NoMinCashout Description

NoMinCashout is a pay-to-click advertising membership site that is allegedly run by internet entrepreneur Steve Mills. This site sells advertising in the form of clicks on links that take participating program members to websites. Program members are promised pay for surfing advertiser websites, and there is a referral reward system as well.

NoMinCashout Detailed Overview

NoMinCashout seems to be a pretty standard pay-to-click advertising membership program. Advertisers pay to get visits to their websites, and program members get paid to click on advertiser links and visit their websites. Members must stay on an advertiser’s website for at least 25 seconds in order to get credit for the visit.

Free members get paid $.00125 for each advertiser website that they visit through a link on the NoMinCashout site. Paid members get $.02 for every website visit. All members are supposed to earn from their referrals when they recruit others to the program, with paid members earning higher commissions. There is no minimum cash-out amount required to request payment (hence the name).

This all seems like normal pay-to-click procedure, but the problems start when you try to navigate the NoMinCashout site. When you go to the area where you can start clicking on links to visit websites, some of them work properly and some don’t. You are supposed to be able to click on a link and visit the website while a visible counter ticks off 25 seconds. Sometimes there’s a counter and sometimes there’s not. When there isn’t one, you don’t get credit for the visit.

There is a forum section on the NoMinCashout website where members can supposedly have discussions, but when you click on the link, there’s nothing there. If you decide you want to upgrade and click on their PayPal or AlertPay buttons to do so, you are informed that these accounts are suspended. It’s not even clear what that is supposed to mean. This site seems to be coming apart at the seams.

Note:  If you're on IM Report Card because you're looking for a way to make money online, then you should check out our top recommendation.  It's the best method we've found that anyone can use to earn income online.  Click here to learn more!

NoMinCashout Reputation

Not surprisingly, NoMinCashout does not have anything close to a good reputation. Not only have members reported trouble with many aspects of the program’s website, but they are also reporting not getting paid after submitting a payment request. Whether or not this program started out to try to scam people isn’t clear, but it doesn’t seem to be running well now.

Not A Good Site!

I joined this site liking that you get paid for every time you get someone to visit your referral link! Of course this was back when I didn't do research on sites that I join like I do now! I did this for a couple weeks, clicked on a few things. Then when I went to cash out it said my account had been suspended! I tried to contact support for a couple days and got no response, so I just gave up! So if you want to join a good site that pays, well of course that's what every one wants, this is not the site. They do not pay you and are a total scam!

I just got scammed by theme

I join NoMinCashout for exchange ref that was offered to me about couple of months ago. I wasn't really active with them because the rate for free members was pretty low, though I did my best to try to reach at least $1. I managed to reach this just two weeks ago and through the help of a few refs as well. I don't like requesting pay out below $1 and now I am regretting that I didn't test it before I reach $1. Now it's been two weeks and I still have not received a single cent from them. I tried contacting them and tried to remind them at least 5 times now, but I heard nothing so I guess the work that I put in this site is going to the rubbish bin.

My advice to others is avoid this site, otherwise you'll be just like me waiting for pay out, until now that's not gonna happen.

Never Paid

I joined this site pretty much on a whim. My friend sent me a ref link and I thought "why not?”. I like to review sites before actually promoting them on my own website. So I joined and didn’t try to get any referrals at all. Within a few months I had accumulated something around $2. I decided to cash out and have waited for months for this money. I know I will never get to see them! My advice is to keep away from this site! Reading other reviews on this site, I realize that I’m not the only one who will never get to see the money!

They never pay!

I joined this site a month ago when it was already a scam. But I didn't know that, and I got lured too easily by the prospect of no minimum cash out. As soon as I registered on the site, I had mixed feelings and even a gut feeling that the site may be a scam. On the one hand, there's no forum so no way to communicate. The design and script is also poorly written. On the other hand, I got a free upgraded membership (I don't know how that happened) that lets me click for $. 02 and it also has lots of ads.

I was already expecting that the site may be a scam. But I thought that the no minimum cash out feature will immediately tell me whether it's scam or not. I regret that I didn't cash out immediately. It's because the site tells you that you have to accumulate $3 on your second cash out, so I took my time and let my funds reach $1 for my first cash out. I wasn't paid at all!

Beware of this site's Deception!

NoMinimumcashout is full of deception in my opinion. First when I joined the site. I read that I would be an automatic UPGRADED member for my first 24 hours only. I thought that was pretty cool way to entice new members to upgrade. As an upgraded member I was going to earn $0.02 per ad that I view and it also stated that I would receive my first cashout request with no minimum. I was paid the $0.02 per ads I clicked.

1st Deception:

But I noticed that there were other ads on available for premium members only. But when I first signed up I was supposed to be a upgraded premium member for 24 hours. That means they are defrauding their members.

2nd Deception:

The website name itself suggests that there is never a minimum cashout. But if you don't upgrade for either $1.99 as a paid member or an upgrade member for $19.99, then you will be reverted back to a standard member and your fee per click is less than a 1/4 of a cent and there is a $3 minimum.

3rd Deception:

If you don't become a paid member or an upgraded member then you won't be able to cashout, even though you reach the $3 minimum.

Don't waste your valuable time or money on this one.

Looking for legit sites that really pay. ----> CLICK HERE<----

NoMinCashout? More Like NoCashOutAtAll!

I tried this PTC solely because of a friend badgering me to join under him, so out of respect (or maybe just to get him off my back for a while), I joined as a free member and did some clicking for the sake of my friend (who had, by the way, actually believed that he is going actually cash out) but I had no delusions of being paid, as it stank of scam from the get-go.

Aside from being run-of-the-mill, I hated it that sometimes there is a timer and sometimes there is none. Which screamed buggy website script (or just plain scam). The forum could've helped as a first place to go to ask questions, but it being imaginary (as in it doesn't work at all when you try to go there), there is no choice but to contact the admin. Alas, support seems to be imaginary too, as I tried sending a ticket to no avail.

Bottom line is, stay away from not just this site, but these types of sites. It'll just waste your time (or heaven help us all, your hard-earned money, in case you decided to upgrade). I clicked because I wanted to prove to my friend that even after so much clicking, you will not get anywhere near the money that they promised to pay you. I'm glad he finally realized that and learned his first lesson in PTC.

This site is horrible

I don't know how the site was when it first launched, but the site is pretty bad now. Most of the links don't work and when you click on the ads it takes you to a website called Reality Network, but it doesn't have the counter. I did try to cash out $0.02, and it does allow you, which is great, but if you read below it says it might take up to 30 days to dispatch. It would be worth the wait if they pay though, but the navigation bar link seem to have problems as well so I can't navigate through the website. I hate to judge a site so soon and I am aware that some times work well for some people and not for others, but I will allow myself to say this site is horrible.

Don't Go There!

I remember the first time this site launched, and it was one of my favorites. WAS, that was until it all started going downhill. When I say downhill, I mean downhill.

My experience, the first time I joined my first payout came to 55 cents, and my second payout came out to $1. I thought this was the best site, that was until I started to refer others. I had about 10 referrals and they all clicked, and with me and their help I made over $57! I was thrilled! I cashed out and since then never received my payout.

I didn't like that when you click the payment proof and forum link they take you to another site, this happened soon after I requested payout. I KNEW I would never get that money. You won't either if you join this site, which I highly recommend that you don't go there!

The only thing I liked was the professional outlook of the site, that's all, the layout is nice.

I'd really like to know why they went from good to bad, and why they are still around to scam people.

Scam Scam Scam!

Believe me when I tell you - STAY AWAY. This site is nothing but a huge SCAM. Whatever you do, DO not invest any money at all with buying referrals as you will never see your money ever again. This site needs to be shut down as soon as possible to avoid more people being scammed. Yes, that's right these thieves scammed me and they suspended my account. I tried to withdraw my money and they made up some reason on how I had violated some terms and they immediately deleted my account and the money I made. I would not recommend.

No thanks NoMinCashout

I signed up with this PTC site several months ago when I saw there was no minimum cash out. No harm in giving that a try.

I got $0.01 per ad and cashed out for $0.14 very quickly to see if they paid. I did get my payment in a reasonable time, through PayPal.

So, I kept up clicking about 7 ads per day for several weeks. Unfortunately, the second cash out threshold was $3, quite disappointing considering the site's name leads you to believe that there is no minimum cash out.

Anyway, as I approached the $3 level to cash out, they changed the site. Now you had to upgrade your account for $1.99 to continue getting $0.01 per ad, and if you did not you would only get a fourth a cent per ad. This was the smell of a scam, but since I was less than 30 cents from cash out I went ahead and I tried with only $025 per ad. I made it to $3 and cashed out, but I never received my payment, which is likely because I had not paid the $1.99 to upgrade. I don't like a site that treats it's members like this. Don't waste your time at NoMinCashout.

Stay Away From This One

This site drew my interest because I thought it would be a way to make a little extra money on-line. On first appearance it appeared to be a good and legitimate site. It turned out to be a complete waste of time for me.

I found that many of the links that I was supposed to click on for credit were not true clickable links. In other words, they didn' t show up as they were supposed to. Other sites would show okay, but no timer was visible. After several attempts and finding most of the links to not show as they were supposed to or include a timer, I canceled my account.

I think that this site is a waste of time right now. If they get their act together and fix all problems, including the claims that they haven't been paying the site could be good, but until that day comes stay away from this one.

Scam, not worth your time

I've been a member for quite a while, and have had $5.10 pending for payment for about a month. I stopped clicking when I requested the payout.. but never received it. Their forum is deleted, and I was ignored when I contacted the given email address on the site. Even the "Payment Proof" page on their site doesn't exist. Don't bother with this site, they don't pay.

No Payout, No ads purchased, and not safe for the computer

I joined this site a couple of years ago, back when I believed they were still solvent. Like I always state when I comment on PTC's, my only purpose for joining one is to promote, not earn money. So I was kinda dismayed to find out that clicks were only worth 1/4th of a cent for free members. Still I continued to the clicking because I figured that I could still get some ads out of it in time.

The breaking point for me was the clicking. Since there are so many dangerous malwares out there hidden on cookies, I always make sure to turn on the "request permission for every cookie" option when surfing. I was very dismayed to find that many of the sites requested permission for about 10 different cookies upon loading. This is a heavy indicator that something is just not right. So I stopped surfing almost immediately after.

In short, there are way better, more safe, and more lucrative PTCs out there to join. Avoid this one like the plague.

Marketers, Are You Ready For The Truth?

Waiting on my payment

This site was doing very good at first and had started carrying the title as one of the best ptc sites around. Then out of no where they turned into a scam. I had purchased referrals from them and off of a referral site so my earnings could add up fast, only to get ignored once I reached the payout limit. I have tried to contact admin plenty of times, but I still have not heard from them. This site is worthless and just like all of the other scam sites out there. My advice to others would be to stay away from them. They were paying their members at first, but then all of that changed all of a sudden. They have a policy that you have to be active within a certain time frame in order to get your money, and I was and I still didn't get paid.

Another dud site

NoMinCashout is another site that seemed to be on the right track, then went to the dogs for some reason or another. Like most people, I was drawn to a site that I could cash out from quickly, as it makes it very easy to confirm or deny the reliability of said site. There are always conflicting opinions on whether or not a site pays, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to check out a site, get paid, then start building my down-line on the back of that payment proof.

Well, I can only assume my account balance is still sitting on that site pending payment because I sure never heard from them after asking for the funds to be transferred. NoMinCashout is, in actuality, No Cashout At All, so don't bother with it. Waste of time and effort for no compensation.

Turned Into A Scam!

This used to be an honest paying PTC but not anymore. I used to click and even received a payment of 1 dollar into my e currency account. Since then, the forum has gone offline and many other portions of the site are not working correctly. I have a cash out of over 10 dollars pending to be paid. I do not expect this money, as no one is getting paid from this site anymore. One other thing that I do not like about this site is that in order to earn any money from your own clicks you must upgrade, otherwise you will only earn 25 cents per click, which is basically worthless. But the problem is you can't even upgrade as it is not working as of right now. I would stay away from this site because they do not pay out anymore, and they have turned into a big scam!

NO Cashout for me!

I joined NoMinCashout because I was so attracted to the name. I like the idea of a site without a minimum payout. I realized later on what they mean is that there is no minimum amount for the first cashout. At first I was really excited about the site and was looking forward to clicking each day. I got like 13 ads to click each day, and this made me happier. I clicked for 5 days before I requested payment so that I would have just enough money in my PayPal account. BUT a month has passed after requesting for payout, there is still no money in my PayPal account from this site. I never clicked again after that. Who would, right? I've been scammed again.

They never paid me!

NoMinCashout was a great PTC at first, as they had no minimum payout and seemed to pay people. I got 30 cents from the site as my first payment. Then, I started to gather referrals, and I had about fifteen of those. I also rented more referrals for cheap, using my site balance. I clicked the advertisements every day and was so happy with the PTC as it looked and felt so professional. When I earned about 7 dollars, I asked for a payout. I waited for days.

Then, after a week when I tried to log in, the page said that my account was suspended. Why? I went to the forum and there they had a list of people who have supposedly created multiple accounts. I found my username on the list! That's not true, and I thought they made a mistake. I read the whole topic and noticed that many other people also said they had been unfairly banned from the PTC. I was very angry and mailed the admin, but he never responded. Fortunately, I didn't invest my real money on this PTC.

Today, the site seems to be abandoned and the forum is no longer available. But yes, this site turned into a bad scam. Obviously, it's a good idea to leave the site if you are still a member.

Not Paying Anymore

I was once paid by this site. I thought it was the best PTC (paid-to-click) site out there since there was no minimum payout in your first cash-out and a good number of ads were showing each day. Suddenly, after I already invited some friends to join the site, it stopped paying. I don't think it would pay anyone in the future so better to find other PTC sites. It has turned into a scam. Every PTC site is prone into turning one, so be ready.

A paying PTC turned scam

I joined NoMinCashout not long after they launched. They have some very interesting benefits like $0.01 per own click, $0.01 per referral click, at least 7 ads daily, no minimum amount for cash out, & no country restriction. With these features, I can say that it is the best PTC that ever existed & I managed to get 53 referrals easily in a short period.

However, things went bad after I received my second payment. The admin changed the click rates to $025 (own click & referral click). Right after the announcement their forum was being flooded with lots of complaints from their members, which later resulted in the forum being shut down.

I still have a pending payment from them with the amount of $30.98 for more than 6 months already. It is very likely that I will never be paid again, but I do log in once a while to check whether there is any updates from them.
