I just joined Pay Per Mail a few months back and now they are telling me that I have earned over 5000 USD. They are willing to offer me a payout if I submit 0.10 USD as they mentioned here from the team message above. I want to know where to submit the 10 cents payment. If there is anyone from Pay Per Mails here then please help.

Poll Daddy more than just Polling
You know I first started using poll Daddy just for fun. I thought it would be cool to have a short polling area in my website. Then for some time I completely forgot about it. One day I was getting so bored and accidentally I opened poll daddy once again. Then I realized the extensive features poll daddy offers. There is a free plan that allows you to make 100 surveys per month. I found the pro and corporate accounts very expensive and decided to stay with the free service. They show you an extensive report of your polls. You can even create your quizzes, ratings etc. Add any style you like and simply copy paste their code to your website. Poll Daddy is a very attractive and gets your viewers more involved in your website. I suggest all of you guys to try this once. Go for the free one if you cannot afford the pro version at $200 or the corporate one for $800 a year.

Finally I can rely on a program that looks like it's not a scam. A solid business model that all web publishers must try. Very competitive pricing. The website design is neat and tidy. There is enough information that explains how the business works. Scott also updates his blog regularly with useful information. The new version also features rotating ads and much more.
