Shop4Pay Description
Shop4Pay is a work at home program that promises to pay its members for doing the things they love most: shopping and dining out. It is also an affiliate program and gained much exposure from press release sites when it was first introduced to the public. The system of Shop4Pay is very simple. You will have to get a paid membership from its affiliate site. Once you pay for membership, you will get a list of companies that offer shop for pay programs. Essentially, you will get paid by these companies by shopping on their stores.
Shop4Pay Detailed Overview
As mentioned above, Shop4Pay offers a work at home opportunity. The first step you have to do to get into this program is to register with the Shop4Pay membership network. Getting membership privilege costs $24.95. Once you are registered, you will be provided with several application forms. You can use these forms to join companies offering shop for pay programs. Membership however is limited only to United States and Canadian citizens because most programs will require you to visit real stores to make a purchase.
If you qualify for a program, you will be invited by the company via email or through postal mail to shop in their stores. You can buy anything you want. However, the amount you should spend depends on the rewards program of the store. Usually, you will be allowed to spend up to $100 but some stores will only allow you to spend up to $40.
You must evaluate the service of the store, the quality of the merchandise, customer relations, and other personal assessments that may be required from you. Once you submitted the evaluation, you will be reimbursed by the sponsoring company and some will even pay your expenses for gas. So you earn $100 and got the items for free.
The same mechanics apply if the sponsoring company operates a restaurant, a golf course, a movie house, or an amusement park. Just try the service, evaluate service quality, and you will get your reimbursement.
Clearly, this type of programs follows the system of paid surveys, paid emails, and other schemes. Such programs offer easy money for members and Shop4Pay is no different.

Shop4Pay Reputation
It should be noted though that Shop4Pay has been booted out of Clickbank because of terms of service violations. It is also a catchy work at home opportunity but the operator of the program failed to mention that joining a pay to shop program is not guaranteed. The fact that some of these types of programs collect registration fees has been downplayed also by the developer of Shop4Pay.
It is doubtful also if you can get a good income stream from such programs because these are seasonal promotions. If companies pay people to get their products on a daily basis, then they will surely lose money in the long run. In the end, members of Shop4Pay paid $24.95 to get a list of companies and hope that these companies will invite them to shop for free.

Big Scam! The website doesn't even exist anymore!  Before I came to know Cash Crate or Treasure Trooper, I signed up for this site because I love to shop online. I thought that getting some of my money back was cool after all. Well I did a big mistake and paid them over $20. I did a few offers and never got reimbursed a penny out of it. I got fed up with the site and tried to get my money back, but by the time I tried to do it the site was already gone. It doesn't exist anymore and by what I have read from other members you will never be able to contact the support team. Even if I would have written to them I would have never got a response. Now I have come across two wonderful sites that pay me to shop and are totally free to join, and I am sure there's a lot more. But for this one I have to say it was a big scam!

Junk Site! Total Scam I joined this site a little under a year ago. It seemed worth it to get paid to shop for s small fee. Anyways I paid the fee of twenty five dollars without doing any research on the site at all. It said that as soon as you sign up you can start and start doing assignments to make money. Well I didn't get any assignments for two weeks. I emailed support to see what the problem was and by my surprise they did answer. They said it was a technical glitch and that it would be fixed within the next hour. Well lets just say a week passed by and still nothing. So I emailed them again to try and get a refund and I never got a response back to this day. So stay away from this site it's a total scam unless you wanna lose $25 like I did.

Just Another Site Out To Take Your Money  I signed up for this site in hopes of making a little bit of money doing what I always do anyways... shop. I paid the $25 membership fee and did receive 4 offers. However, when I tried to accept the offers, it would not allow me to. Whenever I tried to accept, I would keep getting an error message. I did contact support about this and in the one and only email I ever received from them was the reason I was getting the error message was because the assignments must be filled. I just got the assignments so I found this hard to believe considering the area I live in. With all this mess, I tried to get my money back but to no avail. I did finally get my money back through my credit card company, but it was a battle. I never was able to complete one assignment with this company.

Scammed Again Knowing that there really are legitimate programs out there that really do pay for "Mystery Shopping" I signed up with this site. The cost was approximately $25, which I though was reasonable at the time. I quickly found that this site, in fact, had no real opportunities to offer. Speaking to people I know have made money from mystery shopping, I asked about this site and found that it has scammed many other people. My advice, if you want to get paid for mystery shopping, this is not the site to join. |

Don't Fall For This One! I can't believe I fell for this scam. I went on there pretty skeptical, but I really wanted to see if this was a legit way to make money. I paid the membership fee and waited for shopping opportunities to show up in my queue. Hardly anything ever came up and everything except for one shop was not even worth my time. I ended up fulfilling one trip and I never received my reimbursement. It's been months and I've just pushed this site to the side and try to warn everyone I know from getting sucked into it. Horrible waste of money!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone A few months ago, I joined this website hoping it would not be one of those scams. I payed $25 for membership and started working on the website. I found the website very hard to use and navigate, and a lot of the things confused me. It is also very hard to accept offers. I haven't been reimbursed for any products, which made me think that this site was a scam. I did not receive any payment from Shop4Pay. I personally would not recommend this website to other people simply because the steps are very hard to follow and can confuse you. I simply think that this website is a scam, and would recommend people not to try this website out, because they will simply just take your $25 for nothing! |

Not worth any time I paid the $25 dollar membership fee in hopes that this site would be legit. Well, once again I was wrong and out $25. I had received a lot of shopping offers, but once I was done with them, even after a week, they did not approve. I still am waiting to be refunded (if possible). This site is a scam and I don't recommend it. |

Don't waste your time! Very unpleasant site My experience with Shop4Pay was very unpleasant. The site promised some great things which is why I paid the $25 membership fee. Really thought that it would be a great way to make money. I was so wrong... I wasn't reimbursed for any item I purchased and was having an extremely hard time contacting the owners of the site about this. I would recommend everyone to steer very clear away from this site!

What a worthless site I figured if I could purchase products per their website, and get some cash back, I would be hitting two birds with one stone. Instead, I was the one hitting myself with stones after joining this site. I wasted 25 dollars for their membership, and direction was not too clear on what to do AFTER joining. I was given no help, and was left in the dark. To make it worse, the site is no longer there, and my 25 dollars, as well as everyone else's 25 dollars has gone down the drain. What a scam! |

Scam.. Lame AND Worthless. $25 stolen Wow okay, so in hopes of making some extra cash for college by eating out and getting paid for it, I thought why not? Scam scam scam! I was a little hesitant to pay the $24.95 membership fee and when I did, I got a couple of services to try out and when I did them, they never got approved. Ughh. I tried every way to contact the Shop4Pay support team and admin and NO RESPONSE. I have spent more money than the membership fee on services that never got approved. And now, the site is down. Probably they realized they were a scam themselves...

Site is Gone After paying my $25 and not really using my membership due to the paying for products thing, I am happy to see that the site no longer exists as it was a complete scam anyway. I can only imagine how many people got burned for $25 and in this economy $25 is a lot. Looks like the complaints finally got the best of them.

Can I say scam? I thought this site was going to create great discounts for me. I spent my $25; I went ahead and opened an account. It was supposed to give me rewards when I shopped. I figured this would give me a discount on the things that I needed the most. I had spent my hard earned money. To my surprise the website closed down and they did not even reimburse me. What a scam!

Do not waste your time and money here I paid a membership fee of 25$ and signed up in this site as a member. This site is supposed to reimburse your shopping fees on buying different items listed there. I bought a lot of items listed in this site. But, the money that I paid for the shopping purpose was never reimbursed to me. I Tried to make contact with the site administrator with help of a support ticket but my query never got a reply. I think I have just wasted my 25$ in this site. Most likely this site is a scam.

Won't Recommend it to anyone I signed up for this site because I thought it would be a great incentive for me to try new products. They claimed that they would reimburse me had I shopped with the merchants that they cooperate with. However, I found that they were merely swindlers. I had some questions with the shopping stuff so I decided to contact their support. However, nobody replied. So I became vigilant and I didn't shop with the merchants that they cooperate with in case that they wouldn't reimburse me. So the total amount of my loss was only 25 bucks.

This is a scam - beware I joined up for $25 about 3 months ago. Since then I have received lists of products from the site which I need to purchase in order to get any further. Even if I actually wanted to buy any of those products, I can't because I can't find anywhere to actually purchase the items within the site. I tried to find a way of contacting them, only to find out that there is no support. I am now in dispute with my credit card company to reverse the payment. Don't even bother looking at this one. It's a blatant scam.

Worthless and scam Shop4pay is a complete scam. I paid my 25$ membership fee, but I didn't get any payment from this site other than a list of products to buy. They want us to buy their products, but it's very difficult to do so as there are many procedures for that. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Nothing more than a scam Shop4Pay is a scam. I paid the $25 membership fee and hoped that it would be a good opportunity for me to make extra money. I have not been reimbursed for any of the products I bought. It has no customer service. This site is a scam! Stay far away from it!

Confusing, and seems to be a scam I paid the $25 for membership, and I have bought a few items, but I haven't been reimbursed for the items that I bought. And now that I bought them, I don't think I am going to get reimbursed. It seems that you have to buy products that they want you to buy, but it is very confusing. I wouldn't recommend this product just on the basis that it is hard to understand what they want you to do after you pay the membership money.

Shop 4 Pay  I recently joined this site. I paid my 25 dollar membership fee. This site is a scam. I have gotten a few shopping offers, but it is very confusing and it is very hard to accept offers. Also, it is very unclear on what they want you to do. I have shopped twice and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the goods and I have not been paid yet.

Swagbucks is a search engine, which gets it's results from Google and Yahoo. They pay you points whenever you search with them and these points can be redeemed for gift cards and other prizes! |

Completely worthless This site is nothing more than a scam. Firstly, you only are paying for a list of services that can pay you, but you then have to worry about being approved for it. Absolutely NO customer service. This is almost worthless. I believe that this is a scam, and it should be reported immediately. Good to know that the site is down now, in case any other people get scammed out of their hard earned money.
