fjsw's comment on Project4hire ...
Buyer Beware!
As a buyer that needs services, you need to be very wary. First, if you have any problems, and need to contact Project4Hire, they will either not contact you back, or they will take so long, the issue may become irrelevant. This is unheard of behavior in view of the fact that you may be spending hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Based on my own experience, I selected a programmer with 10 stars, but my job, which was supposed to be finished in February 2012, has yet to be completed July 2012. It probably will be completed, since the programmer is still working on it, but this defies expectations. In addition, the reason why the project is continuing, is because I have been incredibly patient with the lack of skills/understanding of issues the programmer has.
My recommendation would be, if you don't mind losing your money (low priced project), you might have a good experience, but I wouldn't select them if you have a high price project. Buyer beware!
Update: They finally responded to my email. I waited a full month for customer service to respond to one of my five emails addressing the same issue. I have never heard of customer service taking an entire month to respond to a request. It's stunning.
