Jeff Johnson is an expert in affiliate marketing and outside the box SEO strategies. His strategies had allowed him to build a six-figure income stream from Amazon’s affiliate program alone. He first made his appearance in John Reese’s Traffic Secrets seminar, introducing many new concepts to the SEO world and now offers training on his Underground Training Lab membership site.
Jeff was the first person to introduce the blog and ping strategy. This strategy involved setting up notices to ping servers to update them and announce an update on your blog. This allowed your website to get indexed faster by the search engines and your site crawled deeper so all your pages are listed through the search engines.
He has also introduced outside the box search engine strategies in Yanik Silver’s first Underground Seminar being voted the best Underground marketer that year. His strategies are what many would call black hat in the search engine world – meaning that artificial or spam-like means of acquiring rankings and traffic are used rather than a natural SEO approach.
He uses variations of Michael Campbell’s mininet strategy in which multiple sites are linked together so they all get the benefits of backlinks. He’s expanded on this strategy to make sure that your sites are not detect and penalized by the major search engines. He also believes in going wide with his marketing and aggressively automating site creation, content building, researching keywords, and promoting multiple products.
One of the best concepts that he has taught is his feeder sites and money sites. He basically uses feeder sites to get as much exposure in the search engines using black hat strategies. While these feeder sites link to the money sites, the money sites do not link to the feeder sites. This strategy protects your money sites while you mass produce feeder sites to build links and send traffic to your money sites. He further protects important sites by putting them on different IP servers with different domain registrars.
Jeff is also one of the very few affiliate marketers that teach you how to use web 2.0 technology and content management systems such as Joomla to build sites and get better results from your SEO. For example, he supports is using data feeds to create hundreds, even thousands of pages quickly to promote multiple products and get multiple listings in the search engines.
In conclusion, Jeff’s teaches outside the box strategies to build traffic, websites, and generate affiliate revenue streams. His teachings are very technical by nature and not recommended for beginners. You’ll need to have a basic understanding of SEO, know the technical aspects of setting up websites, and other basics if you want to benefit from his strategies.
While complicated, Jeff provides very comprehensive information in his training. He includes many reports, diagrams, audio, and video tutorials to help you learn his concepts. Keep in mind that his strategies require some time to learn and digest. There is also a learning curve for using the software and tools he recommends but the bottom line is that his affiliate marketing and SEO strategies work. His training has many satisfied customers and is endorsed by many marketers such as John Reese, Ryan Deiss, and Yanik Silver.

Solid SEO info I used to avoid competitive niches from an SEO standpoint, then Jeff showed me that these are actually the best targets to go after. His system of using blogs and email to drive traffic really opened my eyes to the marvels of selling electronics and cameras as an affiliate. Love his videos and step by step instructions. Totally recommend this guy!

Genious SEO master Jeff Johnson is one person that I regularly learn from. I really like his unique strategies like only selling big ticket items. This idea might anger some people but his bottom line goal is to make money, as he has said it before. His SEO Plug in is awesome. I have used it and it brought my page up 4 rankings on Google, I know it is still going to go up. Bottom line with Jeff is that his strategies just work. Although I have not bought anything from him because of his price range, his blog is filled with information that I would gladly pay for. I would recommend learning from Jeff to someone with affiliate marketing experience and that is constantly making sales. Jeff might be too advanced for beginners but an intermediate could definitely benefit from what Jeff teaches. His strategies are worth putting in action. |

Jeff really knows affiliate marketing I'm strictly an affiliate marketer and I've learned a lot from Jeff Johnson's blogs and advice and have benefited immensely from his plug-ins and ping strategy to get higher rankings on Google. Jeff values profit above all else and notes that you should only get involved with "big Ticket" affiliate sites which give big payouts. I agree and disagree with his theme because some sites that have big payouts are really hard to join and the cost of investment outweighs the immediate profit you'll make while other affiliate sites are free or inexpensive that offer marginal payouts but no risk is involved. Jeff knows his affiliate marketing nonetheless and his products will help build your website traffic and web listing rank.

Seems trustworthy, but only seems to promote big ticket stuff In one of his recent videos he mentioned that he wouldn't even promote a product that didn't have a high affiliate payout associated with it. That just seems a bit self-serving to me. I think if you are going to help people learn to make money online you should promote GOOD products and not just products that will put a lot of money in your own pocket. If the product is GOOD and also HIGH PRICED with a nice payout that's fine, but what about the low priced or free good stuff? It seems like he's in on a lot of the "big dog" launches too... that just rubs me the wrong way. I do learn from him though. He seems to really know his stuff, but I'm hesitant to buy things he endorses because of what he said about only promoting "big ticket". |

Jeff Johnson is one of the best Jeff Johnson is one of the best traffic strategic/SEO person I know. I am on his list and he gives out tons and tons of information and products to get you started. I also check out his blog and he gives out information on Social Media and SEO that he still uses to this day in his business that works for him and it can work for you. His SEO plugin is amazing as well which will bring you nice rankings in the search engines and pull in extra traffic which is pretty cool as well. He is actually the first marketer to admit that he still uses the blog and ping method which most people just don't use anymore and his proof is amazing to see what profits he still pulls even to this day. Jeff Johnson is simply one of the best!

His work on SEO marketing and driving traffic is 2nd to none His underground training video series will blow you out of the water. If you check out some of his videos on you tube, you’ll find a seminar he did not long ago talking about his use of selling only high profit margin products ($1000+) compared to $7 products. Not only that but he charges continuity fee’s for those high end products so he regularly clears checks in the 100’s of thousands of dollars. I can agree with him on his decision to stick with high paying products because I tried my hand at CPA marketing, and the returns just aren’t worth my time pursuing even when make a few bucks here and there…what would take me a week to make in CPA campaigns I make in less than 12 hours. Granted, they aren’t up there in the 2k+ range, but his UTL series makes me more flexible to the idea of selling higher cost products. |

One of the best marketers online Jeff Johnson is one of the best online marketers online in my opinion. What makes Jeff so remarkable is the fact that he made his fortune before he became an internet marketing "guru" and started teaching people how to do what he does. He teaches people how to make money, not in one particular field but in a field that people choose for themselves. His free material is better than some of the ebooks I've bought on the SEO subject and his paid coaching club is even better. The club is somewhat expensive and not everyone can afford the monthly tag, but the information provided inside is worth times more.

Jeff Johnson has some great insight I have not been able to afford one of Jeff's courses, they are extremely expensive, but I have been on his mailing list for a few months now. His blog alone is worth paying to visit, it is full of great information that we all need for our businesses. Whether you are marketing a product or a website, his information will increase your traffic. His latest audio of how one of his students went from 0 to 70k in 7 days is a must. Some of the ideas discussed in his blog are easy to follow for the newbie, whereas some may be over your head, but worth hearing about and investigating. I can honestly say that my knowledge as well as my bottom line are increasing by being on his list. I hope someday to be able to purchase his high priced courses and learn a lot more from him. |

My experience with Jeff Johnson I came in contact with Jeff Johnson when I was searching for a way to make my blog better. He has a bunch of WP plugins bundled together and optimized to get traffic. It works really well. It's about 15 different plugins. I had to change a few permissions on my server to get it to work, but it worked. It even has a status bar that shows you how optimized your blog is to get traffic based on the software recommendations. You can only get it up to 70% or so with the free version. He has a paid version which will take you all the way to 100%. At 70%, I did pretty well. Some of the plugins included are: Sociable, All In One SEO, and Google XML Sitemaps Some may consider his tactics as 'black hat' but overall, they work. |
