mcgrrrrr's comment on Ryan Deiss ...
Social media manager program rocks!
Last week I bought Ryan's Social media manager video training program. It was $97, but now that I am into the program, I would have paid much more.
The program is a combination of videos, audio (MP3) files and printed material. Each training module takes 30-45 minutes to get through and there are ten of them.
This is a system where someone can really make money if you know how to use Twitter and Facebook. And it takes no time at all to get started. Literally you can make $500 your first week.
mcgrrrrr's comment on SaleHoo ...
Pretty Lame Service
I have tried all of these so-called drop ship companies and Salehoo is no different. They don't really stock any products. They are a virtual warehouse --sort of a middleman. They buy from real wholesalers and resell to you. By the time you get to eBay, the price is too high to sell and make any money.
I put a total of 22 products on eBay and only 1 of them sold ( a divers watch) and after fees I only made $2 for all of my work. I found the same watch from a real wholesaler for $14 less than Salehoo was charging.
mcgrrrrr's comment on Micro Niche Finder ...
Great tool for niche bloggers and affiliate marketers
I have known of James a long time, but hadn't tried this product until recently. I was looking for a tool to help me discover micro niche blogging topics so I could blog on a micro niche topic and place relevant ad banners from affiliate programs to make money.
The price gave me a pause but then I realized it was a lot cheaper than a pro tool like keyword analyzer, so I gave it a shot. It works great. OK - it's not as powerful as the real professional tools, but they cost around $700. But it did what I wanted and I was able to recover the cost of micro niche finder with about ten blog posts over a three week period with Click Bank and affiliate earnings.
So yes, I would buy this product again and recommend it to my friends and family.
mcgrrrrr's comment on KeyWords Analyzer ...
Possibly the best keyword tool on the market
I agree with some of the comments about the cost --keywords-analyzer is a bit pricey. But this tool really works. It works so well that sometimes you get too much data.
I have learned to do my searches in the evening so they are ready for me in the morning as the really in-depth searches can take some time.
The other feature I find really valuable is the part that shows you what people are paying for Google keywords. This way I can do a search for unique words and phrases and check them against Google pricing and buy the cheapest words that are being used. This one feature easily paid for the tool over a period of two months.
One word of caution - this tool is probably not good for raw beginners, but once you have some understanding and experience of the keyword game, then I would grab this tool.
mcgrrrrr's comment on Doba ...
Honest compay but prices too high to profit from
I have actually met the guys from DOBA at eBay Live. I think they are a legitimate company who tries hard, but the virtual warehouse drop shipping model just doesn't work. In my opinion the only way to drop ship profitably is to work directly with the manufacturer of the product.
That is what we do with three different small manufacturers and it works great. Very profitable and we send them enough business they know it's important to take good care of our customers.
There are several other drop ship companies and I wouldn't work with any of them. DOBA is the best of the bunch --but as I say it is very difficult to work profitably with their price model.
mcgrrrrr's comment on Twitter Trick ...
Twitter trick got me to 9000 but not as fast as they said
I used the twitter trick to grow my twitter account from 200 followers to over 9000. I did all the exercises, followed the instructions and it did work --but it really took a lot of time --months to be exact.
So yes it works - I rate it just OK. But for the price they charge I do think it is still a good value, but just realize you will get results, just not as fast as they promised.
mcgrrrrr's comment on Derek Gehl ...
Derek Gehl and The Internet Marketing Center
Derek Gehl has recently left the Internet Marketing Center. He did a good job, but the center decided to brand themselves as the Internet Marketing Center rather than with a person's name.
I have used their products for years. Their flagship product is the Internet Marketing Course. I bought the course 7 years ago and used it to build my internet business. I have also purchased upgrades over the years and the quality and information remain very high. My one minor complaint is that the internet marketing course used to be printed and shipped --but now it is delivered online. The videos are great --no complaints about the quality, but I do like physical products.
I also like their internet entrepreneurs club. This has a very good value for the money and can really help newbies make money.
All in all you can't go wrong with these guys.
mcgrrrrr's comment on Jim Cockrum ...
Really Good guy with great services
Jim is one of the good guys on the internet. He is really great at checking out and recommending programs that can help you make money. Plus his own programs are really good. A ton of people made a lot of money with his program about selling diabetic test strips on eBay.
His membership program thesilent-team.com is awesome. Low cost and high value.
mcgrrrrr's comment on Skip McGrath ...
Skip McGrath's Complete eBay Marketing System
There is some great info on eBay about how to get started selling, but it's mostly mechanical such as how to upload photos, how to write a title and so on.
Then I came across Skip McGrath's Complete eBay Marketing System. It is a bit expensive and I paused because of that, but then I read so many good reviews about it that I went ahead. Skip said he is an experience eBay power seller and boy he must be because his info was awesome.
Besides showing me how to run my eBay business, he even includes a whole section about how, what and where to buy wholesale products for eBay.
