Submit Edge is not doing it manually
I thought of using submit-edge for my website which is a charter bus rental directory. After looking into their submission and their work and reviews, I do not think they are doing it manually. Also another downside is that they claim they will submit to 750 directories in two weeks, but Google sees this mass submission as spam. It is always good to build links gradually.
