Donkey Mails Description

DonkeyMails is a get paid to site that pays you for completing various tasks. You can earn money reading emails, surfing advertiser’s sites, playing games, and signing up for various offers. The site also has a referral system built in to help you earn extra money when your referrals use the site.

Donkey Mails Detailed Overview

There are many get paid to sites on the Internet. DonkeyMails is one of those sites that have been around for a while. There’s been a lot of talk about this program in forums and blogs so I’m going to see if the service is legitimate and worth taking part in.

The first thing that stands out is that the payout is extremely low for DonkeyMails. You’ll only need to earn 50 cents in order to get paid out by PerfectMoney, $2.50 for Solidtrustpay, and $1 for Paypal or Alertpay. LibertyReserve payouts have no minimum earning requirements.

I’m not really familiar with the other payment processors besides Paypal and Alertpay. The $1 really makes it a big bonus as most users quit before they reach the minimum payout in other get paid to programs. The site also pays once every 2 weeks which is another plus.

First of all, the main way to earn with DonkeyMails is by reading emails (after you fill out your interests) . The site claims you earn .25 cents per email you read. I was initially in disbelief as I thought it was a quarter but when I looked into this further, I found out that it was actually a fourth of 1 cent. You get around 10 emails per day which can earn you 2-3 cents.

While you can’t earn much by reading emails, you can earn more by click on advertiser ads. You must view them for 30 seconds in order to earn up to 1 cent per view. There are also various offers you can complete in order to earn 10 cents to 10 dollars. This will probably be the best way to earn your money.

I didn’t like the fact that the site pays you so little for clicks. Other legitimate sites pay you half a cent to 1 cent per click but at fourth of a cent, it will take a while for you to earn some half decent money with DonkeyMails. The program does make it up with a referral system. There is a downline system in 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, and 1% across 5 levels deep. Your earnings can really add up with your referrals so you can really build a little residual income by getting a good amount of referrals.

Furthermore, you can upgrade from a basic membership to a baby donkey, small donkey, big donkey, huge donkey, super big donkey, or to a super huge donkey membership. All plans cost you an annual fee and when random visitors come to the site, your referral URL will be randomly inserted. You also get additional banner impressions, an increase in your PTC earnings, and 25 referrals put in your downline depending on the upgrade level.

While earnings are on the low side, there is no problem getting paid out. Many members have gotten their payment without any problem and email inquiries are better than other ‘get paid to’ sites. You can expect a response in 1-3 days.

Donkey Mails Reputation

In conclusion, DonkeyMails is a great program to earn some extra money on the site. This is one of the few legitimate companies out there and you can see the proof of payments from the members across many forums and blogs. I recommend DonkeyMails if you want to get involved with something in which you can earn some side money.

Slow Earning Site

My experience with Donkeymails was not a positive one. I joined the site hoping to earn at a decent rate, but not expecting to earn millions. After being a member for 6 months and not reaching payout, I cancelled my account.

Going in, I understood that pay to click sites pat relatively little, but this particular site only pays 1/4 of a cent per click. At that rate, I thought there would be more advertisements to click on and was quite disappointed to find that there were not many available.

Another problem I had with the site was obtaining viruses on my computer. The longer I was a member, the worse it seemed to get; therefore, the combination of lack of ads to click on, the low rate of pay, not reaching payout in 6 months time, and the continuing viruses my computer obtained from the ads, I deleted my account there.

I would not recommend this site unless you are willing to spend a lot of time to reach payout and have very good virus protection to protect your computer.

SLOWER than SLOW

I joined Donkey Mails a few years ago. I liked the concept for being paid to read emails. But I didn't like the idea of being paid 1/4 a cent for each one that I did read. So I quit with about $0.10 in my account. Despite my referral's payment proofs and several other proofs online that I've seen since that time. I can't really bring myself to join this site again, unless they change the pay scale to at least $0.01 like the rest of the PTC sites out today.

I see many folks rave about Donkey Mails and I've seen many payment proofs over the years since I quit. If you're a NEWBIE, I would not recommend this site, even though I believe it is a legit site. Because they do pay their members, I simply give the site a C- just okay, otherwise they would get an "F. "

My Computer Will Remember Donkey Mails Forever

I was a member of Donkey Mails for over one year and was paid many times. Yes, they paid little compared to the new sites but with the low payout and many payment options, I had no trouble recruiting for this site. There were also other ways of earning on this site; I even won a contest for cash once. One day my virus software expired and while searching for it's replacement, I noticed there were tons of popup ads happening. Donkey Mails was the only PTC site I had clicked on that particular day. Unfortunately my computer crashed before I had a chance to install the new virus software. Immediately after my new software was loaded, I logged into Donkey Mails and started to click and guess what? My virus software went haywire running full scans. Sad to say, but I cancelled my Donkey Mails account that same day and never looked back. It's a great site and the admin support is wonderful. They really do a great job of trying to please their members and keep them busy on the site. Just make sure your virus software is current before joining.

Please tell Sebas nostate says hi!

I've worked with my friend Sebas Broekhoff and his family for a good three years now.

As a member: It's true that you'll probably never make a fortune there clicking but you just might see the newest things on the web first!

And the earnings are easily converted to advertising credits with DonkeyMails. Fast redemption there.

What cash I've asked for takes a couple days but poo! It's there in my PayPal one day. Never been stiffed by DonkeyMails.

Which brings me to what is maybe the most negative thing about this site. Sebas is honest. I truly believe that. And he removes anyone trying to load malware or anything like that... but sometimes scammers do advertise there.

Don't believe everything you read. Never invest the mortgage payment there.

As an advertiser: During my first 18 months of using Sebas as an advertising resource I increased my income an additional $14,000. Of course the program was good. But it's also due to Sebas keeping 100% of every promise he ever made me.

He responded to every single email. Sometimes he's busy... with 100000+ members... but he does respond because he does give a damn.

I also love to bring him business because the man gives a few hours weekly volunteering to help feed the homeless.

What a guy. What a website. You won't really regret joining for the fun of it. Play a game or two. I recommend using the option to have your emails on-site.

The tortoise beat the hare.. Eventually :)

The site is probably one of the most reliable PTC sites. Not only are they trusted (they've been around for so long) they really do pay out, and with the cash-out being so low, that is a big draw as well. The downside is probably that there is a reason that the cash-out is so low: it takes a LONG time to make any real money. But, with patience and persistence, you will make money, and there are definitely a lot of opportunities to do so. If you have the free time and don't mind waiting and clicking on tons of ads to get the money, it's a good, steady site to do it.

Good For little money

If you are happy with small earnings then you can surely try out Donkey Mails. There are a lot of earning opportunities in this site. I generally use the paid to read section as every mail is worth much more in comparison with paid to click section. I also write different site reviews here. The acceptance criteria of these reviews must be not too high as some of my 2-3 liner reviews have also been accepted. I also use their paid to promote section to earn extra cash. I have been paid four times from this site. I have not got a lot of money from this site (A grand total of 4.5$), but this site is at least honest and genuinely pays it's members. The customer support is very active in this site. Once, I was having some problem with the inbox messages as most of the links were broken. The problem was fixed within 24 hours after I sent complaint to their support system.

Slow and Steady Wins the Race!

Just like any PTC, PTR, PTT sites it takes a while to see some good money coming in. You get the majority of your money from referrals. This site though differs from the rest in one major way: "It's LEGIT !" so far I have no complaints, although I've only been a member for two weeks and some change, I've known of this company for over a year, and they've been in business for over 4. I've been told in a forum that there are secrets for donkey mails. And yes they're legal secrets, no cheaters allowed! Who says slow money sucks, s***t it's better than no money lol ;).

Great PTC Site

This site was one of the first PTC sites I joined when I started making money online. I receive many emails a day each worth a quarter of a cent. I also click in the PTC section, but only the ones worth a quarter of a cent. Some of the ads are only worth a very small amount so I don't think it is worth clicking there. They also have contest PTC section where you can win money.

I have already been paid once. I can't wait to get my next payment! They have been around for quite sometime and have been paying members. I recommend this site.

Donkey Mails Is A Steady Earner

I was a member of Donkey Mails way back in 2003 and I enjoyed making money from this site, but the only thing I didn't like about it was that the earnings are pretty low. When I first joined payout was only 50 cents, now it's $1 and they even offer pay to promote which is 75 cents per 1000 page views. Now that sounds easy, but the 1000 page views never come easy. In order to do pay to promote you do have to join sites that they allow you to promote their page at. For me that was not something I wanted to do.

I did get paid, it took me 3 months to reach payout, and it took 5 months to make $1. A long time, if you ask me. I had referrals, but the possibility of them not being as active, could have been the cause of the slow earnings. It would have been nice to be able to earn a little faster, or even a little more on this site.

Feel free to sign up there and earn a little

I have no doubt about the payment from this site as I have been paid for 3 times. Each day it sends a lot of e-mail to you and at least you will earn 0.25 cent. Now I do not have enough time to spend in this site but for the new comers it is a safe place because at least they will earn something. There is no doubt that it is a legit, paying site with consistency for many years.

A reliable site

I was a member of Donkey Mails for quite a long time. During that time I found the site to be very consistent. I always received a good amount of emails to click for pay, and they always paid in a timely manner. When I did have a customer service related issue, the webmaster responded quickly with good information.

Eventually I did leave the site, but only because I simply did not have the time to continue participating in PTC programs. I had tried many PTC sites and found Donkey Mails to be one of the best ones available.

Website is legit

The website is legit and it pays. I haven't requested Payout yet only because the amount of money I have is so low it's not worth it to me to cash out yet. But just like other PTC websites it takes forever for those clicks to add up to a decent amount of money. However, the reason why I like this website because it is an effortless way to earn extra pocket change. The emails to click are worth 1 fourth of a cent. However, there are several emails for you to click. There can be sometimes 10-15 emails to click. Donkey Mail pays via PayPal once you reach $1. A good tip I would say is if you get discouraged because it is not a lot of money to earn in let's say a month try not cashing out for a year or two or just let the money build in your PayPal account. It's free money for hardly doing anything.

Low earnings

This site surely pays money to it's members. I have been paid by them twice into my Liberty Reserve account. But, they do not have a specific time within which they will pay users. Usually the payment is made within 10-15 days. I believe this is a very long time to wait especially when you earn very little amount from this site. I check out only the messages in my inbox here as banner ads are worth very little money (generally . 2-. 3 cents). I also promote their page in some other traffic exchanges. Sometimes, when I click links in the messages, they show an error message that the link had expired. I will love to see this problem being fixed. I have already mailed their customer support about this problem but yet to receive a reply. Overall, this is good if you are happy with very low income.

Would surely test your patience.

If you are looking to earn money in quick time, then this site is surely not the place to invest your time. This site can only guarantee you real earnings but the earnings are really slow.

I have been on the site for quite some time and after a lot of clicking, I could reach my payout of 1$ and cashed it out via Paypal. Earnings from clicking ads is very low as compared to what you can earn by receiving emails and completing offers, but you won't get such bonuses all the time. As far as receiving payments is concerned, I must say that the site is legit enough to make payments on time.

A Bit too slow...

I joined this Site awhile ago but it is very slow to earn with. The links are really low and I do not like the numerous Paid To Promote pages with pop ups etc. Their Paid To Promote pays well but it is far too messy for me with too many ads all over the place. Too many pop ups so that the page has got banned at many places. I have been paid by it though, and it has been around a long time.

Donkey Mails Paid

I used this site awhile back with many other PTC sites, and this is one of the few that has still been around. They also have a few sister sites as well.

I actually liked this one overall. Upsides you could make a decent amount of money with focus, and doing it everyday.

Downsides payout on emails and time spent on the emails. You always had to wait 30 seconds, sometimes less sometimes more, before being credited, and unless you upgraded, your credit was anywhere from 05 to 2. It just depended on what was put into it.

I eventually quit PTC all together and have debated going back to them. However PTC do have way too many cookies and I do not like that when you log out or close your window you are in fact still logged in.

Not the best but not the worst!

I became a member of Donkey Mails just two weeks ago. No doubt this site is legit because it has been in the business for 4 years or so. Good thing also is that you can cashout anytime you want as low as $0.01 for E-gold users or $1 for PayPal and AlertPay users. The only thing that I don't like about this site is that you get to stumble upon sites that are not legit. The site is also a bit confusing at first but if you get the hang of it, you'll go a long way especially with it's 5 referral levels of commission. I would definitely recommend this site.

Here's how you can earn in this site:

Get Paid To Read Emails: pays between $025-05 or (1/4 to ½ cents) for 15-25 seconds of viewing time.

Get Paid To Review: pays $0.01 for completing a simple review.

Get Paid To Promote: pays $0.75 per 1000 credits.

Get Paid to Complete Offers: pays from $0.01 to $10 per offer.

Honest & legit site

I have been with Donkeymails since 2004 and it keeps paying me without any problem. All emails are worth at least 0.25 cent and it offers no minimum payout for Liberty Reserve users. It's Paid to promote rate drop from $0.75 CPM to $0.5 CPM recently, but overall it is a good PTR which accept international member without fuss.

Various FREE Way to Earn Online - International with Payment Proofs

Fund Investment site Paying since 2008

Legitimate and Slow

This site is legitimate - which is quite the rarity in the PTC world - you will get paid and not much.

I (also) tried advertising on this site (using both their points and paid systems) with zero response: very low CTR (from my splash pages) and no conversions.

They never run out of advertisers which adds to their legitimacy as that's where the money to pay the members (should) comes from. It seems that people advertise there expecting little to no conversions for the low cost.

Most of the paid to sign up (PTSU) offers that aren't known scams require you to spend money (pay for membership) and the "point2click" system (as I indicated earlier) isn't profitable to use.

As a previous comments mentioned, the site has occasional frame-breakers and uses cookies extensively (because of the old script, I'd assume). This can be quite irritating when you're trying to view an add for tenths or even hundredths of a cent.

The upgraded, paid, memberships don't look to be profitable to me either.

Has stood the test of time, but way too many cookies for me

As anyone who has been following my comments should know about me, I am not a fan of PTCs, except for advertising. I joined DonkeyMails about a year ago with this same thought in mind, but my membership with them would be short lived.

Whenever I surf a traffic exchange or click at PTC, I make sure to set FireFox to ask me about every cookie before placing it on my computer. This is a trick that I learned some time ago, in order to keep out malicious cookies that may be on a site.

Anyway, the few times I did surf DonkeyMails, I would get sites that had 10-20 cookies at least. This raises a red flag for me because some cookies take your e-mail information off of your computer and transmit it back to the advertiser, who then starts spamming you with mail. I'm not saying that any of the sites that DonkeyMails listed did this, but that is only because I had Firefox set to ask.

Having so many sites that did this to my computer, I concluded that DonkeyMails does not put it's sites through any check system before they are posted. This is very unnerving for me, especially with my old Pentium III that can't handle very much.

So, in short, you should be careful of any site that has more than 10 cookies from different sources, you may be unwittingly giving your e-mail to exactly who you don't want to have it. It is that reason alone that I stopped using DonkeyMails.

Marketers, Are You Ready For The Truth?

An old and legit site!

Wow the first day I joined Donkeymails, I was so excited as I saw how many ads to click! I mean literally there are over 20 pages of ads to click everyday, you must know advertisers love the site! Even though there are countless number of ads, they are worth less than pennies each! Like $.001! So you would need 100 clicks to make a penny! There are sometimes a quarter of a cent, and usually you get it by email.

What I love about the site the most is their referral system, which goes 5 levels deep and pay 5-1%! This way you can earn tons more money, as if you just refer 3, you could get over 100 referrals clicking for you!

They pay out only at $1, so it can be easily reached if you have the time.

I think this is a great site, as it pays you, but remember you are getting clicks less than a penny!

Slow But Sure Earner

I've been paid once, so I can attest to this site's legitimacy in paying it's members. However, it took me a long time to get a decent enough amount of money, so there's a big downside. There's not much you should do to earn, though. Like Hits4Pay, Donkey Mail sends you to advertiser websites which you should view for a certain amount of time in order for payment to get credited to your account. The contests which are a constant presence in the site is also a good source of increasing (albeit in a very small amount, as well) your account balance. It pays through PayPal, which is important for an international member like me, plus you can request for a payout anytime, which is also great as you can cash out anytime you want without needing to reach a certain minimum amount before you can actually get your money. I also like the new paid to review section, which I have not tried yet but since I am interested in doing those type of tasks, I might try it soon. If you like a small but steady income on the side, then I recommend Donkey Mails to you.
