InterAdMedia is a site that pay it's members to seach on the web. It is a company started in April of 2008 by David Bell of Global Net Ltd which is based out of Great Yarmouth GB. All members need to do to earn money through this site is to sign up for a free account and perform genuine searches through the Yahoo search engine. InterAdMedia pays 0.001 cents for every minute that that the search is going on.
Members who use InterAdMedia (and you do actually have to surf through the site, you can't just use Yahoo search) will have each minute of their search time logged and their earnings from those searches totaled immediately. The website states that members can earn up to $1000 each month and payments are made via Paypal. Payments are held in a pending account for 60 days and then sent out in increments of $25, $50, $100, or $500. Members will receive their payments withing 8 days of request.
The site itself is very simple (if not annoying) to use. As I mentioned before, only searches that originate from the InterAdMedia website count toward your earnings, regardless if you are searching via Yahoo or not. So, you must log into InterAdMedia and then click start browsing. Once you do this you are taken to the terms of services page on which you must click accept before each new search. Now, you can click various pages on a search without going through that, but if you have timed out (where it has stopped counting the amount of time you have been searching) then you have to start from scratch again. A minor inconvenience but it might be worth it if you search enough during the day to make it pay.
Advertisers can also use Interadmedia to generate traffic to their websites. Advertisers can get free accounts and place either text or banner ads. The advertiser only pays for actual impressions made. Advertising starts at 1 cent per impression and advertising packages can be purchased for as little as $10. Interadmedia is also the only place to advertise that offers a 100% human browsing guarantee. Advertisers will know that a human actually looked at their website, not a robot.
InterAdMedia has a good reputation for paying its members. I actually found no complaints regarding the program. But, I don't know how many people are willing to go to the site to do their searches. But, then again, in the time it took me to research the company I made 3 cents, not a lot but I didn't do anything special to make it either

I wouldn't recommend it I'm not sure exactly when I joined interadmedia, but I know it was when they were still paying $0.01 per minute. I thought the rate was pretty good and I managed to make $4, but then they changed the rate down to $01 per minute, and with the payout still at $25. I'm not sure I can reach payout because I don't search that much. I actually remember my first search I performed on the site- it was for a proof of payment from Interadmedia. I never found any proofs but I thought the site might still be new and they haven't paid anyone yet. But after a while, I realized that I hadn't seen a single proof yet, and so I searched it again and this time it came up with results of everyone claiming it was a scam. I decided not to waste my time on a site that I'm not sure actually pays it's members, and I don't think I would recommend this site to anyone.

Don't waste your time This site only pays $1 per minute of searching, and you need $25 to cash out. It would take forever to reach that much, and it wouldn't even be worth it. If you are inactive for 5 minutes, they close your session and you will have to agree to the terms of agreement again for another search session. It's really a waste of time, stick with other sites that will actually pay you a decent amount.

SCAM SIte! I had been scammed a lot of times by these paid to surf sites. Yet, I joined this site because of their layout. These paid to surf sites generally have a similar kind of a layout but this one seemed to have a different layout. They were paying 1 cent per minute of surfing which was great as well. I surfed for some weeks and when I reached around 20$ they suddenly reduced the rate to . 1 cent per minute. This was surely a sign of scam, yet somehow I managed to reach the 25$ mark required to make cash out. But, 5 months have passed since the request and they have not paid me yet. I do not expect them to pay me either. I contacted them but never received a reply to my query. This site is surely a scam

Too slow for me I found this site about 2 months ago hoping that I would make some decent money through using their style of making money, which was to use it like any other search engine. You search for something and you will make money out of it. One thing that got me was that they payed for how long you had been searching not for your keywords that you had entered in the search bar. Overall, I think this site is a legit website, but a very, very slow earner, so I would advise people to try it if they are a very patient user, and loves to use Yahoo search engine, other than that, don't try it! |

This is a scam This site is a total scam. I requested my payment June 21 and still never got it. Stay away from this site unless you are wanting to waste your time. Believe me, you won't get your payment from these scammers!

Stay away! Stay away, it is a waste of time. It takes FOREVER to get the minimum cashout. And when you do finally make the cashout, they don't pay. I have waited months for my payment, and regret even signing up for the website. Find a different site that is not a scam. STAY AWAY!

An average site InterAdMedia can be considered as the new kid on the block. I joined it because I was looking for an extra earning source. Before this I joined several other pay to search sites. InterAdMedia is certainly different from the others. I believe they put a 5 minute timer because they are paying based on the time users are active in making a search. There is one main advantage, and one big disadvantage. On the plus side the site is less likely to be hit by scammers, as what happened to several other sites. In the long run this will benefit both the company and the members. I have no doubt that scammers will find a way to get around this safeguard. With the timer running users will have to be vigilant. Otherwise the time after that will not be counted. This definitely disrupts the searches that I make. The low rate is another factor weighing heavily against it. At least it is better than another site which I shall not name here. On the positive side, users are getting paid for something they used to do for free. I would consider this site as average. |

Paying Low But Paying If I would just follow my normal way of searching things over the internet, I guess it would take forever for me to receive my first cashout. Twenty-five dollars may not be that much, but this site really pays low. I need to be really active searching all day to gain a somewhat decent amount which I can't do since I still have a bunch of stuff to do online. However, I like the fact that they pay for simply searching and they pay via paypal, too (some sites only pay Amazon credits). I am using it until now, though, since my nephew does his homework using my PC and he does a lot of searching.

Requires lots of time I have used InterAdMedia for about a month now, really all I was able to get with this site in a whole month was around $2, I have no idea how anyone would be able to reach the cash out limit of $25 unless you really, really like searching on yahoo... Because the way you earn money on this site is by staying active on the yahoo search page they direct you to. If you are inactive for 5 minutes, they will close your session and you will have to agree to the terms of agreement again for another search session. I recommend this only to people with loads of time to spare.

If you have a lot of time After using this site for a few weeks I just gave up. The pay out for searching was not nearly as good as some other sites hand out. Just to reach the $25 mark it would take at least two months. In addition to the 60 days of waiting for it to actually give you it. However, if you have a lot of free time it could be worth a shot.

Legit but slow I started using InterAdMedia 3 months ago, reading the comments here many people seem to have a problem with this site, however I don't. I'm patient and it pays off. To reach the first cashout it took 2 months, I got about $20 by then. Each search gives you 1 cent but if you're like me and search / lookup stuff all day long it the money adds up quickly. The cashout is pretty slow, it took another month to receive my money, but who cares about waiting for a month? While waiting I just made more money again. They do seem to have a problem with their customer support though, email replies are pretty slow (it took up to 3 to 4 days when I sent a mail) but they're very friendly and helpful in their mails so in the end I'm not complaining. |

Earing is good but the payout is worse Joined this program about a month ago. At first I'm really excited because you will get paid by just using the search engine. The rate per minute is good but you need to be active always because the cookies will expire after 3 minutes of idle work. Then I read about the payout and very frustrated because your earnings are pending for 60 days. That's a very long waiting period for just 20-30 bucks. By just calculation, you can only earn $1.44 for 24 hours of work. For a $50 payout, it will take more than a month. I think it is only a scam considering the waiting period.

Slow starting I just found this the other day, and just got started with it, it doesn't seem very intuitive to me. First you have to log into it, then you have click to browse then accept the terms of browsing and it always shuts you off unless you are actively searching. I understand why it shuts you off, however when you are in the other window searching it will still turn you off. Secondary to that one minute for 1, there are ptc sites that pay the same amount if not more, and it takes 30 seconds to get that sometimes less sometimes the same. As of right now I haven't fully decided if I am sticking with this one, but for testing right now and checking it out occasionally, it is OK. Maybe as I get more into it I or it can improve |

Not worth your time If you're not a frequent Yahoo! search engine user, I don't advise this site. $1 per minute is just too small a price to pay for constantly disturbing you because you have to search Yahoo every 5 minutes or else the site will break down and you'll have to agree to the TOS again to search. Do not think even think you can earn through referrals because it only pays 5% of your referral's earnings. I already stopped using this site because I have only $3 in my account after using it for a month.

Do not waste your time When I joined this site, they were paying 1 cent for every minute of surfing. I took me only 1 month to surf for 2500 minutes and reach the minimum payout of 25$. But, I could not withdraw that cash as all of the money was not in my account balance but in pending balance. They took 2 months to put that 25$ in my account balance (In between this time, I did not surf anymore as I wanted to see what they do with that pending balance). I was very happy to see those 25$ in my account balance and requested for a payment. But, they never paid me. Eight months have passed away since my payment request and I really do not expect to receive any payment from them either. This site is a scam for sure and I will suggest others not to waste their time here.

Its great if you spend all day on the internet and like slow payment I have an office job, and half the time I really don't do anything or search topics on event planning for work purposes. I figured why not get paid for searches while at it, so I joined this site. I've been a member for roughly a few weeks and am nowhere near my cashout amount. The thing that is not so great about the site is that your earnings go pending until 60 days are over, so basically you can't cash anything out until 2 months. This in my opinion is the biggest disappointment with the site, and once you do reach payout, you have to wait another month to get it. The site is great to use if you're a surf junkie like I am, but it won't make you a ton of money. |

Stay away from this I was in desperate search of new money making opportunities when I came to know about this site. I signed up immediately and started using this site. Their rate was . 01$ per minute and it took me two months to reach to 25$. But, all of that money was in pending balance. I contacted their Support Team and they told me that two months would require for that 25$ to get approved. I waited for two months. After two months, I logged in again only to discover that my account balance was 2.5$ (instead of 25$) because they changed their rates to .01$ per minute. I again mailed their Support System but this time no reply came. I have not used this site anymore after this incident.

A Breath of Fresh Air After wading through tons of paid-to-search sites, finally here is one that actually works. I am an mTurk worker and do HITs that require me to use Google and Yahoo at least four hours a day, so InterAdMedia paying by the minute is actually a good program to use for me. I was annoyed at the other site (yes, I am talking about MyHomePagesFriends) because after almost a year of using the site, I still haven't reached payout and have been twice deducted earnings because of "low quality" search queries (which basically translates to "You're nearing payout and we must not let you achieve that"). But with InterAdMedia, I am almost at my second payout only after four months of membership! But I wish the FAQ was not so misleading and they did not change their rules so often (they've actually changed it thrice, I think), but hey, they've already paid me, and without me making so much effort, just a couple of extra clicks and on to my usual surfing. So based on that alone, I am glad that I became a member when I did and will continue to use their services for as long as they stick to their word of paying the span of time that I use their site. |

Hard to actually made money! I was really excited to find a paid to search site that actually pays to Paypal, when other sites were only allowing you to redeem for Amazon Card, Gift Cards etc. At first I had high hopes as their homepage suggested we could make a lot of money with the site! After registering my account and logging in, I was really surprised! It is probably my fault actually, as I should have read the terms more clearly. They pay you to search, but on the amount of time you search! Unlike other sites where you get credited for each search query, they are paying you by the minute! I find this is very hard to earn money, and also if you are not active in 5 minutes, they will have to time you out, and you have to agree to the terms of service again! Moreover, they have a really high pay out rate, which is $25 and you can`t cash out until you have an account for over 60 days! This is a very deceiving site in terms of earning cash, which will take a long time, but I personally think is better than getting a gift card! I think this site is legit, and pays it's members because it does get revenue from all the advertisers. |
