Perfect For My Small Business
After an exhaustive search 11 months ago where I explored (and tried out) several different email service providers, I decided on Elite Email.
At that time I was new to email marketing and wanted an easy and affordable way to send out a monthly newsletter to all of my customers.
I’m not overly tech savvy, but the Elite Email system was a breeze. I didn’t need to spend time reading complicated manuals or being frustrated. Everything was well laid out on the screen and very user-friendly. They also have video tutorials on almost all the pages, so anytime I did get stuck all I had to do was watch the video and it was like having an expert standing right beside me.
There are 3 major parts to the program: Contact List, Email Creation, Reports & Stats.
Each section is packed with features that helped me go from an email marketing rookie to seasoned veteran very quickly. By using their intuitive controls, I was able to manage my entire mailing list (it handles unsubscribe requests automatically), builds really great looking emails, and see how well they performed by viewing my opens, clicks and forwards.
Even though I was very impressed with the Elite Email program, what really set it apart was their customer service. As soon as I signed up, I was assigned to an Account Executive. When I was first uploading my contacts I had a question so I called their toll-free number and asked for my Account Executive. Within a minute I was actually talking to my Account Executive who spoke perfect English, was incredibly knowledgeable and not only helped resolve my problem, but spent the time giving me insightful tips for what I should put in my email. I wish every vendor I worked with for my business had this type of service where they actually do care and are willing to go the extra mile.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Elite Email if you are looking for an easy-to-use email marketing solution.
