Customer Service
The company lacks concern and integrity regarding customer service. In my opinion, the company lacks integrity because twice the company failed to contact me. I had to contact them. They did not honor their words of following up with me to resolve the matter. I feel that I am being given the "run around". Now when I call I get voice mail. Recently, I contacted this company about resolving unauthorized billing to my debit card. I asked to be reimbursed for the charges and for the over draft fees my bank has charged me as a result of their unauthorized billing. After my initial conversation with the company I was assured that the matter would be handled the following Monday. On the contrary, the matter was not handled. Even after I expressed to the company's representative that their unauthorized billing has caused me to incur more charges and it has messed up my finances, they continued to bill my card. I ended up having to close my card. Until this day I have yet to hear from them.
