Process Rebates Online Description

Process Rebates Online is a program that, once you pay the enrollment fee, allows you to make money at home by approving and processing online rebates. When you join this program, you are presented with a list of companies that need rebate processors, and you can choose which ones you want to work for.

Process Rebates Online Detailed Overview

Process Rebates Online seems like a simple and easy concept for making money at home. You sign up with the program, you choose companies to work for from a list, and you start processing rebates. When someone applies for an online rebate, they put their information in. You can view a rebate application, and if you decide that it’s acceptable, you process it so the person gets their money. Through this program, you are supposedly paid $13 for every rebate that you process.

The Process Rebates Online program claims that you can process up to 6 or 7 rebates in one hour, which means that if you want to, you can make a significant amount of money. Does that sound too good to be true? There’s an all-too-familiar saying about that: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Reports don’t look good on Process Rebates Online and the many others out there that are like it. When you pay the hefty $157 enrollment fee, you most likely are not going to get any of the things that the sales pitch promises. A recent article dated February 23, 2009 in consumeraffairs.com warns against all rebate programs, stating that once you pay, you receive instructions on how to promote various products through online ads, blogs and forums. These products come with rebates, but you only get paid if someone buys the product.

Programs like Process Rebates Online come and go, and complaints lodge with the Better Business Bureau abound when it comes to them.

Process Rebates Online Reputation

A big red flag needs to be planted on Process Rebates Online and all other programs like it that are basically lying to get your money. They promise everything and deliver very little. The only people making money through these programs are the ones who run the programs themselves. There’s no reason to give this program even a moment of consideration.

I hardly earned 80$ in two months

I was a member for a few months. At first I thought that it will be a great way to earn some extra money. I worked hard and I hardly earned 80$ in two months. After a while they even stopped sending me the little money I was earning. I had to close my account with them because I was wasting my time. I tried to email them but I never got any answer back. They are very misleading. They made me believe that I can earn money from processing rebates. The don’t make it clear from beginning that you have to sell the products too. I hope people will stay away from this.

How I am earning money from home

Worthless site

I stumbled upon the concept of online rebates on a forum and until then I had no idea such thing existed. Some of the people there said that they were making some nice money by selling rebates so I thought I should give it a try too. I have a lot of selling experience, online and offline, and it sounded like a job I could easily accomplish.

I searched on Google and one of the first sites that showed up was Process Rebates Online. I assumed since it has such a high rank it was a very good site and I didn’t bother to search for more information. The fee was kind of high, and I think I was one of the stupid people that actually paid it. I’m used to paying for programs and stuff that actually work so I went ahead and paid the tremendous amount of $160

Of course, when you’re thinking you’re going to make $100 per day, the fee doesn’t seem that high.

So I started selling products. It was not easy at all, but with some hard work I managed to sell a few stuff. At first I got paid, I received $13 per sale but after a while they stopped sending me the money. I barely made it to $100 in two months. Nothing like they promised. Since then I promised myself to stay away from rebate sites, even if they are totally legit.

Completely Worthless!

I'm so upset with myself that I fell for this scam! I actually paid the money to join this program - I hadn't heard a lot about these rebate programs before, and at the time, it seemed like a great easy way to make a lot of money. I should have known that it was too good to be true. Basically, they make it sound like all you do it sit online at home and process rebates and keep $13 for each rebate that you process. What was not clear to me until after I paid for my membership, was that I had to sell the products that I would be processing rebates for! I was unable to sell the products, had no rebates to process, and ended up out around $150 and had nothing to show for it. I tried to get my money back, but was unable to ever reach a live person on the phone and no one ever responded to my multiple emails. Even though this happened about 6 months ago, I'm still so upset that I fell for this and wasted my money. Stay away from this one!

Total Scam

I already had some bad experience with another rebate site but I still fell for this one. I feel so stupid now. I was charmed by all their promises and I was already seeing myself as a rich man.

I paid the first fee of 50 dollars and I received a little instruction book telling me that I would really need a website also and I should pay them another 50 bucks for the hosting. Then I realized I got scammed. I called immediately to cancel my membership, but, big surprise, no one answered.

Luckily I already had some experience with scams so I called my bank, asked for a charge back and afterward I changed my PayPal too.

All they want is your money

I actually signed up for this program. I was very excited thinking that I could earn a good income just processing rebates on line. Sounds easy enough. So I paid the fee. Once I paid the fee I quickly found out that I actually had to sell items, and the only rebate involved was the one that I give in order to see the items. The web page was very misleading, and I would have to say I did not get any results with this whatsoever. They don't answer your emails, and they don't give you your money back either.

Just Garbage!

When I first started looking for work from home jobs, I came across this quite often! I would see this and information about HUD rebates almost in every search, so I decided to sign up for it! All I did was was enter my name and email address in order to get more information. But I was sent to a page with all types of testimonials, and great looking numbers and promises and so forth!

I waited awhile to see what type of information they would send me, but I ended up with a whole bunch of spam, sales pitches to try and open my wallet and get my credit card information for this EXTREMELY BOGUS rebate package! I tried to find contact information on them to see if they were accessible, of course with no success!

So I decided to check out ripoffreport.com and WOW, I was amazed at all of the complaints and negative comments about this site! It was sad to see how many people had shelled out $160 for this program without a second thought, with hopes of making $100's of dollars a day! Just like me, no one could contact these people to find out what the issue was, no refunds, nothing, just scammed!

I'm so glad I checked them out before falling for the Super Sales Pitch like so many others, I just feel bad for how many did! So, as the review says, click the x button on this page!

Don't even think about joining this one!

I have seen all the advertisements for this website, promising to make you big money. When I came to the website, I noticed the big $197 fee they charge! I must admit, the job sounds really good and the money sounds even better. I was about to pay the fee in the hopes of making a lot of money. But, I did some research on the company and checked them out with the BBB and found out that is all a big fat lie!

So, I decided it would not be worth my time or money. I walked away.

I still wondered if it was really that bad. They say so much uplifting stuff in their ads and make it sounds so promising!

I am glad today that I did not fall for this!

A site I can never forget

I can never forget this site and I never will. I only started making money online consistently only recently, and it was because of this rebate site which made me lose all confidence in making money online.

This was the very first service I ever considered when I started making money online. I said you know what let me do this, and how wrong I was. I started by paying the start up fees. Basically all that proceeded was them sending a bunch of junk to your email, on all kinds of things and virtually nothing had anything to do with rebate processing (marketing related). They charge you an insane $48 a month and they are like hawks, they will find any way to get your money whether it is through credit card or paypal. That doesn’t even mention the so called marketers/professionals that start calling you all the time to pay for their service. It’s like the company was sharing my info around with all these people. Just google this site and nothing but scam comes up associated with its name.

The horrid support doesn’t help either. I was so infuriated, you know everywhere you go you always hear people say that making money online is not true and it’s a scam, and you can’t blame them for thinking that way because of companies like this. Process rebates is also the reason I took so long before I started looking for legitimate ways to make money online. I always think what if I had started doing these surveys and GPT sites a year prior, I would have been so far now.

Please, for your sake and your health, run far away.

Wasted A lot Of Money On This Scam!

I joined this program about a year and a half ago thinking it would be really promising. Back than I didn't research things. I wish I did because this is a huge scam. After paying the entree fee of $157, what I thought was a lot, I thought maybe I would make some decent money. I got a huge list of programs that needed rebate processors. I tried joining several and it just wouldn't let me. I tried and tried for months since I spent so much on the program. I must have wrote support over two hundred times and still to this day have got no response at all. So this is just another scam that I have lost a lot of money on and will never get back.

Stear clear of this one

I was skeptical to join, but the money back guarantee convinced me.

After paying the $157 start up fee I received quite a bit of information. All of which turned out to be useless. Supposedly you will get paid $13 for each rebate form that you process. I went through with all of it and after 6 rebates, none of them were approved, and I still had not made a cent. Four months now and still I have not received any money back. So much for the money back guarantee. Steer Clear of this one, it is a scam through and through.

It is bothersome that there are more scams than there are helpful sites.

This is most definitely a scam!

I am sorry to say that I fell for this scam. I paid $157 to receive the long pages of information that really had little to do with processing rebates. As I read through it, I was going to have to pay out more and more money and set up websites. I had been looking for something that I could do from home that would earn some extra income. I am a retired teacher and should have been more intelligent than to fall for this. But, it "comes with a guarantee" that your money will be refunded, if you are not totally satisfied with the program. The emails you are given and the phone numbers are useless. There is a "support help line" to call, which will be answered by a generic recording, but never a person to talk to. I stayed on the line for 45 minutes one day, just to make sure. No one. Do not get involved with this scam, or with the name Diana D'Angelo, who is the person "so interested in helping you achieve. " All a Scam!

Everyone should forget this site

At first I thought making money by working with rebates could be unique and promising. I just have one thing to say to anyone considering this site: Don’t. Ignore that woman rambling lies on the site because it really is too good to be true. They really have absolutely nothing to offer, no content on their site, no opportunities, and no support. The information they provide you is really worthless and it won’t get you anywhere. This site is definitely a scam; don’t bother giving them your money, time, or attention. They’ll suck the money out of your credit card or PayPal account like no tomorrow. Luckily, my credit card company gave me the money back that they took and I canceled my membership. Others might not be so lucky, so definitely stay away from this site.

Stay Away From This Site

I, too, have had first hand experience with processing rebates with Directv and let me tell you that you, yourself, do not decide whether or not a rebate is approved or not. When I saw this site and I went in and looked around, I knew first hand that this was a scam. But I knew this was a scam because of what I learned first hand about rebates. I was not suckered into paying one dime to this company. As I mentioned, you do not decide a rebates approval. The company itself has guidelines that must be met such as geographical location, qualifying packages and purchase amounts, etc. If the customer meets the company's guidelines, then and only then the rebate is approved. One thing to keep in mind is that this is all computer generated by the factors you put into the companies program. I knew first hand that this site was a scam, since no company that I know of uses out of the blue people to process their rebates. You actually have to go work for an outsourcing company that the has the specific contract with the main company to begin with. Before giving away your money to companies like this, check with the BBB. The only thing this site delivers on is taking your money.

Come on, there is no way that's legit!

Basically I just entered the site and there is no way I'd fall for this one. First of all, I use to work with rebates over the phone, and I did work for homedepot, sprint and staples. There is no way they will give you all of their customers information online just because you apply. Background checks, contracts, and many other things need to be signed to work with outsourcing companies that do these types of jobs for big companies.

Second, when you find a website that is asking you for money and just has a contact email, run, run as fast as you can. Because you'll be emailing them to get your money back and they will not reply.

Back to the rebate subject, you can get those online, however you would have to apply for it just as you do for any job and the pay is standard.

Hope this helps. Keep away from this site.

Angel is no "Angel"

The Process Rebate site I signed up with was under a woman by the name of Angel. As it turned out she is no Angel. To begin with once I signed up I just kept getting all these information study courses she was sending out. There was nothing about any companies to sign up with to do the rebates. So I emailed her to find out where is the rebating that you are advertising about. Since I have been scammed before I looked to see before I signed up if they gave email addresses etc. She gave email address plus two physical addresses to contact her - one is CA and one in NYC. So I went ahead and signed up. But, when I couldn't get through by email I sent two letters to both of the physical addresses. Nothing. No answers. So I finally ended up going through my credit card company to get my money back.

It is very discouraging when there are so many scams out there and you would like to think that you are taking precautions by looking for emails or addresses to contact them and you still can't get in touch with them.

Grateful to have read the comments posted here before parting with my money..

It sounded too good to be true; went to this site to check up on it and sure enough, found the answers. I almost signed up but tried to talk to their 'live' rep first. Turns out I was talking to a computer who could not tell me whether this rebate processing was strictly limited to U. S. citizens or not. I then sent them an email with the same questions. Email was not answered. I thank my lucky stars and all those who have commented here with their experience with Diana DeAngelo.

I feel foolish admitting I fell for this

When I first started looking for opportunities to make money online back in January, I came across an ad for processing rebates online. Not knowing any better I sent in my money and joined. In return I received a long drawn out and very confusing tutorial about paying for and setting up a web site with them for the very nominal fee of $48 a month along with expensive advertising campaigns for selling their products etc, etc.

I started getting phone calls from people offering "professional" marketing services to get my business started in return for payments ranging from $500 to several thousands of dollars. When I told them I couldn't afford that they said that this is what credit cards were for. At least I didn't fall for that one.

The more I worked on getting this started the more involved and complicated it got, there was always just one more thing that needed to be done, just one more thing to purchase to make it a huge success. Eventually it got through my thick head that this was nothing but a scam. There were no rebates to process. The only thing getting processed was money from me to them.

I finally called and cancelled the membership. I never got the original membership fee back and I had to close my PayPal account and block my credit card to keep them from trying to continue getting the $48 monthly payment.

This is a nightmare folks. If it says "rebate" or "process" take my advice, don't walk away... run and don't look back.

Waste of time and money

As you know I am posting because of my past experience with this service. I was expecting more for what I paid for, and I got absolutely nothing. Actually when my payment was accepted I didn't receive any confirmation from the company that they received my payment. I didn't get any info to get started. Then I realized it was a scam.
