on me recently. I loved the tips he offered on how to get things done and still enjoy your day.
I definitely recommend everyone to visit his blog!
TriNi's comment on Text Broker ...
Love this site!
If you like writing, then this is a great site for you! I've been a member there for about a month or so, and I must say I really enjoy it. There are always many assignments to choose from, and I like that you get paid per word instead of a random amount that they offer like some other sites. You can also get a "raise" on how much you earn per word according to how well you write which is a great bonus!
I have only written a few articles as I haven't had the time to participate as much as I want to, but I would really recommend this site to anyone that likes to write as a way to make some extra cash!
TriNi's comment on Kontera ...
Too annoying!
I signed up for Kontera when I first started my blog and tried implementing it. After a week of having their ads on my blog, I found that it started to really annoy me and decided against it. Those green double lines and annoying pop ups when your mouse rolls over was really taking away from my blog. I even found more users to be exiting my blog through these pop up links instead of the actual links I was posting out of confusion. My site is much more user and reader friendly now and that's what matters to me the most.
TriNi's comment on Neobux ...
Recommended for anyone who has a lot of patience.
I would really recommend this site to those people that like PTC sites as a way to make money. It is definitely one of the most popular ones.
My experience with this site has been just ok. I have recently joined but haven't met payout yet. I've found that my biggest problem is usually forgetting to log in daily and click, so I'm having a hard time reaching payout. I really like the feature they have that allows you the ability to rent referrals so I'm definitely working my way up to that upgrade!
Overall I'd say this site is worth your time only if you can be patient enough to earn a couple bucks or so a month.
TriNi's comment on RevTwt ...
Utterly useless
So here is my experience with this program.
I've found that firstly, you need a ton of followers on twitter before you can actually make any money with this program. So naturally, I started following a bunch of people so they would in turn follow me. Then when they realized that those links or "ads" were being posted from my account, most of them "unfollowed" me. I've realized that most people on twitter are there to share THEIR random thoughts. They don't care so much for what you have to post or in this case.. what you are advertising?
I wouldn't recommend this program as a big money maker.
TriNi's comment on Entrecard ...
Got a lot of traffic but no conversions..
I was a big entrecard user when I first started looking for ways to promote my blog and get traffic. I found that I was able to get a good deal of traffic, but often it was only by other entrecard users eho weren't really interested in anything I had to say or promote on my blog. They were only interested in "dropping" on my site in order to benefit themselves and get more credits on entrecard.
Needless to say, after I kept researching on new ways to get quality traffic to my blog.. and started spending a lot of time doing SEO and SEM, I completely stopped using entrecard.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone that's looking for quality traffic and signups.
TriNi's comment on Vinefire ...
This site reeks "scam" to me
I joined this site purely because I had to see what the hype was about and how people claimed they were making so much money from it. After I signed up and saw how easy it was to just click a link and vote or rate "up" or "down", I was almost certain this site was a scam!
I haven't heard of anyone being paid and I have about $300 in my account that I'm sure I'll never see in my bank account.
I cannot wrap my mind around where Vinefire is getting people to pay them that much money to advertise their sites! It simply doesn't seem possible to me, and like most people here.. when Vinefire starts paying out the dough, then I'll believe it and start recommending it to others.. but until then, I give this one a big F!
TriNi's comment on MindField Online ...
I quite like this site..
I have done a ton of research about this site before recently signing up and so far I have to say my experience has been mostly positive.
I have gotten at least 4 surveys to do since I've signed up about 3 weeks ago, and I've qualified for 2 of them. I'm $6 away from the payout mark but I'm working my way up. I do believe that this site is legit and I'm looking forward to getting my first payment from them.
It's not a way you can make a ton of money, but for a little extra cash it seems like a great opportunity!
TriNi's comment on Clix N Cash ...
A VERY slow earner.
I have recently signed up with this company and though I am not a big fan of it, I sometimes log in here and there to see how I can earn more. I haven't been paid yet by this company since I mainly focus on the PTC of the site and haven't been promoting it for referrals or completing offers. I really like the "Surf All These Links" feature in the PTC section because it saves a lot of time when it comes to closing the ad and going back to the main page. I think all PTC sites should adopt this feature!
TriNi's comment on Hit Safari ...
Would not recommend.
Everyone wants traffic to their blog or site. It's the reason why they start a blog or site most of the time. It's the ultimate goal. I did get traffic from Hit Safari, but not 'TARGETED' traffic, meaning that from my stats, I could see that most of the visitors to my site stayed only the 20 seconds which was required for them to stay in order to get the credit on the site. They really were not interested in anything I had to say. I wouldn't recommend Hit Safari to anyone that wants visitors that would actually stay longer than 20 seconds!
TriNi's comment on Royal Surf ...
Just okay.
I'm not a big fan of traffic exchanges on the whole! I have found that the majority of users go to them to get traffic for THEIR own site/blog, therefore they really have no interest in visiting yours and they only do so for the credit. Although I have to say that on trying Royal Surf, I did actually like the fact that they had games and a chat section. However, on the whole, I found this site to be just the same as others when it comes to targeted traffic. I did not see a lot of conversions and so I have stopped using this site all together and started focusing on other ways to get traffic.
TriNi's comment on Survey Monkey ...
An A from me!
I first heard about Survey Monkey in high school and used it to create polls for projects. I only used the free account, but the features were very comprehensive and reliable! Now I continue to use it with my blog every now and then so I can formulate informed conclusions about what's best for my blog in terms of promoting and what my readers enjoy the most. This is a very good tool for anyone that needs to take a public poll from their customers to help in their marketing technique. I give it an A!
TriNi's comment on Survey head ...
Just okay, I have seen better!
My complaint about this site is that the payout is set too high at $25. Also, the surveys that I did in fact complete were stuck in pending for a very long time and I had to email support not once, but twice requesting my credit for them. I was so tired of trying to qualify for surveys to do to reach that mark when I first signed up that I almost quit. But being that I did earn about $17 already, I decided it as my money and I earned it and I had to continue and collect my payout! I stuck with it and finally got to the payout mark and requested payout. Surprisingly, it didn't take the entire 4 weeks mentioned and came pretty quickly. I was happy for the money in my bank account and glad that this company did in fact pay and was legit! I did keep my account and try qualifying for surveys every now and again but I don't hold my breath. It's just too hard to qualify most times, and payout is just too high!
TriNi's comment on Bryan Kumar ...
Knows what he's talking about!
Being a regular member at Warrior Forum, I first heard of Bryan Kumar around there since he's a super moderator at that forum. I have learned a great deal from his postings there and I can say is a very down to earth person and always willing to help out. I happened to get my hands on a copy of his article marketing ebook that tells you how you can write one article and continue to make money from it after it has been published, and it contained some very good info. I am yet to put his methods to use but there were very easy to read and understand and was very realistic. His posts on the forum have always been informative and helpful, and I look forward to learning more from him!
TriNi's comment on Hostmonster ...
Not recommended for sites that get a lot of traffic!
Even though hostmonster is one of the top hosting sites around today, I have tried them before and actually found my site down for a few hours. When contacting them, they said that I had a surge in traffic and their bandwidth was down and they apologized. Being that my site is a money making site, I didn't appreciate this because it cost me a few hours of money! After that incident I chose to switch to GoDaddy for my hosting needs. This may be a good hosting site for small sites, but when it comes to getting a lot of traffic, I surely do not recommend it.
TriNi's comment on Go Articles ...
Thumbs up!
I have found that GoArticles is a great website, not so much for traffic, even though if you get lucky, you can pull in quite a number of hits to your site, but it's great for SEO purposes and creating anchored backlinks which in turn help build up your website's rank within search engines. I have submitted a few articles there with ease and found it to be much easier than submitting Ezines. I've never had any problems with this site and would recommend it to anyone!
TriNi's comment on Widget Bucks ...
I'm not a big fan of this one
I signed up for this program and tried using it on my blog once. Being that I own a blog and not a site, I'm constantly updating with new posts, info and images. My site takes a while to load on it's own. This widget slowed up the loading time of my site GREATLY! So much that I opted for removing it and canceling my WidgetBucks account. I wasn't making any sales from the widget anyway. Now I stick to AdSense as they offer the choice of both html & text ads.
TriNi's comment on Darren Rowse ...
Frequent reader at ProBlogger!
I'm a regular reader of Darren's ProBlogger blog. He always offers tips and advice on how regular bloggers can become successful and improve their blogging skills, ranking, and income from their blogs. I am one of his 116 thousand subscribers to his feedburner feed as well! His posts are always very detailed, structured, and also very comprehensive making his advice easy to read and understand. At first glance, his blog might seem a big confusing but that's just because there is a ton of information packed into it. If you take the time to really go through his posts, you can learn some very valuable information from him when it comes to blogging just like I have.
TriNi's comment on Cam Studio Pro ...
Great Program! Highly Recommended!
This program is very beginner friendly! I have used it to make tutorials for several of the GPT sites that I'm on showing my referrals how to complete offers and make money there. I found that it was very easy to use even for me, who isn't very tech savvy. The audio and visual were both clear and crisp, and also after finishing, this program allows you to save your file as a "Youtube" file, where it can be uploaded much faster than normal to Youtube! I rate this program an A and I highly recommend it for promotional purposes!
TriNi's comment on Fusion Cash ...
Nice to make some extra cash
This site has been around for a while and is one of the more popular GPT sites in the industry. I have been a member of this site for awhile and have been paid by them. They are definitely legit, and they even pay you monthly to post in the forum! Has great free offers as well as trial offers. Definitely not a way to get rich, but make some decent extra cash in your spare time.
TriNi's comment on Pinecone Research ...
Awesome Site!
One of the best sites I've found to make money online! You won't get rich but you can easily make an extra $20 or so a month by just doing some simple surveys. They even sent me a free product to try! (Due to their terms and services, I'm not allowed to say what it is, but it sure was delicious!) They only allow new registrations sometimes so you have to keep on the look out to be a member of this one! I'd rate it 5 stars.
TriNi's comment on Pingler ...
Awesome tool!
A must use for anyone that owns a blog or site! It is so easy to use, you do not need any kind of special skills or anything to understand how to use this tool. I always ping my blog after every update and it has done wonders for me when it comes to ranking and search engine traffic!
Pingler is by far the best pinging tool I have come across because it pings so many different search engines, etc.
TriNi's comment on Tony Blake ...
Active member of this forum!
I am an active member of this forum and I can say that I've learned quite a lot from Tony Blake and other helpful members there. My favorite section is the Affiliate Marketing section where I've managed to pick up some very helpful tips when it comes to making money
I signed up for the free 74 page report by Tony Blake about Online Marketing and I must say there is quite a lot of helpful information and explanations in it. It's great of him to offer this kind of help and advice for free.
TriNi's comment on Blog Comment Demon ...
Fantastic tool! Saves a lot of time!
One of the major part of SEO is backlinks. And a great deal of backlinks come from commenting on other peoples blog!
This tool makes it easier to select the blogs in which you want to comment. For example, I was able to find high PR blogs that were also Do Follow blogs. Finding this kind of information without this tool takes a long time searching through Google etc. Blog Commenting Demon makes it possible to do within minutes!
I also liked that this tool allowed me to leave quality comments which would not seem spammy and how it also has comment approval tracking which can allow you to see whether your comments have been approved or denied by the blog or site owner! Again, if you had to do this manually it would take ALOT of time.
This tool is definitely a must for SEO purposes, and it's definitely worth the money!
TriNi's comment on StatCounter ...
Very reliable way to check stats daily!
I installed this stat counter on my blog when I first started doing SEO and needing to check where my "hits" were coming from in order to improve my ranking online.
I found that this stat counter was by far one of the easiest to use, install and understand, especially for a newbie like me.
With StatCounter, you are able to see where people come from before landing on your blog and even see where they leave to or their exit links.
You are able to view the IP address and location of visitors, and much more!
I absolutely love this free tool and I log in daily to check my stats! I would recommend this to anyone!
Probably as good as.. if not better .. than Google Analytics!
TriNi's comment on Ezine Articles ...
Extremely useful for promotion of blogs/sites!
have written a couple Ezine Articles ever since I started my making money online blog. The main reason I've written ezines is to build backlinks for my blog. An anchored text backlink from Ezine Articles is great for SEO purposes.
My experience with ezine articles have been good. The first time I wrote an article, it got denied. However, after reading over the rules and requirements, and tweaking it here and there, it was accepted. The main reason they deny articles is if it sounds too promotional or contains too many links to other sites. I recommend leaving your link only in the resource box if you're having problems with your article being accepted.
TriNi's comment on Deals N Cash ...
Another slow earner..
As mentioned, don't expect to get rich with this site.
If you are patient enough to open emails daily and earn between 2 and 5 cents, then be my guest and go ahead and join. But me, I'm not so patient, especially since I had to reach a payout of $30! I tried to keep up with the opening of emails for a few months good and only made about $4 and some cents. :/
I decided to cancel my account since I could no longer wait to meet payout.
They probably do pay, but I didn't stick around long enough to find out.
TriNi's comment on Matt Cutts ...
The best SEO guru to date!
This guy was an employee for Google, and if you visit his blog, he talks about all the things that Google look for when they rank your site or blog! I am a huge fan of Matt Cutts.
He knows exactly what he's talking about since he worked for Google and it's like you're getting the information about SEO and SEM straight from the horse's mouth!
I am always on the lookout for his postings and updates and I've learned so much about SEO from him.
I rate him 5 stars! This guy's the real deal!
TriNi's comment on AnswerEye Professional Version ...
Awesome Product!
I happened to be a member of a forum where I was introduced to the Free Version of this product by the creator!
He was so sure of it, he was giving it away for free. It wasn't until later that he decided to upgrade to a paid version.
Anyway, this product delivers everything that it claims! You are able to search for questions on Yahoo Answers and sort through them for what you want and what you don't. Answer questions quickly within seconds that they are asked! A great tool for promotional purposes of any kind!
TriNi's comment on ShadowShopper ...
Beware of this site!
As enticing as it sounds.. To get paid to shop, please be careful with this program.
Firstly, I also did not believe in paying for a "job opportunity" so I chose the free option.
I never received any job opportunities but instead I got an enormous amount of spam in my inbox!
After being unsuccessful with this site, I then decided to do some more research on it and was really surprised by the amount of complaints I found on RipoffReport and BBB for this site. I am very happy that I didn't choose to pay the $20, and I wouldn't recommend anyone do so either!
TriNi's comment on Aaron Wall ...
I love SEO Book. com!
This website is one of the best when it comes to Search Engine Optimization Training!
As a newbie to the blogging scene, I stumbled upon this site a while back and found that all the material offered by Aaron Wall was very detailed, useful, and to the point. It was very comprehensive and even some like me that had no previous experience in SEO could understand!
This site offers a lot of free tools that can help with Keyword Selection, Backlinks, and checking your rank position on search engines like Google and Yahoo!
The SEO training offered by Aaron Wall is definitely worth the money!
TriNi's comment on Courtney Tuttle ...
Great website!
I visit this site frequently. Courtney really does know what she is talking about and I've learned so much about keywords, backlinking, and other SEO practices from her site! It's helped me a great deal in ranking my own site on big search engines like Google and Yahoo!
Any information she offers is surely worth the money!
TriNi's comment on Dollar Surveys ...
Great site to make a little extra online!
After signing up with this site, I immediately had a survey sent to me that I was eligible to complete. I completed it.. and within a few days or so, I was paid my dollar via Paypal.
However after that, I found that surveys were very rare, and I was only sent 1 every couple weeks or more! It was proving to me a waste of time in my opinion and I completely opted out of it.
I'm not saying it's a scam. They do pay. It just takes a very long time to make any decent money on the site.
TriNi's comment on Shoemoney ...
Not that different from John Chow
Just like I commented about John Chow, I have the same sentiments towards Shoemoney, if not worse!
I say this because I have first handedly witnessed the way this guy went off on someone in a forum, The WarriorForum to be exact, just because he didn't happen to agree with what this person was saying about him.
Now I believe the world is a pretty diverse place and not everyone will have the same feelings about everything! Not everyone will like you.
Shoemoney even started abusing this guy on the forum using obscene language which I thought was very unprofessional of him! That really turned me off and I've stopped visiting his site since then.
It's good that he was able to make a living out of his site, but abusing others just because they had a different opinion to yours is not right.
TriNi's comment on Basic SEO Tips ...
Not worth the money.
After purchasing this product, I've found that it was not worth the money. There are no "secrets" in this product. All the information provided is available for free online if you know what to search for. Just a waste of money in my opinion. Even the quality of the video on the sales pitch page is poor! There's a lot of feedback and it's not at all professional! That should tell you the quality of the product being "promoted".
TriNi's comment on John Chow ...
He kinda annoys me
When I first started making money online, he was one of the names that I discovered. Being curious, I checked out his site and saw how much he was making online from his blog, etc.
I even commented a few times because I thought it was pretty cool that he could start from nothing and build himself up to become financially free, and also to be that much of an influence to those that are trying to make money online!
However, after a while of following his blog and tweets, I became pretty repelled, for lack of a better word. All he tweeted about most of the times was which great restaurant he was having lunch at, or which 5 star hotel he was staying at.
While I'm happy he's been able to provide this lifestyle for himself, I don't think rubbing it in other people's faces is very nice of him. Because I certainly felt that way about his tweets and blog posts. Needless to say, I unfollowed him on Twitter, and don't really visit his blog often.
I think a lot of the commenters that do visit his blog and give feedback sometimes do so for the free traffic it brings in. If you are the first commenter or so, and you leave a very interesting point of view, chances are the few that come after you will be curious and click on the link you provided.
TriNi's comment on SEO Elite ...
I love this software!
It has helped me a great deal in fine tuning the SEO on my website. Backlinks are a major part of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and my biggest problem was finding the right sites to link with. This product helped me sort through the "worthless" sites and find the gold mines when it came to backlinks.
Totally worth the money if you're looking to raise your rankings on Google or any other search engine.
Also keeps you updated with what you're competitors are doing which is pretty nifty if you want to stay ahead!
