Dan Zarrella is considered to be "The Social Media and Viral Marketing Scientist". He has a background in web design and that along with his enjoyment of social media has allowed him to create great software applications such as the social url shortening application votrs.com. He also is the developer of Link Attraction Factors keywords tools, TweetPsych, TwitterBrandSponsors, TweetBacks, and TweetSuite.
Dan Zarella has worked to establish many ways to bring marketing to what has been strictly social outlets. Many of his applications have transformed Twitter into one of the hottest marketing sites around. In fact, his applications are so vital to Twitter marketing strategies that he has been featured in The Twitter Book and has been a featured speaker at The Cool Twitter Conference.
He has helped develop the concept of semantic content optimization through his Link Attraction Factors report. This report has shown marketers how to determine the best topics, days, times, and keyword attract links to place in their social media stories. He writes about social media marketing on his own blog but is also a guest blogger on several others, these include Mashable and ReadWriteWeb. Dan has a Plan  I started following Dan as a way to utilize traffic to my personal blog, so far it has helped quite a bit. Social Networking, it just came out of nowhere and was one of the greatest splashes since the internet began. Dan sees this and knows how to utilize it to it's full potential. Dan sees that myspace, facebook, and twitter all have mega marketing capabilities. He also sees the potential Twitter has in things such as business, and expanding what it is that makes internet marketing such a big thing. He understands twitter from the back and front, and shows that with time spent on Twitter much can be achieved in profitability. You can promote many things on twitter whether it is a website, blog, store, etc. Make sure you check Dan’s site out, and follow him. Dan is full of knowledge Dan Zarrella is the man. I know he only looks about 18 years old, but this guy knows exactly what he is talking about. Social networking is huge right now and if you're not on board you're missing out on a great way to get your name/business out there. Dan Zarrella is the reason why I got a twitter account. Dan Zarrella rocks I didn't have a twitter account until two months ago, and when I set it up a friend recommended to read Dan Zarrella's articles. I was amazed of what I found on his site and I read carefully all his advices. I truly consider Dan a twitter God and by following his tips I managed to get a lot of views and retweets for my stuff. At first I used twitter just to promote some of my articles, but now, after I got the hang of it I'm promoting my business also. And this is all thanks to Dan Zarrella. |

Two thumbs up! Social Media Marketing is definitely the next big thing! It's a very important source of somewhat untapped traffic. If you have a blog or a site, the ultimate goal is getting people to see it, and through social media websites like Facebook, Myspace and Twitter, you are putting your site in front of millions. If you're new to the whole social media scene, then Dan is definitely the guy you wanna keep up with. He always introduces new ways to keep up with the fast growing pace of social networking. Through visiting his websites often, I've also learned the "right" ways to use these sites so that my traffic becomes targeted and not seen as spam. No one likes spam. I would definitely recommend giving his blog a visit and familiarizing yourself with social networking as a means to getting traffic. |

Dan is a good guy!  Dan Zarella is somewhat of a marketing affiliate and traffic driving guru when it comes to online blogging and business. As other posts have mentioned, Dan makes use of Twitter in order to increase your online business potential. I have followed Dan for a little while now and I must say the information on his site is quite useful for gathering traffic for my blog and my online business programs. Dan has a newsletter with tips that you can subscribe to (I personally am signed up for it and the information is very useful). I would highly recommend at least checking out his site and following some of his posts and newsletters for marketing and traffic advice. It worked for me!

Turning science into art I have been following Dan's site for a while now and it always manages to offer great information. I have observed that almost everything posted on his site has something to do with Twitter or some other form of viral marketing. There is heaps of good information about an assortment of social media themes. It is a great place to find out the up-to-date information on various social marketing sites and what you can do to succeed. I would highly recommend visiting his blog as it is a great reservoir of information. I have also subscribed to his newsletter which is always entertaining and useful. Dan gets tops marks from me. |

I think Dan is quite the character I have been following Dan's blog for a while now and it always manages to provide great information. I have noticed that almost everything posted on his blog has something to do with Twitter. What I found most helpful was his post on when to tweet to get the best results. Dan mentions to tweet in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends to get the most out of your tweets. I have done this and sure enough, I'm getting more responses to the what I actually tweet about. Another post that I read was an off the wall one called "The Science, History, and How to of Contagious Laughter". This has to be one of the funniest things I have read. There are also a few videos with this post that are funny and are enough to get you laughing. I personally think this is a great addition to any blog since it kind of acts like a stress reliever. It is definitely something you should check out. There is lots of good information about a variety of social media topics. It is a great place to find out the latest information on different social marketing sites and what you can do to prevail. I would recommend visiting his blog as it is a great source of information. I have also subscribed to his newsletter which is always entertaining and useful. Dan gets an A in my book. |

Dan is the real deal What I found out about Dan is that he is brilliant in every way in internet marketing. I don't know where to begin but the guy knows how to utilize his programming and web development skills in order to produce the appropriate and most effective results in internet marketing. His approach is simple and to the point. He focuses on the details in internet marketing and this is clearly demonstrated with what he is saying about Twitter. I have taken his suggestions with regard to Twitter, and he is absolutely right when he says that if you want to be re-tweeted, you should slow down your posting rate. Dan knows what he is talking about.

Dan Zarella Is One Of My Social Media Gods I was reading Brett Borders' blog one fine March afternoon when I stumbled upon one of his posts a month earlier regarding his interview with THE man, Dan Zarella. I laughed at the pictures (not because he's laughable, don't get me wrong) because he seems such a laid back and cool guy for someone who is looked up to in social media circles. From then on, I am a constant visitor to his blog and avid fan of his "teachings". I am using some of his tools (TweetSuite is my favorite) for some of the sites I am working on, and I must say that I am loving the results. He is a no-nonsense person whom I've learned a lot about social media from, a self-proclaimed "social media marketing & viral marketing scientist" and rightly so. I am looking forward to receiving his book that I've ordered from Amazon.com. I ordered it about half a month ago and it'll be another two weeks before I lay my hands on it. I am certain that I will find much value in it because I have always believed in the usefulness of every bit of information that Dan Zarella relays.
