Traffic Seeker Does Not Work as documented
I purchased Traffic Seeker Platinum on April 15,2011 for $199. Since I got it, I have had nothing but problems. I want to submit my client web sites to the US only search engines. However, after I spend about 5 minutes going through the list of search engines and selecting all the US engines that I want, the product will NOT save my selections. The documentation on their web site reflects version 7 options, which are not available in version 9.
I have about 10 sites that are submitted automatically each month by this tool HOWEVER, NONE of my search engine selections have been saved. So NOTHING actually happens. I have tried everything I can think of to SAVE the search engine list, but nothing works.
I have EMAILED WebGrip at least 6 times. I have not received a single reply. It is as if you do not exist. Essentially the product DOES NOT function. It is junk. If the engine list cannot be saved the product is USELESS. They ripped me off of $199.
I would like a FULL REFUND, since from day one, this product has not functioned as documented and there is NO SUPPORT! Updates are supposed to be available monthly. I have not seen a single update.
I want my money back so I can go find a product that actually works and that is supported! I have wasted several hours trying to get it to work correctly.
