Frank Haywood Owes me $97

Here's a quick overview of the circumstances:

A few months back, I canceled my membership on Frank's PLahh membership site (my mistake as I should have canceled via PayPal), and all communication of course stopped immediately. Come November my yearly membership fee to PLahh ($97) is automatically renewed by PayPal. I then made mistake #2 and disputed the payment as “unauthorized” with PayPal. PayPal upheld the charge and gave me no additional recourse.

Since then, I have sent five (5) emails to Frank via his helpdesk asking for a refund with absolutely zero responses. My last email dated 12-18-15 (a concession on my part) requested a reinstatement of my account (a concession on my part) with all previous downloads and access for the next year.

As of this writing... no response.

In review of Frank's Membership Site, I have lived with constant missed delivery deadlines and a host of excuses that has gone on for years. Frank Haywood just doesn't deliver and doesn't even try!

I am surprised that someone can build a business and ignore something so simple as customer support! My advice to those thinking of signing up with Frank, do yourself a favor, take your monies and look elsewhere.

You don't need no stinkin' support!

It appears the comment subject is how Frank Haywood views communications from his customers.

I have bought Franks items for quite a while and for the most part haven't had any issues. I didn't buy those mentioned by previous posters so can't comment on those specifically.

For the most part I love his stuff which is why I usually buy without much consideration. That is until now!

I finally ran into a situation and had to submit a helpdesk ticket. Actually over the last month I have had to submit three.

Two were requesting help with a problem using the plugins and the third was for a request to get my download url for my PLahh membership.

The first ticket went unanswered for several days. Once I did get an reply I responded almost immediately then had to wait another day to receive a reply. When I answered that one I, again, had to wait another day.

My replies were darn close to instantaneous but that didn't matter ... it was still a day between replies from his helpdesk.

Once the situation was fixed it was stated that the issue I had was known and an update was applied. No copy of the updated files were given to me nor is there anywhere I can find to download them.

The last two tickets are going on a week with no response. I posted a polite comment on frankhaywood.com which has sat unmoderated while other comments get posted and replied to. There have been two of these and I'm about to post a third letting him know I'll be requesting a refund by Friday.

Also, be aware that when you get a download url membership or single item Frank really means you better bookmark it because it appears he will not send it to you again. Heaven help you if you have a computer crash and lose it ... you'll be out of luck.

It's really a shame that someone could build a business this well and drop the ball with something as simple as support!

PLR Code mine

Hello,

I was a member of PLR Code mine for several months. Most scripts don´t work right. Support for PLR is not helpful and answers of the support are very, very delayed (if an answer will reach you). New scripts come late (only the monthly fee was on time).

Sorry Frank, sit down here is your D (normally I would give you an F... but the Photoshop templates in PLR are useful... but on the other hand ... useless without error free scripts... ).

Frank Haywood Just Does Not Deliver or Even Try To!

I have had many bad experiences with this Internet marketer and his company, We're Bazaar. Here are just a few:

Bought a product where Frank promised me a free copy of one of his products worth $125. That was two years ago and he has never sent it. Does not return any e-mails for this either.

Frank delivers all his products on his membership site, PLR Codemine late and most of them are not worth the monthly fee. He promises added benefits to members but does not deliver.

If you make a negative post to his blog or pages he deletes it and only publishes comments that praise his business.

Support requests go largely unanswered and those he does reply to take a ton of time. My last support request was 10 days ago and still no reply.

One word of caution. He has a unique method of marketing. He sends out posts on a topic which are designed to market an upcoming product. He promises a sales date and then postpones it over and over again to create a false sense of urgency. I cannot remember a product that he has released on time in a long while.

I am canceling my PLR Code Mine subscription immediately. I urge others to run the opposite direction if you are thinking about purchasing anything from Frank Haywood.

I know I will!

Does Frank Try Hard Enough?

Frank has had one or two successes, his ticketdeskpro and his Digital Dispatch Script work really well. Kudos to him for those.

His adspurt - well! don't waste time with that one. It works for him. Everyone else has issues with it, including me and my significant other who really knows how these things work. (php, mysql, etc!)

His latest offering PLR Codemine... forget it, none of the scripts work straight out of the box, his membership system has taken 4 payments off 100 members @ $20 each, math = $8,000 so far (well if he has really gotten 100 members).

First one, a wordpress plug in - meant to cookie posts, sort of works.

Second one, a wordpress plug in - meant to add backlinks for a reward - doesn't fully work properly. (and the standalone version for non wordpress sites, still isn't finished).

Third one, a wordpress plug in - only works with Firefox, not IE.

His fourth one, is now overdue.

His ticket system for reporting bugs, - forget it, he's not interested once he has your money. Ticket replies are nonexistent.

His members have asked for him to set up a wordpress site showing these plugins working, so far after a whole month from this initial request, he has failed to do this, why? because, they don't work.

Stay away from plrcodemine.

Only two products of Franks that I would recommend are Digital Dispatch and Ticket Desk Pro. The rest, forget it.

Adspurt isn't working for me, support is sluggish, instructions unclear

I loved the concept of ADSPURT, so I bought it.

Well, despite having installed and used dozens of apps in the past, this one stumped me. The instructions were misleading or incomplete (take your pick). So I pointed this out to Frank with detailed notes about what needs fixing in the online instructions manual. But nothing has been changed (yet?).

Worse still, the script works on the provided demo html file, but when installing it on site1.com of mine and wanting to see ads displayed on site2.com of mine (which should work, according to the sales letter), I'm getting nothing on site2 - despite multiple deep refreshing (Ctrl+F5) of pages.

Support has been sluggish, it's now 3 days with no email response. Admittedly that includes the weekend, but since others mention poor support, I'm seconding that. This is not the first time I've had to wait.

Also, the Edit panel (where you edit a new ad you've entered into the system) doesn't appear unless I logout then login again. Not quite ideal if you're making a few adjustments.

Hardly an inspiring review of Adspurt or the nice guy behind it. I wish I could write a better report card, Frank. Give me grounds for writing a better comment, squire.

Nothing too remarkable

I took advantage of Frank's free material and from what I got there I knew that there was nothing he could offer that was worth paying any money for. Not only are his web templates really plain and boring, they were something that I could have easily created myself and done a lot better with. Part of having success with internet marketing is having a site that appeals to users and nothing he had was remotely worth using. I do give him credit for posting answers in the forums, but if you ask my opinion, there is really nothing amazing or even that remarkable that he has to offer in the way of advice and you're better off spending your time, money, or energies looking to someone else.

Much of the site is free, but doesn't make me hungry for more

I wasn't very impressed at all with Frank Haywood's site. It's very plain and no-frills, which on it's own isn't a bad thing. A plain site however, when coming from someone who is supposed to offer PHP, templates and other such web development advice isn't very encouraging. I also found that many of the links on the site actually don't work! Oh dear!

After looking around for a little while on the free portion of the site, I decided against following Frank any further. I wasn't very impressed, and don't think I could really get very much out of any of the services he has to offer. I think you can only be a 'guru' if you actually know at least a little about what you're trying to promote!
