Complicated editing procedures
I signed up for the free service initially to see how their editor worked. After some time working with it, I decided that you have to be pretty tech savvy to do a website with their editor. I couldn't find the main index page to edit, as when it opened it opened with About Us. Never could figure out how to customize the meta tags either. Without meta tags search engines might not find the site. So, started doing my homework and looking for Wix.com reviews. Bad reviews all over the net. Found a phone number however on their website http://answers. wix.com/ but it's not for customer support:
You can also find an answer via the search box- simply type your question and if you don't find the answer, click on "ask a representative".
If you click on "ask a representative" you get the standard email form to fill out.
My opinion is Nix to Wix.
