Worst customer service at Terapeak and Avangate
Terapeak and their partner in crime Avangate are the worst companies, in terms of customer service, I have come across in my lifetime. I subscribed to their service for a trial period and subsequently found to be beyond my needs, so I politely sent an email to cancel my subscription. When I didn’t get a response after a day or two, I sent yet another email to both companies and then a voicemail at Avangate. After not getting a response after 3 emails and 2 VMs I ended up putting a hold on my CC. I have yet to hear back from either one after one week.
I also want to point out that I have not ever filed a complaint in such fashion, but I am so frustrated with the entire experience with these two companies that I couldn’t resist. I am hoping that upper management at these two companies get this message.
A VERY unhappy customer.
