10Bux.net Description

10Bux.net is a site where members are paid to click on ads and visit websites. I can find no information on the owner of this site, but the website states that it has 303,136 members, and that they have paid out $189,104.82 to date. Each member who joins will receive a .05 sign up bonus.

10Bux.net Detailed Overview

Free members must view sites for 30 seconds and in return they will receive .01 cents. Free members will also receive .01 for every click generated by their referrals. A premium membership option is available at a choice of $9.97 per month, $59 per year, or $199 for a lifetime membership. Premium members enjoy extra ads each day and higher per click amounts. Premium members receive .015 for each personal click, .012 for every referral click and .05 (I believe they may actually mean .005) cent commission for every click generated by a referral of your referrals (you refer someone, and the people they refer make you .005 per click).

In addition to the per click amounts, the site also has a lot of different contests and games. A lot of the members find the games worthwhile, though they are essentially gambles. You may win some money, but the chance is there that you will lose it too.

Referral purchases are available on 10Bux.net, but every link I tried to click to get the prices only took me back to the home page. The site does state that a minimum of 5 can be purchased, up to 500. Weekly rentals are also mentioned, but once again I was unable to find out the cost.

Advertising rates for 10Bux.net are $1.99 for 100 unique visits. Unique visits are considered to be once every 24 hours, so if the campaign is large enough members will be seeing your website more than one time. The cost per unique visit is .019 each, so the amount paid and the amount tendered are pretty close. This shows that this site is possibly generating enough revenue to pay its members.

10Bux.net Reputation

10Bux.net does have a forum, but it looks as though it has been down for a while and there are some old messages on the website, so it does not look as though it is being maintained lately. A lot of members state that this is one of their favorite PTC sites, but they have noticed that Admin has not been involved recently. I could not find any recent proof of payment, so if you are interested in trying out the program I would suggest a free membership to see. Once the forum is back up you will have a better idea of how the program is running and if members are getting paid.

Seemed promising at first

When I first joined this site, I thought it was legitimate. Things was going pretty good. On average I was making around 18 cents per day, which was pretty good compared to some of the other ptc sites I was a member to. When I got to the point that I wanted to try and upgrade and purchase referrals things changed. I started noticing that the admin was missing in action and other members started to make complaints. So I decided to wait to see how the admin was going to handle the situation. As of today I see that the same complaints or problems still have not been resolved. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I really do believe that they have turned into a scam site.

Obvious scam

I had like 60 referrals for 10bux, I even upgraded my account, but I never managed to withdraw a single dime.

They said that they are DDOS attack so members must be patient, but that was just a way to cheer people up till they ran with our money.

It's an obvious scam guys, don't waste your time there.

Another scam

*sigh* It seemed promising from the start. I got about 10 refs pretty quickly as well. However, I was able to rent 5 addition refs, for a total of 15. I think that they may have taken it down shortly after, so maybe that's why some people were unable to rent them. Anyways, I requested my first payment, and, yes, I was banned from the site. They stated that "We have detected multiple accounts on your IP address" which is totally untrue, as all my refs were registered on different IPs. Anyways, no point in arguing further since this is a scam site anyways.

My article on making money online. =)

Waiting for nothing

Now, I am losing my hope with PTC sites. Another potentially good PTC site turned scam is 10Bux.net. At first 10Bux.net looks promising, they offer 10 ads per day with $0.01 surf rate. The $10 minimum pay-out is quite high, but I didn’t mind. So together with my 3 referrals, I was able to reach the cash-out in 2 months, but the waiting time for the payment is longer. It’s almost 4 months after I requested my $10 payment, but until now I haven’t receive any money or even an email explanation. I guess the payment will never come no matter how long I wait.

Still a member

I am still a member and waiting for payment since August, and I have not been banned like a few have been. Whether I will get my payment is another thing. It was a good site, as I was with a group of people who joined each others sites to get the referrals up. I know that the person who I joined under did get paid, but that was quite awhile ago now.

Does make you wonder about the forum though, still not there with the same message.

Why does this keep happening to me?

I tried 10bux back in april and I still have not received payment. I have heard from a few others that they have been paid out and that 10bux isn't a scam but I think I found out for myself. I requested payment numerous times already and still 5 months later no payment. Exactly how long is the payment process? I don't have a clue but I really don't think about it anymore because once again, I just wasting a huge amount of time thinking some king of website would work for me. We live and we learn right?

Potentially Harmful to Your Computer, and Does Not Pay As Promised

I joined this site after reading a lot of good things about it on various sites. I soon found that IF this site was ever a good one, it no longer is.

After I joined the site, I visited it almost daily trying to reach payout. The closer I got to payout, it seemed, the more viruses my computer seemed to pick up. Wanting to at least reach payout and get paid by the site before I cancelled my account, I kept on clicking.

Just before I reached payout, two things happened, one, my computer crashed. I actually had to do a factory restore on my computer to fix it. When I did finally get my computer fixed, I decided to visit the site one last time, to cancel my account, and found that I had been banned from the site.

To anyone who is even considering trying this one, I strongly advise against it.

Not a surprise

For a while I was on a kick signing up for pay to click websites. During this time I signed up for every "Bux" site I could find. The "Bux" sites don't offer a lot of ads to click, so I thought that if I were to join them all it would pay off later on. Unfortunately, this site did the opposite of that. As I approached the payment mark I was banned without a reason. I contacted the website and received no response. This site is worthless. Don't spend your time on a site that isn't going to pay you.

Money in My Piggy Bank

There goes another one!

Lately anything that has the word bux in it has me feeling uneasy and skeptical about joining any site with the word bux.

Bux10 is no different, at least in my experience it wasn't. I joined last October and decided to give it a try. 1 cent per click and a $10 payout, sounds easy enough, and fair. I reached the payout alone by January of this year, and then requested payout. Since that time, no payout. Of course I wasn't happy! When I went back to check my status recently, my account was no longer available.

I don't like this site for the reason that it promises to do something and right when it's supposed to happen they scam you. Again, another site making money for only themselves.

Perhaps this site works for some people, but it failed to work for me, just as other bux sites out there. My advice to you is to stay away!

Ok to begin with but soon trailed off

I joined not long after the site started up and to begin with things were good. There were payment proofs on the forum, and I even received my first 2 payouts. The money I received I used to reinvest in 10bux. net to upgrade and buy refs but after a few months things suddenly changed payouts started being delayed along with my third payout request which after 3 months still hadn't been paid I kept sending support tickets and posting on the forum and all I kept getting in reply was that payments would be received soon but after another 2 months I'd had enough so I stopped using the site and would advise anyone reading this comment to avoid 10bux. net.

the number1 ptc site pays instantly

Great Reponse Rate, but not worth it morally

I joined this site in June of last year through a referral generating site. I found this site to be great for getting views and sign ups to the things I was promoting. However, after a while I stopped using this site. Even though the numbers were great, rumors that the site was no longer paying stopped me from advertising there. It was great to get referrals to my programs simply by clicking a few ads, then using the earnings to post my ads, but I didn't feel that it was ethical for me to profit from others who weren't getting what they came for. So after two months of use and 10 sign ups to my other programs, I stopped using 10Bux.

Marketers, Are You Ready For The Truth?

10bux. net

I joined 10bux. net about 4 months back and started clicking ads. After about 3 weeks I got 3 referrals under me and was reaching my minimum payout fast. At the end of the third month I had 7 referrals and reached the minimum payout. When I requested payout, I never got paid even after waiting for a month. Now my account is still active but I am not able to redeem the amount I have accumulated. The moderators have not responded to my emails. I don't think I will get paid. I wasted 3 months on this site and got nothing. Don't waste your time on this site. It wont pay anything.

Another worthless site

Like most of the comments here, I too have been scammed by 10Bux. net.

I joined 10Bux. net 3 months ago and I referred 2 online buddies. I was able to reach the minimum pay-out of $10 just 2 weeks ago. Until now, I haven’t received my payment. I stopped surfing ads, even if I still have some balance and told my referrals to stop too. But I don’t need to remind them because one already had her account banned for no reason at all. I guess that’s another sign that the PTC site is scam.

Even if the PTC site now is legit, there is no assurance that it will be for another month. We all must be updated by reading post or comments of fellow members.

Not bad, they need to improve

I had a bad experience with this site, they paid me just once. They need to improve their payment system. There are more sites that have improved their payment system and are paying faster. The good thing about this is that it is friendly and many people like it. Now let's make some moola on the internet, which is the best place to make money from.

Hello visit me at

Don't even try it!

I joined 10Bux.net for a favor to an online buddy. This for me is a typical paid to click site where in you click a link and view a website for 30 seconds and be paid $0.01. But after not having received my payment, that's when I realize that the site is no different from those other sites that would take advantage of the situation and then later on will do something that would break our hearts. I requested for my money July of 2009, but up until now the money is still not credited into my Alertpay account. When I logged in I was shocked to know that I was banned. I guess this is their way of letting me know that I should just forget it and move on. Not so good experience.

Proceed with caution

I decided to give 10bux a try last year after reading the recommendation given by several people in their blog. When I visited the site, I was fairly impressed by what it had to offer. Even a standard member has more than 10 ads to click on. At 0.01 cents per click, it seemed feasible to be a member.

The security code feature on logging in gave an extra confidence. If the site is concerned about security, then by a simple reasoning it must be legit.

From the advertiser's point of view, the fact that a member has to click a code after the timer runs out means there is a greater chance of an advertisement being read. As for the ads there was some variety. The introduction of a Games section may be of interest to some. The new JackPoint link seems not to work, but maybe it is still under development. In short everything looked promising.

I started suspecting amiss when at least once they had some problem with their host/server. After that I started reading negative comments about it. During that time they had at least one suspicious malware link. Taking all these into consideration, and the time needed to reach payout, I decided not to be active on it. Nevertheless I still drop by once in a while, since they have not deleted my account.

Join this site if you want to see what is on offer.

Waste Of Time

Ok, this site isn't so great, but does provide enough ads to click on. Yeah, you get $0.01 per ad. So I wasn't on the site much, but was a member on it for three months. As soon as I was close to reaching the minimum $10, the next day I log in and saw that my account was canceled. I then realize this site was a scam and wasted my time clicking. This site wasted my time and will do the same to others!

Yet, this is another site that doesn't pays and never will, you shouldn't trust it, and you should avoid it!

Never pay me and many others

After the long waiting to reach the $10 minimum pay out with 10Bux. net they just scam me. I was really furious because I always make sure everyday that I click all the ads to make sure I reach the pay out soon but when I reach my pay out I never heard from them anymore. I contact the admin many times but not a single word they send back to me.

The site is an absolute scam and aside from me there are many other complains about this site in forums. They never pay and never even answer questions.

I would not recommend this site to anyone because you will just be wasting your time and you will never get paid just like many others including me.

I have never got my payment

I joined 10bux. net in the earlier of 2008. I was a standard member there and I requested my first payment in Jun 21,2008. Because of some problems the admin of the site deleted all the pending payments and I requested again on Oct. 5,2008. Let you know that I am still waiting...

I am sure that I will never get a payment from this site and that's why I stopped clicking there a lot of months ago. How is it possible this site is still alive? I suggest everyone don't spend any money there.

Don't trust this site and don't waste your time there.

Beware of this site

I joined 10bux. net as a referral of one of my friends I met online. At first, everything looked pretty legit. Although I didn't quite like the site design and layout since the colors weren't really very appealing to my eyes. But anyway, I joined and clicked anyway since at that time, I didn't see any reason to doubt the site. They paid only $. 01 as most other sites do, so no alarms rang in my head as everything in the site looked pretty much in order. They had a forum, and at that time, the admin was still quite active. So I clicked for more than a month, trying very hard to earn my way to the minimum payout amount. Once my upline reached the minimum payout amount, which was more than a month ago, she requested for payout but until this day, never received a single cent. I stopped clicking a couple of weeks after she requested for payout and told me she STILL hasn't received the money. This caused a red flag to go up in my brain. Being used to sites suddenly not paying and suddenly being sold, this isn't new to me and when I heard she hasn't gotten the payout she requested for, I simply stopped visiting the site altogether.
