memolink Description

Memolink is a rewards program based out of Denver Colorado. Reward programs are sites where you get points for doing certain tasks. At Memolink the tasks include reading emails, doing surveys, playing games, and making online purchases. The company was started in 1994 as an offline direct marketer and in 1998 it started the online rewards program. Current CEO is David Asseoff and Memolink currently has 1000 shopping partners and over 10,000,000 members.

memolink Detailed Overview

Memolink is a free program to join and all points you receive are redeemable for cash and gift certificates. Some ways to get points (and the points received for accomplishing the task) include:

Buying Aqua Globes – you will receive 1600 points
Purchasing items from Victorias Secret – you will get 32 points for every dollar spent
Purchasing items from Tiger Direct – you will receive 40 points for every dollar spent
Purchasing items from Target – you will receive 56 points for every dollar spent
Sign up to take the Trivia IQ Quiz – you will receive 2800 points

Once you have accumulated those points you can trade them in:

Get cash – receive $10 for 19,200 points or $100 dollars for 163,200 points (other amounts in between)
Give to charity (such as the Red Cross) – donate $10 for 19,200 points or donate $250 for 403,200 points (other amounts in between)
Receive gift certificates (like for McDonalds) - $10 for 19,200 points

There are other benefits available, you can receive coupon codes to various online stores which will give you instant savings (and, you will also receive points on those purchases). Some of the retailers with coupon codes include 1-800-CONTACTS, 1-800-PETMEDS, Apple Store, Babies-R-Us, and Best Buy. There is a wide selection of online retailers to choose from and if you are going to purchase from them anyways this is a great way to save.

If you are looking for an additional income stream, you can also sign up for the affiliate program on Memolink. Members are paid cash for anyone who joins the program or you can sign up as a publisher and have the ads placed on your website or blog. Advertisers can use the program to get their sites or products in the public eye. All advertising is performanced based meaning you pay only when you criteria has been met (whether that be sign ups, sales, or traffic).

Note:  If you're on IM Report Card because you're looking for a way to make money online, then you should check out our top recommendation.  It's the best method we've found that anyone can use to earn income online.  Click here to learn more!

memolink Reputation

With over 10,000,000 members, this program is extremely popular. Everyone does seem to enjoy the savings when it come to shopping online, and most seem to enjoy accumulating the points. The only complaints I could find is when it comes to redemption of those points. Some people are waiting years to receive their gift certificates. But, there is a support system in place so that you can register your concerns if you do not receive your items promptly.

It's Not Worth It

I was a member of Memolink about 2 years ago, and never managed to reach payout. I wish they would have somehow let people know that reaching payout would take a bit of time. Of course they won't tell anyone that. At first, I loved this site and I was pretty sure I could reach the 19,000 plus points in order to cashout. I left the site at 1,400 points. I realized if it took me over 2 years to reach that amount, that it would probably take a lifetime to reach payout. So as for my results, it took 2 years to reach 1,400 points, which really isn't worth it. There are far better point sites out there that one can earn faster.

Don't waste your time on this site. Unless you are an avid online shopper that can afford to purchase the things one is required to do, then go for it!

I do not like this site

I have been a member of this site for a year. It is a legitimate but it is also really difficult to reach the payout. The minimum payout is $10. If you hope to get more points, you can take surveys, complete offers, read e-mails, play games and shop online. However, I have not reached $10 until now. Maybe I am not a shopper online so that I can not get points easily. So I have to give it up.

A good site if you have patience

I have been a member of Memolink for over a year. I have cashed out only once and I used my points to get a gift card for Red Lobster. This is a legit site, but it takes a very long time to earn enough points to get the minimum payout. Now if someone likes to buy things online then this is the best site for you. Memolink has many sponsors and you can earn quite a few points by using their site to buy from. However since I basically use the site for the small surveys and the emails I receive I don't accumulate points very fast. I will continue to use the site, as I do enjoy getting gift cards.

Great for Shoppers... points are a bonus

Since I do a lot of online shopping, I've really liked Memolink because I can not only earn points for things I was going to buy anyways, but I also take advantage of the coupon codes they have for the stores I shop from. So, even thought it does take a really long time to reach the points needed for the cash-out status on the site, I'm happy because I'm saving on things I buy at stores and online. I've done a few surveys for the site and they aren't too terribly long, and did finally reach cash-out and did get the money I was owed. So for me, I've really liked it.

Good Site if you are active on it

I like this site, but it's really hard to reach cash out. I've been with them for almost 6 months and just now reached over $5. The cash out is for $10. I have never qualified for a survey, but you still get paid to click on different email. I'm not very active on the site. If I was I might earn more money for it.

Memolink Member For A Decade

I've been a member of Memolink for over a decade. You can earn money by shopping, completing surveys, visiting websites and clicking links on email sent by Memolink. Originally the website was geared for students but soon everyone wanted to earn points for gift cards and an empire was born.

I have a sense of loyalty to Memolink as it was one of my first online pay websites. However, compared to similar programs, the cash out is very slow at Memolink. It takes a long time to accumulate enough points to cash out. Once you request a gift card, I find it takes a minimum of 10 weeks to receive it.

I only spend a few minutes on Memolink weekly because I earn more for my efforts at other sites. However, it is worth clicking on links and building points since you will definitely receive payout - if you're willing to wait a few months.

Very Slow earnings

It is really hard to accumulate enough points to redeem them for gift vouchers. Basically, I am earning points just by visiting sites. I do not know why but I do not qualify for most of the surveys. So far, I have completed only 3 surveys (I took all the surveys for which I was qualified). I do not shop online too often and even if I do, I have certain choices. So, I am not getting points for shopping through this site. I could have left this site but I know this site is legitimate (I have seen a lot of proofs).

Once, my points were not updating even after visiting sites, so I decided to contact the site administrator. My points were updated immediately and a mail was send to my inbox with the updated details. This proves they have a fast and efficient support system.

I Like This One

I like MemoLink for a different reason! Sure you get reward points for shopping through their site and opening emails, completing offers and surveys, but that's chump change! The real money as mentioned in the review is in the affiliate program!

Their affiliate program is through CPA Storm; I've never heard of them until MemoLink! It's all lead based and pretty good as with most lead based affiliate programs. I've yet to understand the Publisher side, which I doubt I get involved with, I like leads better since I refer through incentives mainly!

Now, the free membership is not all that bad, considering I use it like I use Inbox Dollars; I click for the points and sign up to free programs for the added points! Actually, just today I received 612 points for signing up to a survey site and visiting 2 sites! So, I'll eventually hit the points cash out, but I'll be hitting the $50 threshold real soon through the affiliate program!

Memolink: I forgot I was a member

To be honest, I actually forgot I was a member of Memolink until I read this post. I had to log into Memolink (after I requested my forgotten password), just to find out if I was really a member. I have joined a lot of GTP sites and I typically quit the site if the payout takes too long to reach.

Anyway after I logged in, I was surprised that my account is still open with a balance of 2,000 points, even though it stated there was no activity for over 6 months. The cashout amount is 19,200 points, which explains why I gave up and stopped logging into the site.

This site takes too long to reach payout and I don't have the patience to wait for the points to add up. Also, the fact that I have to shop and spend money to buy items to get points back, somewhat defeats the purpose of making money. If it is not something I would normally purchase then it is not worth the effort.

I am looking for ways to earn money on the Internet, and Memolink is the wrong way to do this. I would not recommend this site to anybody who wants to earn money.

Memolinks is Great!

Well I Have been with memolinks for 3 years now have cashed in big points for big dollars! This is a good site to make some nice points for nice dollars. I shop online a lot and if you shop thru their site you can accumulate a lot of points and then cash in the points for money. You can get points for answering questions, lots of sites to shop thru, check it out and sign up it's free! Highly recommended.

Too slow to payout

This site here in my opinion is just too hard for anyone to reach the payout on. I was with this site for a few months and was not able to even come close to the payout. I'm not saying that this is a scam site but they just don't give you enough work to get you to the payout in what I would consider a reasonable amount of time. The site is okay, I guess, if you don't need money right away, or anytime soon. If, however, you are trying to make some quick cash, I would have to recommend against using them.

Not a good site

Memo link is not a very good site. I have tried to earn rewards there, but it is very hard to do. You can earn points for visiting websites, playing trivia games, taking survey sand shopping online. It is slow going. Once you earn at least 1600 points you can cash out for gift cards, gifts or cash or donate your points. For me, getting to the point where you can get a reward, it is very difficult. You earn more points if you shop online than if you take the surveys. You also can earn points by referring your friends. I have referred several friends and as of now, still have not received my referral points from memo link. I have contacted customer service with no reply. I would not suggest anyone join. I have been a member for over 1 year and still not at enough points to get a reward or to cash out.

This place became a waste of time

I have been a member with this place for 3 years now. It is no where close to like it use to be. With this place you get tons of offer/read emails from them. You get a certain amount of points for opening the email to read it. I used to get a good 50 emails a day from them but now I am lucky if I even get 5 a day. But I will say that it is great in getting prizes though. You can earn cash, gift cards or even donate to charities. You could make payout easily if you complete the offers that expect money. My opinion, though why would you want to buy stuff just to make payout? I wish they would go back to the old times when you got a good 50 emails a day because it was easier to get payout. But if you don't care about time span then I would recommend this site in a heartbeat, but if you expect payouts within a couple months then this site is not the place for that.

Very legit but very low points gain. Not worth your time

Memolink is one of the first GPT sites as I joined a few years back. Unfortunately, the website is horrible and I will explain why. First off, the minimum payout is at a very high $10 and what makes this worse is that you get very few offers emailed to you which adds up to about a dollar a month. Most offers approve in a week maximum but I have seen it waiting out for months which is not a good thing at all. I only reached payout once and I am happy to report they payout but unhappy that it took months to reach that amount. Most offers sent by email are worth 5 cents to 5 dollars but most of the time they are worth very low points which makes me hate the site even more. Stay away from this site, bad minimum payout and low paying offers is not good.

The best GPT site with a 250 point signup bonus and the greatest referral system ever. Newly launched so join in early for all the points.

Has plenty of offers and is updated daily. Has prizes ranging from emailing codes for xbox live and amazon to game pre-orders.

A lot of effort to reach payout

I joined Memolink in June 2009, and have almost reached the payout minimum ($10), which is not very good compared to some other sites I work with. Memolink is similar to other sites that pay you to complete offers, and take daily mini-surveys that pay 1-10 points, or others that pay 600-1200 points. The problem is you need 19,200 points to reach $10, so there is a lot of effort required on your part. I probably could do better by coming to the site more often and trying to complete more offers/surveys, but I feel my time is better spent elsewhere. So I take the easy points, and let the point total build. Hopefully they will pay promptly. The site is fairly well organized, and I believe completely legitimate, just not much of a money-maker, in my opinion.

Not recommended

Let me start by saying that it took forever to reach payout! However, when I did, they did pay me. They are a legitimate site even if they are not always well-funded. And I was excited to get money-back for getting my Netflix subscription through them. Still, it was a waste of time, as it took me nearly two years to cash out! But if you're looking for cash-back shopping, this might be a good option for you.

Deserves an A if you are a online shopper, otherwise for free members it's just okay.

I signed up for Memolink as one of my friends kept raving about how many times she had cashed out for various gift cards. After I been a member there for quite sometime I receive their email invitations. But not all of their email invitations give you points that you can later trade in for various rewards or prizes. I do shop online but mostly at certain places. I like to keep my information in central locations. What I didn't realize before signing up there is that my friend is a regular online shopper. So with each purchase she is given a certain amount of points for the dollars she spends. She has been racking up all of the gift cards sort of like cash rebates. Once you hit a point prize for the offer you want, you trade in your points in order to get the prize.

So if you shop online a lot, then you could do extremely well using Memolink to get various prizes or gift cards.

If you are not an online shopper, like me, then being a free member you won't gain an extremely large amount of points to cash in for prizes or gift cards.

Looking for legit sites that really pay. ----> CLICK HERE<----

Waste of my time

At first I really liked this site. I got emails regularly where you could win points for visiting the sites specified. One thing I disliked was the amount of surveys that they have available. I was a member for about 7 months and I could not make enough to cash-out my earnings, therefore I decided to close my account. If you are looking to make a quick buck, then this site is not for you. If you are willing to duke it out, then I would say check it out.

Great Program But Payout Is Hard To Reach

I have been a member of this program for about 6 months now. They send surveys every now and then. I think I receive maybe 3 a month. You need to have at least 3,000 points for your first redemption. Usually that wouldn't be a problem if the program actually sent you enough offers to actually reach that payout. I thought it was a great program when I first joined because they give you sign up points as a bonus, but then you have to earn and earn in order to reach cashout. I wouldn't recommend this program on account that you would have to work far too hard to receive gifts.

Pretty lame

The only thing that would've been nice to know before I joined is that it would take what seems like forever to reach cash-out. Since I'm getting close, I am going to stick with it for now. What I do like is how they send emails regularly that you get points for just visiting sites. Also, the last 45 days of your points history is shown in your account along with the last 120 days of your click code history. What I don't like is that I don't get very many surveys from them which is really why I joined. Most all the points I do have are from visiting sites in the emails. My specific results are not very impressive and like I stated earlier, the only reason I'm sticking with it for now is because I'm so close to cash-out. I wouldn't recommend anyone join this one if you're looking to get lots of surveys or money in the very near future.
