Scammers and poor service
The program is too expensive and they double charge you. The program promises you free vouchers but will not send it to you at all. I been contacting them but I still got no replies. I purchased the website host 1 year @ 200$, not worth it. The website will not be seen by anyone whose computer is not upgraded. The server is slow and it takes a long time to load, in that case you just lost customers. I then decided to cancel and I couldn't get my money back. Since I couldn't get my money back or any refund, I asked for my free voucher again and they finally replied saying that they wont give it to me until I reupgrade and pay another 200$. Now they claim they are cheap because they have the 4.99$ a month, but don't start getting excited yet. They charge 16$ actually and said it was for all these other things! They will not provide any number for customer service and when they reply to you it's weeks later. If the message didn't get to you, they don't care. Poor customer service and billing service. The website is not even worth it! People don't even see it.
