Marcus Campbell Cares About What His Customers Need
About 1 year ago I was a total newbie to internet marketing world. I had been "burned" quite a few times by purchasing things I thought would help me learn the business, only to find they were incomplete or just total junk; so when I met Marcus about a year ago I was very cautions. He actually had posted a phone number, so I call and was able to talk with him, I decided to check out his course and ended up buying Simple Sites 2011 and have not been disappointed. I have continued to follow with Marcus through various courses and upgrades for a little over a year now. Had I not been a satisfied customer, I would have asked for my money back and moved on long before now!
Marcus holds nothing back as far as sharing tips and tools and methods that have made him successful, and I feel he does his best to help his clients achieve success as well. I have appreciated the Boot Camp webinars (and other training webinars) because he not only presents great content, but also has a portion of the webinar allotted for Q&A, so one has a chance to ask questions and can learn from how he helps others with their questions or websites as well.
I would have to say the only complaint I might have is that Marcus is only one person and at times seems to run out of time to respond to customers as quickly as we might expect, but a little patience does pay off! He has added a live chat to his site, which I feel is a big improvement in this regard.
I feel Marcus' products are well worth the investment and am not disappointed with what I've received as far as training and tools. Thank you Marcus!
