Many Ebay sellers know Jim Cockrum as the author of one of the most successful books about selling on Ebay called, "The Silent Sales Machine". He helps others to be successful selling online not only through his books but also through membership sites, a newsletter and as a speaker on radio programs, and at seminars.
Jim Cockrum Detailed Overview
Jim Cockrum initially used eBay to develop marketing tactics and to earn his first money online. Jim became a seller on Ebay in 1997 and even though he has gone on to build many other streams of income he remains excited about eBay and maintains PowerSeller status even today as a widely known "guru". He is NOT just about eBay anymore though! He has a free newsletter teaching "Creative Internet Income Strategies" available at SilentJim.com. More than 100,000 subscribers get this weekly mailing.
His following is from word of mouth, appearing on Ebay radio, in print in the Wall Street Journal, and Entrepreneur Magazine, and he has been a guest on many radio programs as an online business expert. He has also been a speaker at many seminars. His bestseller book has been a top seller since 2002 on the top ebook website Clickbank. The book is in its 6th major update and anyone that buys it gets lifetime updates for free (an unusual commitment for an ebook author).
Jim Cockrum also does one-on-one coaching (JimCockrumCoaching.com) and has a hugely popular membership site with thousands of members at MySilentTeam.com. The membership site is not just about what Jim thinks, though. Jim has gathered contributing experts such as Skip McGrath, James Jones, John Thornhill and Robbin Tungett and an ever-growing list of respected experts to add value to the site. He delivers relevant advise and content to his membership base. I have never actually met Jim, but I know he can be trusted. He is the real deal!

A great man When I started with the whole idea of making money from online, many people recommended me to find more information about Jim Cockrum. After reading all the positive reviews on him, I decided to give him a chance. I learned so many useful things from his e-books. Even his newsletter holds so much advice. His e-books are not very cheap, but take my word on this, it is worth the money. There are so many scams in the web just looking for some easy money, Jim Cockrum is not one of them. You will learn much from this man and even if you don't make thousands, you will earn enough. I highly recommend this product, especially if you are a beginner. I give Jim an A!

Respect for this man I couldn't help myself but search this site for this man only to write a comment about him. I hold great respect for Jim Cockrum. There are thousands of scams and con-artists out there throughout the web and there are so few respectable men who you can trust. This person is one of them. When I started with the whole idea of earning money from the web, a friend of mine recommended me to find more information on Jim Cockrum. I did and after viewing all the positive reviews on him, I decided to give him a show. I learned so much from his ebooks. Even his newsletter holds so much advice. His e-books are not one of the cheapest, but you can have my word - it is worth it. You will learn much from this man and even if you don't make thousands of money, you will earn enough to count it as a side job of sorts. I strongly recommend this product especially to beginners. Silent Sales Machine- Offlinebiz.com I bought Jim's book, Silent Sales Machine, a while back and it has been a tremendous aid in buying and selling on eBay and driving traffic to your own website. I also am a member of Offlinebiz.com. This an amazing site for anyone wanting to be an internet marketer. Extremely helpful forum and lots of educational resources. I'm building an internet marketing business and finding a reliable source of information can be a daunting task, since there is so much out there on this subject. Silent Jim is the Real Deal I bought Jim's 'Silent Sales Machine' many years ago, and it was one of the very few products I bought early in learning about internet marketing that was and still is of great value to me many years later. His private site membership is also well worth it, not only in all of the freebies for members, but the forums are a goldmine. I've referred to those forums frequently to find the real and truly reliable information we all seek to find strategies, programs, people and ideas that actually are worth the investment of time and money. Maybe the biggest roadblock in terms of success with internet marketing is information overload! There's always another shiny object out there, another slick sales letter to lure your focus away from the current goal. Jim knows that and specifically teaches how to avoid that huge pothole. Along that road, I have canceled most of my subscriptions to various newsletters and blogs, but never Jim's. It has become so common in the make money online world to hear regularly of a new 'launch' of some new product or service, usually highly marketed by several of the top gurus who are all JV's for each other. Jim is not part of that crowd. Rather than jump on the bandwagon of new launches, Jim will recommend only after the product or service has been tested by him and team members to insure value. After many years of listening to Jim, I'd recommend him as a man of integrity who is true blue without reservation. |

Jim Cockrum is Helpful, Honest and Agreeable I have bought Jim Cockrum's products including "the silent sales machine hiding on ebay" and have been a member of his membership site mysilentteam.com for a couple of years now, as well as being a long term subscriber to his Creative ebay selling newsletter. I have always found him to be totally up front with anything he writes about and he never submits recommendations without fully checking out products to make sure they are lawful and above all worthwhile for anyone considering them. As far as being a teacher for Internet Newbies, I can only say one thing. There is no-one else quite like Jim and his team to use as your Mentor. He is the best I have ever come across and is one in a million for his honesty. I recommend all newcomers' to check out Jim's blog and mysilentteam. |

Really Awesome If you are searching for a e-book by which you can learn to sell your item on ebay then I want to recommend you to buy this book. This book is really helpful for every person. If you are new in ebay then I think you would be very much helped by this e-book. The monthly fee is also very much attractive. I came to know about Jim Cockrum about a year ago. After watching some newsletter I decided to join in his MySilentTeam. After reading his e-book I could was able to sell my products on ebay very easily. Hands down the "Go-To, " guy in internet marketing Jim is the Man! In the past I bought some "Big Launch" products from various internet marketers. Many were all hype and a lot of the stuff I could have learned on my own eventually anyway. I must say though that Jim's stuff is cutting-edge. He always has Fresh Content and you aren't paying $1997 dollar for it each time either! To date the advice offered on his sites have led to the most money made for me! I had been selling successfully on ebay for 6 years and was chomping at the bit to get into other avenues of internet marketing. Jim helped open up those avenues for me without me having to "Break the Bank". I am so glad I found him and his sites. Every email I get from him gets opened. Every new update gets read. I never feel like I am being sold yet I want to purchase anything he offers. He genuinely cares about everyone on his sites and wants to help all of us. He is personally in his forums nearly everyday along with his other employees who are helpful also. Jim makes you feel like you are a part of something bigger. All of us over at mysilentteam.com feel like we are his friends and that we can turn to him for anything. I am eternally grateful to Jim Cockrum!

Jim Cockrum and Ron Cloer Thank You! I searched several months off and on trying to find a legit program on the internet. A few months ago I ran across a book called Silent Sales Machine by Jim Cockrum, then I heard about his website My Silent Team, in which I am a member and it has opened all kinds of doors for me. I would highly recommend Jim Cockrum because he is "The Real Deal" when it comes to IM. Jim has a co-partner with his website by the name of Ron Cloer. I've personally spoke to Ron via phone and email(super nice guy). Both Ron and Jim are on top of their game with IM, on the website forum they both answer questions posted by the members on a daily basis. I'm thankful to be a part of their team.

My opinion about Jim Cockrum The first time I've heard about Jim was in 2009. I've checked him on internet, and I find out that he was a well-known man because he wrote a book that one of the best selling books was on Ebay. So I bought the book from Ebay, and when I read his book I was impressed. Because of his book I started to make money online. And because of him I succeeded. Now I have my own site, where I earn quite a lot of money. Now I'm really interested in Jim Cockrum. I admire Jim, because it's hard to write a good book, what has a lot of information in it, and because it's useful and it sells well. So my opinion is that Jim Cockrum is a great man who has achieved something in his life.

Long Time Newsletter Subscriber I have been receiving Jim's free newsletter (Creative Ebay Selling News) for almost 2 years and it has been a wealth of information for me. I have learned to take advantage of the traffic my ebay listings generate by using Jim's "about me page" advice. I have read Jim's "Silent Sales Machine Hiding on Ebay" and have found it very useful, although I think it probably served a greater purpose when he first came out with the book in 2002 (largely due to ebook rule changes by ebay since 2002). Even still, the book changed the way I think and feel about the opportunities that exist on ebay. |

I love this guy! I have been a member of Jim’s newsletters for about 7 months now. That guy is my inspiration, I’ve read some of his books, there was so much information in them that I didn’t know about, filled with tips and ideas for money making. I consider him to be one genius, brilliant man; I think he is the reason I have succeeded. I recommend everyone to joins the newsletters and buy one of his books, even though they're not that cheap. If you are trying to make MONEY on the internet , just do what JIm says A little over a year ago, I spent an hour listening to Jim Cockrum talking about a business model that if you followed his direction and applied yourself, anywhere from an extra $500 to $1000+ dollars could be made per month. Knowing Jim's reputation and training techniques, I decided to give the model a try and today I am glad I did. The business model currently brings in $4,000+ per month and has constantly grown into a sustainable and growing business. I found him on the internet, and I found out that he was a well-known man because he wrote a book that was one of the best selling books ever! So I found a book and when I read his book I was amazed. Silent Sales Machine I bought the Silent Sales Machine over a year ago, but only read it recently (November 2010). My only wish is that I had read it when I bought it. The material is informative, honest and easy to apply. Having recently started my own on-line business I have applied almost all the suggestions mentioned in the book. As stated in the book, there is no magic wand to make money over the internet, but following tried and tested methods that work will inevitably lead you to success (and of course putting the effort in). Honesty Counts for Everything! I have been following Jim for a number of years but only in the last 6 months or so, in detail. I will be brief! Jim tells it like it is, in other words, he calls a spade a spade and not a shovel. He tells and shows you the truth of how to succeed on the internet. No, you don't press a magic button, you work; work hard, but work right and you will get there. Too often, so-called Gurus will tell you there is an easy way to succeed and hide the real truth and difficulties from you. They will try to sell you more and more products and still you don't seem to get there. With Jim, I have found it to be the opposite. Follow what he says exactly, even if it seems difficult and you will get there, over time. No fluff from Jim. Just as far as I am concerned, honest, down to earth, truth and realism. Thanks Jim as there are not many like you in the Internet world. |

The Best I Have Worked With! Jim is an amazing online business man with great integrity. I appreciate that he only works and promotes other online business models that he has investigated and works. He doesn't just give you a bunch of fluff because he profits by promoting others. I have found that Jim's books and sites are really designed to help me WIN! I was starting out in online business and it has been all of his resources and products that have helped me get to this point of getting ready to transition into full-time online business which will help me fulfill my ultimate goal of working with inner-city youth.

If you do not see the opportunities of using eBay beyond selling, but as a place to find your potential customers, then you should read this book and start to look at everything Jim has to offer. One Of The Best Sources For Earning On Ebay! I was first introduced to Jim Cockrum in late 2007. I did not become a member of his MySilentTeam site for a few months but received his newsletter and received many extremely helpful ideas on how to make money on Ebay.I became a member of his site and was pleasantly surprised at the tremendous amount of information available from "experts" in their field on various Ebay topics. These are people that are Power Sellers, and other really innovative people that have done extremely well on Ebay and they share their ideas and techniques to all members. I used a couple of these ideas myself and it helped my sales in a very positive way. The monthly fee is also very attractive. |

My experience with Jim I like Jim. He's a great guy. He's not big on hype. He just tells it like it is. He's a little different than other internet marketers. He's obviously checked out this site because on his blog he says that he's honored to be at the top of all internet marketers on this "report card" site. His basic advice is "You don't need a website, you need an audience. It's not about how great the website is, it's about how many people see it. It's not about how great the newsletter is, it's about how many people are reading it." I learned a lot about building websites and coding and all that stuff from other marketers. Jim is 100% genuine I give Jim most of the credit for giving me the motivation to keep going, producing more products, helping more people... Jim is a no-hype marketer. He continually provides solid content, does not abuse his lists by bombarding them with product launch after product launch and really goes out of his way to help members of his sites. I've been a member of both sites since they opened and could not be a happier customer. You won't find a more real marketer than Jim Cockrum. |

I've met Jim Cockrum I met Jim Cockrum in San Diego at one of the Frank Kern/Ed Dale events as I was on his list. He's a very genuine person and he had a lot of tips to impart to his followers. I've bought most of his ebooks and I'm also a member of his My Silent Team forum. Count me as a satisfied customer. (To the person who mentioned about the Silent Sales Machine, if he had purchased it originally, he would be able to get updated versions for free.) |

Honest and Worthwhile Jim Cockrum offers to the point concepts. He is right on target. What he offers is not a scam. I have been receiving his emails for awhile now and the information is always sound. His blog is very informative also. What he offers for a fee is more in depth. If you can't afford it, you can still benefit from his free information. I highly recommend you sign up for his emails. Order an ebook or subscribe to his plan.

You can count on the Truth I have been a reader and subscriber of Jim's for over two years now. I can honestly say that he has always presented the facts. He offers some of the best information out there, not only on eBay, but internet marketing as a whole. I trust him which is a pretty high praise for most of the "gurus" out there. He is for real.

I Tried The Rest, Now I Stick with Only The Best In short: I really know of only ONE 'bulletproof' Internet marketing expert who has NEVER tried to sell me anything but proven concepts that actually work (without any snake oil). Correction: Jim Cockrum hasn't ever tried to sell me anything, he merely talks about strategies of how to sell online. The longer answer: I consider myself kinda smart. I have an MBA and 15+ years of work experience. I bought Jim Cockrum's book "The Silent Sales Machine" approximately 3 years go to get some additional tips on selling on eBay (my goal: additional income). Just by following Jim's advice (and doing it as a 'part time' job in addition to my FT 'career'), I was able to turn my annual profit from $10K to about $40K in three years. Jim Cockrum will teach you (honestly, and with integrity) everything you need to know to make money with the Internet, and he backs everything up with his word and his money back. And no snake oil. There are other Internet Marketers whom I follow and respect, but only a couple, and I don't have nearly the amount of respect for them as I do for Jim. That's because as beneficial as those IMarketers are, I've seen them flub-up a couple times by trying to make a quick buck off of me. Jim puts his integrity first, and he doesn't do that. Jim is great! I been a member of my silent team membership for about 6 months. Jim's ebook was a big help to helping me make money because at first I didn't now anything about making money online. I like how he helps you keep going and not giving up because at first I wasn't making much money on eBay but now with Jim's help eBay has help me make tons of money. Jim is a genius and a great person to help you make money on eBay. I recommend this site to people who are new in selling at eBay and need help to make the most money on eBay.

One of the good guys Jim is the marketer I respect the most online. He is one of the biggest marketers in the world, but he still has time to help out the little guy. His newsletter is one of the most informative newsletters on the net and I always take time to read it. I can highly recommend anything Jim has put out, especially The Silent Sales Machine.

good ebook I bought Jim's book a couple of years ago. I made some money using it but not a whole lot although I'm sure that someone could make good money using these techniques if they work at it hard enough. I think that he did a good job in writing the book and went into detail.A lot of the stuff from the book that I bought wouldn't be relevant now just because of the new rules that ebay has. If he had a new version of the book and I was interested in selling stuff on ebay I would definitely buy the book. |

Impressive! As soon as I got in contact with Jim Cockrum, I was impressed because he certainly knows his stuff. I would expect no less after he has been marketing on the internet for over a decade! What I love about him is that he has time to help out the little guy, and so I never struggled without his assistance. He's always honest and tells you so many simple but effective tricks, I would recommend him to anyone who's thinking of doing something similar to him! Rating: A!

The greatest of them all! I bought Jim's ebook Silent Sales Machine and joined his membership site, My Silent Team 5 months ago. I am happy by the way he communicates to his subscribers, the resources he offers in the membership site, and all his advice on how to generate income from the internet. Not only that, Jim is the most decent person I've encountered among the marketers. He encourages your comments on his blog and looks after his followers by providing the latest and most relevant information to help them succeed online.

A Great Guy I got interested with Jim Cockrum upon reading a post on his newsletter Creative Ebay Selling, from then on I subscribed to his free newsletter and bought a copy of his ebook The Silent Sales Machine Hiding on Ebay. His way of writing will make anyone fired up or get motivated to pursue you online shop. I am slowly working on my own Ebay storefront, following the guidelines set-up in his book. He also gave one on one coaching at MySilentTeam but never got to register yet, I will once I’ve fully set-up my site. Jim Cockrum is definitely the master of Ebay. |

Jim Cockrum is Great I recently used Jim Cockrum's "Silent Sales Machine", and I'd just like to say that it works a great. Jim Cockrum has really hit the nail on the head so to speak. Anyone who has read the ebook will know just how helpful it can be, I have managed to sell much more products on ebay. I strongly recommend that you look out for that ebook, and that you do some more research on Jim Cockrum, the man really is wonderful.

This Guy Knows His Stuff I, too, bought Jim's products and I'm so glad I did. I sold on Ebay before but nothing major. I was bringing in a little bit here and there, but I wanted to do better. After purchasing this ebook and following Jim's advice, I'm slowly seeing a difference in the selling of my products. It's amazing how they appear on the listings and how people actually notice them. I love it. I would recommend this product for anyone wishing to sell on ebay. However, he goes way beyond ebay and can honestly help anyone succeed.

His strategies works! Jim is one of the best marketers I have ever known. I bought many of his e-books and all the advices in there actually work. His books are a little pricey, but it's worth your money. You won't earn a lot of money from his ideas, but you will earn enough to count it as a part-time job. Overall, I would say that Jim is a very trustworthy person and you should trust his advices. I would recommend him to everyone that wants to earn a little extra money.

Jim Cockrum is a man of integrity I have been getting Jim's newsletter for about one year now. It is full of money making ideas for eBay & other Internet Marketing concepts. I have also read Jim's book Silent Sales Machine and through that book he opened my eyes to the money making potential average people like me can make on eBay. I have also joined his My Silent Team membership site and with a combination of the advice I have been able to digest I have made $10,000 part time in the year 2009. I am still growing in these concepts and look forward to expanding to my potential in the coming months. I believe Jim is a man of integrity who will do what he says he will do.
