Wix has some major technical and support problems
Some nice flash effects, rollover options and animations, but once you've become a paying customer, the only communication with support is through long-delay tickets and FAQ forum posts. When users point out defects (such as the inability of blog readers to find an intuitive link to post new comments), the response is to put the issue on the Wish List. We all know what a Wish List is. Wix has a user training video associated with every function, but they have never been updated; for example, a link that purports to lead to a video about how to manage and administrate the web-builder Comments widget delivers a 20-second video that simply states that a Comments widget exists. Worst of all, if your bug piques somebody's curiosity at Wix, they will take your site and/or blog down to play with it during prime time. Users who try to access the blog or site get 404 issues. This is the scariest issue because the user fears that all blog articles are being lost. This is the stuff of which lawsuits are made.
