AMZ Training Academy is without doubt one of the most practical training programs out there.
Each video takes you through what you have to do step by step. Even if you get stuck with anything (I haven't so far) you can use forums and the help desk.

Its such a refreshing change to the buy this software and you can retire after one click of a button type IM products that abound.
One of the real benefits with Amazon over say adsense is that you can drive traffic from anywhere and still get paid with adsense google prefers you to drive traffic from google which is a long process.
