Paid Surveys Etc Description

Paid Surveys Etc. is marketed as a work-from-home “business opportunity” wherein an individual can receive money for completing surveys from major national corporations. Many such sites exist on the Internet today and are unfortunately becoming more and more prominent as economic conditions worsen and people become more desperate to earn extra income.

Paid Surveys Etc Detailed Overview

It seems like everyone is looking to make a little extra cash these days, and if it can be done from home, all the better. While there are certainly many work from home opportunities on the Internet today, one of the most prevalent is that of taking paid surveys. Paid Surveys Etc. is a company which allegedly provides opportunities for people to complete surveys online and receive generous compensation in exchange. While opportunities for taking paid surveys certainly do exist, caution needs to be taken prior to signing up with any paid survey site including Paid Surveys Etc. In this brief review, will take a look at what you need to know about these kinds of websites if you're considering joining them.

What is Paid Surveys Etc.?

Paid Surveys Etc. is one of many companies that claim to provide generous cash compensation for completing online surveys. The basic idea is that large corporations are willing to pay individuals to give them their opinions about their products and services. Paid Surveys Etc. positions itself as an intermediary between you and these corporations.

Is Paid Surveys Etc. a scam?

The opportunity to complete surveys for companies and receive compensation is definitely a very real thing. Major companies get great benefits from understanding consumer behavior and are willing to pay for this information. However, with enough effort on your part you can seek out these opportunities without the help of companies such as Paid Surveys Etc.

The main problem with Paid Surveys Etc. is that they charge a monthly membership fee for the opportunity to complete surveys. The truth is that YOU should never have to pay to work for someone else, no matter if you are completing paid surveys or doing anything else. If you've come across a survey website and they want you to pay them a monthly membership fee, this should be a big red flag. What you will typically receive for your monthly membership is nothing more than a list of real websites that do not charge you to complete surveys and actually pay for the ones you do complete.

Further, the legitimate websites do not usually pay in cash, but rather compensate you for your time with such things as gift certificates. Also, there is no guarantee that by joining a site such as Paid Surveys Etc. that you will ever see a single survey or earn a nickel. Many companies are only interested in a certain demographic profile and if you do not fit this profile, you will not see nearly as many opportunities to complete surveys as someone who does.

In closing, remember the old saying that "there is no such thing as a free lunch” and this definitely applies in the case of Paid Surveys Etc. It's a good idea to steer clear of companies like this who want to take your money in exchange for something that you could be doing for free for yourself. Also keep in mind that there are many ways to make money on the Internet, so don't limit yourself to just thinking that completing surveys is your only option. Be an informed consumer and don't get caught up in these scammy sorts of websites.

Paid Surveys Etc Reputation

Paid Surveys Etc. is a members-only, subscription-based website which purports to give its members the ability to earn large amounts of money by completing surveys online. Unfortunately, the company has a poor reputation of not living up to its promises. Other more serious complaints include deceptive marketing tactics and outright fraudulent promises.

Update - This site does not pay you for doing surveys - they merely charge you money for a list of *other* companies that may or may not pay you for surveys. We do not recommend paying for a list of survey sites like this. Please read our Paid Surveys Scam article for more information on these types of sites.

Not Worth Your Money

Even though this is a legit site and I can confirm that, don't waste your time because honestly, all of the survey sites that they have in their database you can simply find on the internet using a search engine. But if you do pay for it, it does have a very big database for surveys and whatnot. I would also like to mention that this site does not have a monthly fee. It is only a one time fee.

Not paying site

Many paid survey sites were ended up scam. Been a member and I've been scammed. They sent you a survey, then most of the time, you're not qualified. That's not good, and it's a waste of time. Scam.

Stay as far away from this site as you can.

I was on this site once and was debating whether or not to do it. Then I started asking myself, "Why should I have to pay money just to be able to take surveys." The answer to that is I should not have to. Plus the further info I researched on the site and then found out it is a scam. They don't care about helping people they only care about making money not and earning you money. Beware and only enter the site at your own risk.

Paid surveys do not always count

What RickSwanson said is true.

Just like every other paid survey sites, they will first ask for your demographic profile. And if you don't fit in, then you won't get the survey.

This is unfair for this site because you are paying a monthly membership fee. So if your demographic profile does not fit any of the surveys, then you won't get a survey. Consequently, you won't get paid from this site, and your membership fee is wasted.

Stay away!

My advice is for everyone to stay away from paid surveys etc! The idea of supporting yourself through online surveys is appealing, but sadly not true. You have to sign up to so many surveys and they never get back to you. Paid surveys etc is nothing more than a scam!

Paid Surveys for Out of Pocket Payment

No, this is not the way I plan on earning money at home. I do not want to pay some online company money to earn money. Especially doing surveys. I already do surveys at home for free.

I signed up with this company and decided it was not for me.

Not worth your time

Basically, this is Paid Surveys:

1. They promise you hundreds a month.

2. They give you surveys to fill out.

3. The survey requires you to fill out some offers.

4. You complete the offers.

5. You just wasted 20 minutes.

6. You go back on the homepage and have just found out your survey was worth 10 cents.

7. You check your earnings page and it says you haven't completed anything yet.

8. Enraged, you quit.

You'll be lucky to earn 5 dollars a month with this website.

These websites are scams

When I signed up, I thought Paid Surveys Etc was legit. They were promising me such good things, like a ton of money. They also promised no spam. But all those promises were broken when I started the surveys. Not only did I get about 200 spam emails, they also paid pennies for surveys that took hours to complete. This site was a waste of time for me and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

"Paid Surveys"

May have worked for some people but, as for me, it was a waste of time. To make a very long story short, I paid 39 bucks in hopes to make some good cash. In return, I get into the members area and find that I don't qualify for half the surveys available, or if I did qualify for it, they were worth a measly .50 cents. Not my idea of a steady income.

Paid Scamveys Etc.

Paid Surveys Etc. got me started on internet marketing, in a roundabout way. I have a full time job and was looking for a way to make disposable income to finance my hobby. I paid $39 to sign up, only to find out it was a load. Most surveys pay nothing or next to nothing. You won't qualify for 75% of them to begin with, and most of them take about 20 minutes of well-wasted time, answering a bunch of asinine questions. I personally was already signed up to most the survey companies on their list.

Paid Surveys

I signed up for this and so far I have only received $1 in my PayPal account from a survey company. Most of the ones that I have tried just enter you in sweepstakes. I am still doing a few that pay cash, but it is hard to qualify for them.

Stick with your day job

These survey sites do not make the money that they promise or show in their advertisement. Yes they have opportunities to make a few cents here and there but in order to make a few hundred dollars a month in your free time like they say is impossible. They do not want to pay that much money to get their ratings for the products or to get you to register for things and are simply trying to get as many opinions as possible for as cheap as possible and will make as many hoops to jump through for your money as they can and it is not worth it.

Concurrence

These sites are so stupid--they reel you in saying you can make $5 per survey... truth is you'll never qualify for those surveys and you will end up spending/wasting your time (upwards of 5 minutes... that's a lot for nothing) just filling out the form to try to qualify. Big waste.

Just one of the those sites

I checked out this one and it's just one of those sites like "make money taking surveys", so shy away from their promises, and definitely don't pay the required membership fee.

You'd be much better off by working with search engines. And taking into account, it'll take time to receive surveys/more surveys, build up your list to work with, and increase your online income eventually.

As for the incentives, they could be cash, gift certificate, and gift card (such as preloaded visa card).

Don't waste your time or a dime

Unless you have time and money to waste or throw away for nothing, stay away from this survey site. Most if not all the sites they list on their listings for surveys, you can get for free without spending a dime. Not an honest place to do surveys, because most of them were full of false information and pure scams. What a waste of time, money and energy.

Another one?

Please stay away from these sites. I've tried them, and got into so much debt with them. I got hacked from these sites, about 3 years ago, and I'm still trying to get my credit score to go back up. I'm sorry to say, but these sites are scams.

I rate it a G - Below an F. Here is why...

LIES LIES LIES and 1/2 truths... LOT's of HYPE, very little substance. For my experience with PAID SURVEYS and others like them. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! The only people making money here are the survey companies. They may get paid 25.00 - 40.00 for a complete accurate survey. But you will only see 50 cents or earn some silly points for a GRAND PRIZE DRAWING.

Same is true with Mystery Shoppers - Get paid to shop! OK so I thought what do I have to lose here? Silly me... I agreed to this one for CiCi's pizza. I give them a good review - because the place was clean - it was a good value - 7 bucks for all you can eat salad - pasta & pizza. The employees were all nice etc... It took 3 hours when I got home online to go thru and complete the forms.

I had to scan and send the receipt etc... THEN the deal was they reimburse me the cost of the meal.. well who wants to go alone so I took a girlfriend. I understood they only cover 1 meal - but I also figured the 15.00 for the mystery shopping survey would still give me a profit. Just the 3 hours for 15.00? Much less cost of gas to get there etc... In the end I did some quick math and figure I got paid about 3.75 an hour and it was 3 months before I finally got the check.

As for paid surveys - well after 20 some surveys completed online - never did get even 50 cents. The companies all had some BS - we only pay out when your account is greater then 20.00 GOTCHA - now you have to fill out more stuff... and caution a lot of these paid surveys want you to buy and try and sign up for crap with your credit card - anyway believe me been there done that.

My advice: You would be better off to get up at 5am and go to the day labor place and make $35.00 standing in the road all day with a "Slow Down" sign.

Survey taker

I am also survey taker from some of the survey sites that I got for free sign-up. But it is not actually free because I got the lists and paid the program from home survey workers. Some survey sites are free but poor quality and offer you like offers that for you to complete is you have to be aware of the cancellation policy and terms of service because if you miss it you will end up into paying and charging in your credit card of those offers you signed-up and the worst thing is that when you try to cancel the product that you got and ask for the refund, they will give you hard time and sometimes you can't get it back, so beware of survey sites and do some research first before you give it a try.

Qualifying for a Survey

I signed up free for many "Paid Survey's" websites promising from $5-20 a survey. The only problem is that I never qualify to take these survey's even though I do have the qualifications. I usually sign on as soon as they come in so that way I am one of the first responders. The problem that I am experiencing is when it asks for race, I am honest and reply hispanic but of white origin. It then tells me I don't qualify with no reason given. Then I just started putting race "white" originality "white", then I suddenly qualify. I stopped taking these survey's for other reasons too. I never have received a $5.00 survey. They are either .50 or $1.00, which means you have to spend 30 minutes for just .50, a waste of time. The questions are repetitive and boring.

Scammers

This survey site is a scam. I take a lot of surveys for other sites for free, and they pay me. The real truth is that you will never get rich taking surveys, but it adds a couple of hundred in your pocket every month. It's just a matter of looking for the real and legit sites that really do pay and are free...

Bad Business

I too tried the survey taking but there was no charge. The bad thing about the company I was working for also didn't pay cash, just points and gift certificates. Also, after filling out many forms, I didn't receive many surveys to fill out. I think it was because of my living situation. I spent 2 days working for a company and I think I filled out about 5 surveys. No survey taking for me, charge or no charge.

Stay Away

Paid Surveys, my issue with these companies are strong!

Here is what they recommend you do in order to get paid for the surveys. To complete the survey you will have to break out that credit card and complete the offer, you will not be charged for 30 days, that seems fair, so you plan to cancel your subscription before the 30 days is up just as you are told and you will still get paid.

Ok, so you start completing more and more surveys all excited about the easy money you're making but, as you are completing more and more of these surveys you forget to keep good records of each and every survey!

You remember a few of them and cancel, this is how they make their money, sometimes people will just totally forget about this part for months and months. This is exactly what they know you will do. Hell most of you will not even check you bank statements each month and they know that to. I could go on about these cons but will save it for another day. Just Stay Away From Surveys!

These sites are too deceptive

While technically you can make money take surveys online, you'll be lucky to make a few dollars a month because most companies these days don't pay cash - they reward you with "points", sweepstakes entries, etc. I think all of these membership-based survey sites are highly deceptive when they claim you can make all kinds of money doing surveys.
