countrygirl's comment on FreeTrafficWorld.com ...
Great Traffic Exchange
I am a free member at Free Traffic World and I like the fact that if you don't have time to surf, just can go to the click to earn area and click on banners to get credits quickly. When you do have time to surf, you have the chance to win credits or cash, which makes it a popular exchange. They also offer a join program page on the homepage that offers you free credits if you join the program. Support there is great too, and they try to help you solve your problems quickly. The one con is whether adding websites, banners or text ads, they have to be approved first, which usually just takes a day. I have had great luck with getting great traffic to my sites, plus I have gotten good affiliate signups there as well. I recommend this exchange to anyone wanting quality traffic.
countrygirl's comment on Justin Blake ...
Nothing worthwhile
I joined one of his offers as a free member, after logging into the site, I was very badly surprised. There wasn't really anything to it except audio recordings. They weren't that helpful and after listening to them the site went nowhere. While I was signing up there was a link to upgrade, and I wanted to try it first, very, very disappointing to say the least. I've gotten a few emails but nothing worthwhile. I'm not going to waste my money on upgrades when the freebies are nothing. I recommend to anyone, try it before you buy it, you might wished you had saved your money in the end.
countrygirl's comment on Dylan Loh ...
Tons of emails
I get emails from him all the time, and I still can't remember how I got on his mailing list. I have opened a few of his emails when he first started sending them to me and he does offer some great suggestions and products, but nearly all come with a price. I haven't ever personally bought any of his products but I have looked some of them over, and though they looked ok none were personally for me or held my interest. I can suggest to anyone looking to join his list be prepare to receive his emails regularly, and to keep an open mind. Not all his opportunities may be for you and to really look over the offers he sends before jumping on board.
countrygirl's comment on eCa.sh ...
It's useful
A networking friend sent me the link and told me to check it out, and I signed up for it immediately. It's easy to use and you can actually keep up with your stats better. I thought having the toolbar above my site would take my customer's view away from my site, but I actually think it was an attention getter. Another plus is it makes it easier to add your sites at some of the traffic exchanges and when typing out your ads to safelist, having a shorter url is way easier. I have used other url shorteners services, you take a chance of losing attention because their ads come up first, making you wait for the one you actually wanted to see. With eCa.sh, you don't have that problem, your ad/website is seen right off, no waiting in line for it to appear. I absolutely recommend this service to everyone and give it a B.
countrygirl's comment on Million Leads For Free ...
Yeah it's free
I signed up for the pure fact you get to post your ad to 5,000 at a time. The pros for it are is free and earning the extra credits to post with is easy to do, and your ad isn't really limited to size. But after posting my ads there daily and for weeks on end, I never got the first hit, not one even opted in for more information. There needs to be some improvement to this site, how do you know your ad is actually getting read? There is no way or showing stats or anything. After weeks of wasting my time I put this one on the shelf. I recommend to anyone, don't waste your time.
countrygirl's comment on Mike Glaspie ...
I made the mistake
I made the mistake of opting in on a site, thinking it was free, while surfing. A few days later I learned it was one of his many business websites. I never joined because after really looking it over, I felt it didn't offer what I was looking for. I thought I had successfully opted out of the email subscription, but I guess I was wrong. Now I am constantly deleting tons of emails I get from him a day. The emails contain a new business opportunity or free email advertising sent on your behalf, but in the end there is a catch for the free advertising, you have to sign up for of the other offers, to my understanding. I say run unless you like being spammed to death.
countrygirl's comment on Advertising Know How ...
Easy to use
I've been a member for a long while, and I absolutely love the results. It's easy to use and navigate and it offers you a lot of good clean surfing. One big plus is the free referrals you get when surf for 5 days, sometimes you may get one that is not active, but my luck has been good with active surfers on a few occasions. I started off just getting hits, which is good to keep rankings up on your site, but as time went on and the more I surfed, I actually started getting a couple of signups. I give this TE an A and recommend it to anyone wanting free advertising for their business.
countrygirl's comment on AdTroopers ...
Ok just for hits
I have used AdTroopers several times in the past as a free member. I tried promoting with several different ads, but the most I got was hits to my site but that was it. It being a credit based safelist I thought I would do ok, but didn't. The amount of emails you receive back is huge, and even though you are to open the emails and click the link inside to receive credits, there isn't any way possible to open that many emails. After not getting anything but a few hits, I got frustrated and quit using it. It's ok just for hits, but don't expect quick success with it.
countrygirl's comment on Revenue Magic ...
Needs a better understanding
I've been a member for awhile and still can't completely understand how the site works altogether. The good side is there are different ways to get credits for the free member which I am one. But the cons outweigh the pros to me. The site is difficult to navigate and trying to understand the steps to setting up and actually getting started need to be made more clear. I have never tried to earn income with the program, because the site was too hard to clearly understand. Trying to earn credits through the "traffic exchange" takes forever. After much frustration I quit trying to figure it out and moved on. Not a good site for a newbie unless they have plenty of time and patience.
countrygirl's comment on Ad Ventures 4U ...
I moved on
I joined as a free member thinking of buying revenues after I had time to check it out. After joining it took me forever to figure out the site, not to mention trying to figure out what it took to upgrade and how the revenue was shared between members. Also if you go without surfing for 2 weeks you lose your part of the revenue plus the money you used to what I call invest into it. As far as getting actual traffic to my website, that was just ok. All I got was hits which is ok if you're just trying to keep your ranking up. It's a hard site to navigate around and you have to learn everything on your own. If you have the time to check out the site thoroughly to figure everything out, and you know you'll be surfing it often, then I suggest just joining as a free member, I don't recommend upgrading if you're a newbie until you have learned the site.
countrygirl's comment on Affiliate Funnel ...
Useful Information
I joined Affiliate Funnel as a free member hoping it would be a good way to help build my downline. I went through the website and spent hours adding my ids to the traffic exchanges and safelists that I belonged to and even joined more, thinking it would give me a better chance at signups. It only took a couple of minutes to add my own program to the list, since free members are allowed only 1 of their programs to be added. After promoting the site for awhile with no luck, I quit promoting it. I use it now just to keep up with traffic exchanges and safelists. I found that all the free information the site offers is great, so I'm still using it too, but as far as trying to build my downline, to me it was a waste of time. I recommend to anyone to try it before buying it just to make certain this is for you.
countrygirl's comment on AdTactics ...
Just have to work with it
I'm a free member and I have some ok results. The click to earn credit system guarantees your emails to be opened but doesn't guarantee them to be read. You have to really work with your subject line so it grabs attention so it will be read which is really the way advertising is, catching your viewer's attention. The credit system is the same as with many credit based safelists, where you have to open other members emails and click the credit link in order to send your emails. Support does get back to you quickly and that's a big plus. They also have a few rules to follow, no misleading subject lines, and making sure member emails don't bounce, so you need to have a good email system in place because you will receive tons of emails. I do recommend this safelist as a good advertising source, just be prepared to work with it to see any results.
countrygirl's comment on Lords Of Traffic ...
It brought me signups
I've been a free member for some time and signed up mostly to get free hits to give my website a boost in rankings. I got a big pleasant surprise, my first day of surfing I actually got 3 signups. I also love the fact you get the option of choosing hover surfing or clicking, another plus is the support. I actually get emails from admin, giving me tips on getting more hits for my sites, and updates they are doing to the exchange. You also have the option to join teams while you surf, this helps you out collecting credits. There is tons of value of being a member at Lords of Traffic, from quality hits, great support and making great friends. Lords of Traffic is on my personal traffic exchange list, being in my top 5 of exchanges. I highly recommend this exchange and grade it as being awesome.
countrygirl's comment on EasyHits4U ...
Simple, Easy, Traffic Exchange
I use several different traffic exchanges and EasyHits4u is at the the top of my favorites lists. I love the bonus that you get for every 25 sites surfed, which helps out with your banner and text ads. I also like the fact that administration sends me an email when my credits start running low so I can add more before actually running out. You also get 2 credits while surfing if a site breaks out of frame and you report it. You do get to earn a small amount of money to surf, it's really not much but you can use your earnings to purchase credits/impressions which I do when I don't have time to surf. I've gotten several signups from Easyhits4u and tons of hits which makes the time surfing worthwhile. I give this site a A and recommend it to everyone needing advertisement for their website.
countrygirl's comment on Yuwie PayDay ...
Not a good money earner
I joined as free member and have gotten no where. Trying to earn with it is slow to say the best. I got several of my friends to join, and after a few months they quit, complaining support was slow and payout slower. It's a confusing site, and I wasted time just trying to figure out the site. The person that sponsored me sent me an email saying there were several ways to earn, like clicking on 100 profiles, who has the time for that? I have to recommend to anyone - find another way to earn money, this one just isn't worth it.
countrygirl's comment on Safelist XL ...
Very happy member
I love this safelist. I've been a free member for a year and I have gotten great results. The website is easy to navigate around and support is awesome. You do need a separate email because you will receive a ton of emails from other members, but this will help you get credits fast. You can send your ad out even if you don't have credits by using the simple mailer, of course this is only good for 1 time a month unless you are a pro member. I can honestly say join this safelist if you need advertising for your business. I absolutely give this safelist an A.
countrygirl's comment on Adland Pro ...
Good for free advertising
I've been a member for close to 2 years. The website has went through a few changes all for the better. I use it as a free member and have to say I have gotten 3 signups into my primary from it, not too good for 2 years of being a member. The majority of the members at Adland are doing the same thing, trying to get their ads out there, so be prepared to get emails with promotions. They do offer different things at the site like classifieds, free email addresses, and a traffic exchange plus a affiliate program to help you earn. I do recommend this program for anyone needing advertising for their business, but I would say try it first as a free member to see if it provides what your business is needing first.
countrygirl's comment on Global Domains International ...
Company is fine
I joined GDI and stayed a member for 1 year. The price is affordable for anyone and the GDI support is great too. The only con I found was you have got to be pretty good at marketing and networking to be successful. I got frustrated at the beginning because my sponsor signed me up and then forgot me. I had to go directly to GDI support to get help. I also found it difficult to get signups. GDI is all over the net so it seemed that I wasn't the only one pushing it. I stayed the year because I kept thinking I could make it work, so after much spent money, time wasted and only 1 signup (close friend) I called it quits. I would tell anyone looking to join, make sure you have a good upline, time, money and patience and great luck at marketing.
countrygirl's comment on Acme Free People Search Engine ...
Didn't work for me
I joined Tissa after being a GDI member, hoping it would help me build my downline in GDI. Boy was I wrong! I started out with Tissa as a free member and upgraded to paying a few days later. Yes I did get several people to visit my site, and yes I did get 5 signups that only completed step 1 and that was as far as they went. I actually got 3 more signups, but they already belong to GDI so they never completed step 3. I emailed support and it took a few days to get a response, and usually by then I had the problem solved myself. I went so far as to promote the site myself , using safelists, TE's, banners, you name it, and all I got was hits to my site and that was it. After paying for about 3 months and having no luck, I gave it up. I was paying out and not getting anything back. All I can actually say to anyone joining this program is good luck.
countrygirl's comment on MyFreeSafeList ...
Great safelist for free and paid members
I've been a member for a while and I love it. I joined as a free member just to try it out before spending money, and can happily say the results I'm getting are awesome. When I first started out I didn't see results right away so I played around with my ads and bingo- results. I do recommend using a separate email because your inbox fills quickly. The membership is easy enough, just have a contact email address (for admin) and one for the member mailings. Another plus is the number of active members, meaning more eyes for your ads. I would recommend this safelist to anyone needing free advertisement, just have patience and time in seeing results from your mailings.
countrygirl's comment on Spiderweb Marketing System ...
I shouldn't have bothered
I joined because it was supposed to help you build your primary business plus give you additional income streams. Right after I joined and got my system set up, I started promoting it, got 2 signups right off the start. But not into my primary business, just into the spiderweb marketing system. To make matters worse, those two signups went to calling me and emailing me, trying to get me to signup with them in their primary. I found out that it took my time to configure and get the system ready than it was actually worth in the long run. I would recommend not to waste your time and energy with this one.
countrygirl's comment on Project Payday ...
Total Confusion
I joined Project Payday thinking that I could make a little extra to help out with the family budget. I was confused from the word go. I went the free route by completing the offers, they never posted so I had to write support (project Payday) and a couple of days later finally became a few member. After getting my email from my mentor- complete with how to earn a fast $50, I became frustrated. Everything listed on my email required a credit/debit card and some even required me referring people to the offer's site in order for me to be paid by my mentor. To me, Project Payday is nothing more than a GPT site but here you need a debit/credit card. I finally quit, and signed up with other GPTs that don't require me to use a credit card unless I want to. I can't honestly recommend this site to anyone.
countrygirl's comment on List Jumper ...
Waste of time
I joined because of an ad I saw while surfing the net stating it was great free advertisement plus a listbuilder. I figured with it being free, why not. I used it for several months, constantly changing the email subjects and ad body, but I still had no luck at all. In the meantime my email inbox kept filling up with email ads. The only good things I could find was it being free and it was easy to accumulate credits. I finally gave it up and wrote it off as a waste of my time and energy. I recommend it only for those that are on a limited advertising budget, and plenty of time and patience in order to see results.
countrygirl's comment on Orange Leads ...
The leads are free
I've been a free member since Orange Leads website opened. I love the free leads, but I do have to admit that half of them aren't any good, though on the other hand I have spent good money on leads that were worse. I look at it like this, the leads are free so I have wasted no money on bad email addresses or phone numbers. I also like the free blog Tim gives to all his members and the fact that you can use it for your home biz. I also got a few signups from being able to post my free ad on the orange lead website, of course as more ads post, your ad keeps getting bumped until you finally have to repost it. I recommend this site to anyone on a budget.
countrygirl's comment on LinkBucks ...
Slow Earning at the least
I've only been a member for about 6 months. It is easy to use, and best if you need multiple links to use on ad sites that only allow you to post the 1 link. I use it several times a day for the sole purpose of getting my ads out to different sites. The site is easy enough to navigate which is a big plus to me. The downside is is takes a lot of clicks on your links to see a huge earning difference in your account. I also don't like the fact that it takes awhile for people to actually get to your ad after clicking on the link. I do recommend this site to everyone that needs to change their link in order to get some extra advertising posted and it's ok to earn that extra money getting your links clicked but don't expect to get rich quick.
countrygirl's comment on Click Voyager ...
Free traffic is always good
I've been an active member of Click Voyager for about a year, it's one of my favorite traffic exchanges. I've never upgraded but I'm having great results as a free member. I especially love the 20 second timer and you get credit bonuses as you surf, plus if you're in the top 200 clickers you get credit rewards for that too. You can earn even more credits by promoting CV, when people signup and become active surfers (earn credits from their surfing), and of course there is the bribes you can accept from other CV members by signing up under them in other sites, the downside to this is you may or may nor receive the credits the member has promised. I'm happy to say that I always have received all bribe credits. I have gotten great results promoting with Click Voyager so I happily recommend Click Voyager to anyone needing traffic to their websites.
countrygirl's comment on Rachel Long ...
My email box is full
I've been on Rachel Long's email list for several months now, I really can't remember how I got on it so I guess I clicked on something at some point. What confuses me is the amount of programs she promotes, I lost count long ago. Every one of the emails states this "is the top program" of the year and she will email her database of 100,000 if you signup with her. The confusion is- which program is really the top program for her and if I'm gonna to be promoted to that many people, what exactly do I do? Sorry I'm not buying it.
countrygirl's comment on List Joe ...
Great business builder
I've been a member for a long time and I would recommend List Joe to anyone wanting to promote. It's easy to navigate the website, and you credit really fast by just clicking on a link in an email advertisement sent by other members. I would recommend using a separate email using List Joe or any other safelist since you will be receiving a ton of email from other members.
countrygirl's comment on My Cash Empire ...
Not a complete loss of time
I joined as a free member and thought I would upgrade after making some money. I promoted like crazy, but never made the first sale. I did manage to get 2 signups (free members too) but never made a dime off that either. The free ebooks were helpful, and you are given ideas of where and how to promote a home business, but still after following the "directions" from my sponsor and others, I still never made a sale. I give it a C and recommend it only as a learning experience.
countrygirl's comment on All Solutions Network ...
They do need to improve
I've been with All Solution Network for years. I have a downline of over 340 members. I love the business, but I have to admit it is confusing. The claim a check in 5 minutes seems to confuse a lot of people, myself included. It took me a couple of tries resubmitting my offers before I finally figured it out, so now I try to help my new members through theirs as well. I get paid every month. It's not much, but still it's free money. To make more you have to have the time to really stay in touch with your referrals, to make sure they have accumulated their points every month so you can get paid on them as well. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to start out with no investment, but you really need to be successful at marketing and networking to try to make it work.
countrygirl's comment on Business World List ...
Could be better
I joined as a free member, thought I would try it out before upgrading, and I'm glad I did. I haven't had any success using it, of course as a free member you can only send your ad to 200 members which isn't a lot. The back office could be made easier to navigate, and the credit system really needs some work. After using the safelist for a couple of months and not getting any results I quit, to me it wasn't worth the effort.
countrygirl's comment on Procard International ...
Reputable company
I joined Procard 3 years ago. I went ahead and signed myself up for the member's card, to me it was easier than trying to find someone. I got leads from them several times, but if you want to earn the big bucks you have to take matters into your own hands. I printed out dozens of flyers and posted them all around my home town, plus I did banners and links on every website that would allow me. I got 3-4 sign ups a month which dollarwise isn't much. I finally quit because it took up more time than what I was actually making. If you're not needing immediate income and you have plenty of time to build the business then they are a great company to work with. The support is awesome and they pay on time.
countrygirl's comment on Active Safelist ...
Great safelist
I've been a member for a while now and I'm pleased with the results I'm getting. The number of credits you get for reading their ads add up fast and getting a response from support is great too. I have had great luck promoting my sites with Active Safelist. I do recommend setting up a separate email account because you will get tons of emails from them. I recommend this site as awesome!
countrygirl's comment on Major League Hits ...
Not worth it
I joined for free advertising. Yes the site is easy to navigate around, but as far as surfing bonuses, the most I received were banner credits. I got a few hits to my sites, but never any signups and the ratios are better for free members at other TE'S. After surfing for a few weeks, I quit. I felt like I was putting more time into surfing then I was getting results for.
countrygirl's comment on 15 Ads Daily ...
Just ok for a traffic exchange
I joined after seeing dozens of ads thinking this one would be better than the rest. Earning money with it is useless unless you are a paying member, which I'm not. I surfed the required websites so I could get my sites seen. I got several hits to my sites and 3 signups after weeks of surfing, so I can say as far as advertising with it and it using it as a free member, it's worth the time to use.
countrygirl's comment on GOT Safelist ...
Top of the line
I joined months ago and can honestly say it's in my top 3 of safelists. Since they are credit based and also have thousands of active members, your ads have a greater chance of being read.
They also offer cash incentives in their hotlinks so you never know if you're getting credits or cash until you actually click the hotlink. You get the choice of using yours credits toward advertisements or you can convert them to cash. The support you receive from them is great too, you actually get a response that is helpful and you don't have to wait forever for it either. I recommend this site to anyone that has advertising needs.
countrygirl's comment on PowerBarClub ...
Too slow earner
I joined powerbar a couple months back and to date I have . 62 in my account. When I first joined, I promoted it like crazy and even got a few signups, clicked on the ads every day too. This might work for those that have a larger downline but otherwise it's slow getting to the $10 payout.
countrygirl's comment on Melaleuca ...
I went broke
I stayed with the company for about 6 months due to my "coach" telling me that "I needed to give it time". I followed my coach's advice. I bought leads, made hundreds of cold calls (which I hated to do), bought the required amount of products every month so I would remain active. Got my first check- didn't know whether to laugh or cry, that's how small it was. I kept listening to my coach and after 6 months of spending way more than I was making, I quit. I still buy some of the products from time to time, but no more sales for me.
countrygirl's comment on SFI Marketing Group ...
No more for me thanks
I joined SFI May 2008. I never received any word from my sponsor and had to contact support for any and all help I received. I went through the website training material to learn how to promote and went to the forum to try to get help or ideas, ( I was a complete Newbie,) but still had no luck. I tried everything short of spending my own money to become EA, and finally I grew so frustrated I threw in the towel.
countrygirl's comment on BeRuby ...
BeRuby Not for Me
I joined BeRuby after reading an advertisement. I spent a couple of hours going through the site just to discover it wasn't for me. The PTC doesn't offer enough ads for those that want to make money, and the shopping ( discounts ) just didn't hold any interest for me. The site was easy enough to navigate around, but seemed to be more about shopping discounts then actually making money. I consider it more a shopping site then a PTC.
