Ycactus2's comment on Rosalind Gardner ...
Rosalind is the best of the best
If you are interested in affiliate marketing, Rosalind is the one to learn from, it's that simple. Her blog and ebooks are done in a style that is easy to read, personable, informative and always up to date. The best and least expensive way to learn from her is to study how she actually does things, from the way she writes to her blog organization to the way she sets up her office (it's on video at YouTube). But her materials, particularly the Affiliates Guide, are well worth the price.
Ycactus2's comment on Mike Litman ...
Some of the material is good but coaching skills questionable
I heard Mike Litman speak several years ago, read his book "Conversations with Millionaires" and even spoke to him on the phone briefly. I was impressed with the talk and the book, enough to sign up for a "free" coaching call. On that free coaching call he brashly told me I would never make it in business. Honestly I don't remember now why he told me that, and it could have been a very good reason. He lost me with the bluster.
If you're going to be a coach, interpersonal communication skills are a must. Being honest is valuable, but doing it like a 2x4 over the head is not. This happened awhile back (4-5 years) and perhaps he's mellowed since then. Luckily I've had other coaching situations since then that turned out much more positively for me. But Mike hasn't gotten any more attention from me until this comment.
