costeacristina27's comment on Elegant Themes ...
They are really professional!
I just bought my membership on Elegant Themes and I think it’s a great tool for wordpress bloggers. It gives you a professional look in front of your audience, and I can say that it helps boost your credibility as a professional in your area of interest. I really like their themes, the best in my opinion are: Lumin, ePhoto, eBusiness, eGallery. They look really great on a blog, and they’re very user friendly, so that you can give easier access and navigation on your blog for your users.
I really like that they have a forum where you can ask them any issue you have about any theme, and a blog for news and announcements, that makes it easier for you to update your blog to a more professional look, all the time.
They are really well organized and I think that this is what makes them a good company to buy from. $20 a year is not much, as you have unlimited access to all of their templates, blog, forum and you can even become an affiliate for this membership and earn 50% of the sale. I am analyzing this affiliate program right now, as I really think it’s great, and that people really need this kind of professional image for their sites.
This is both a good thing for your business, and also a good way to earn good money as affiliate.
costeacristina27's comment on Wix ...
Really good services, affordable & easy to use!
I first used Wix.com’s flash platform about 1 year ago to create the official site for an educational company. I was surprised at how easy it is to use, and also how easy it is to publish your work instantly. They give you directions all the way within the site builder, to help you understand the platform and get used to easily use their drag-and-drop features.
They give a lot of information on the website about the services that they offer, so that you can make an informed decision. You have tens of examples of .com sites built with Wix.com that look really great and make you want to have one, too; actually the examples gave me a lot of ideas that I used in the creation of the site further on (this is how they taught me into using their platform).
The only thing that keeps me from grading their site with A is the fact that they are quite restrictive concerning the height of the page (it just won’t go below the scroll line), and it’s just not for people who want a place to write a lot. I actually can’t wait to see how these guys solve this out, because I really believe they have a lot of potential.
Wix.com is just for your image, a very good and professional one. This is what they can do for you: make you look professional and updated to the latest features of eye-catching web design.
You can have a free site or choose to have your own domain name, just pay for it and for hosting, and you’re done. You’ll go straight in the .com owners’ lines.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a strong, good-looking appearance on the internet, both for personal and professional use (people & companies that need few, but powerful words to say to the world). I think the best use of a Wix.com site would be personal, as a more exciting online business card, and also professional, as for people working in the fashion & beauty industry & many other interested in their image (photographers, fashion designers, auto-tuning and so on; you name it!).
costeacristina27's comment on Robert G Allen ...
I thought I couldn't go wrong, but he dissapointed me
I bought 2 or 3 products from Robert Allen's websites and I really had great expectations with them. For example, when I bought "How I made $94,000 in 24 hours" (can't remember the exact name), I read it immediately and I just wanted to know how he exactly did it. And he explained everything quite exactly, but he failed to mention that the strategies he used only address people that have opt-in lists of 1000's and that they must trust him. He gave every detail (at least that's what he said) of his success with a specific e-mail marketing campaign, but that just couldn't apply in my case, as a beginner (he said that "if it works for me, it can work for you" or something like that).
I think honesty is very valuable and very rare these days, especially on the internet (where everyone wants to "get rich quick"), and Robert Allen completely lacks it. He uses "guerrilla marketing" techniques on people, and they work, but he won't tell you everything about what you're paying for, just the best part of it, and he completely fails to mention what buyers really care about: will this work for me, in my exact situation?
I advise everyone to think out every buying decision involving Robert Allen, and even contact them for questions. If they answer your questions clearly and without hesitation, maybe you can give them credit.
In my case, I felt like I lost about $34.00 in a time where every dime meant something to me.
Just take wise and informed decisions, whatever you buy on the internet.
