Hello,

I use the WP release 3.3. 1-fr with Windows7 64bits.

My blog is hosted by Hostpapa.

The functions "Controls" and "Related videos" are not operational.

More particularly the second which always displays the videos in relation at the end... I bought Trafficplayer first to avoid that :-(

You are a rude person who does not respond to questions from it's customers (I have sent several).

For trying to solve the problem of not displaying "relatives videos" on the end of TrafficPlayer reading, I have bought the software Wondershare AllMyTube.

This software provides me a . webm video format, that TrafficPlayer does not accept.

I converted this video in . avi format, that TrafficPlayer does not accept, any more.

I want to know how to embed my own videos in TrafficPlayer and, of course, in what format(s) ?

I hope to get a quick answer ...

Mark Is Rude And Dishonest

I will never deal with Mark Dulisse again. He is very rude when giving support and will blame customer back in his support.

Moreover, you will never get any refunds from him on all his products. Believe me.. He try to sell something and not deliver as promised. I've bought $249 products for him and until now I could not get the products run..

So you may keep the money Mark. But remember.. the money you get from your unsatisfied customer will not get any blessing from God. And your family and children will get the effects from God. Believe me.. the day will come...

He is very disrespectful to customers

I purchased License guard soft from Mark a few days ago and from the start I had problems with the software. First of all it didn't work as described and even when I purchased the License Guard Soft from Mark on his WSO page it didn't work for him. In fact I had to email Mark to get myself set up.

I installed his software on my site and tried to set it up to accept Paypal payments. License Guard Soft didn't work. I voiced my concern to Mark about this he tells me I installed it wrong. What's worse is that he then gets his programmer to manually create an account. After he does this he then emails me and tells me, look it works fine, he then accuses me of having a "personal Paypal account".

This annoyed me because for one I don't have a personal PayPal account and secondly even if I did have a personal Paypal account what he's saying still doesn't make any sense because what he's admitting to me is that if a customer comes to my site to purchase software and this customer has a personal Paypal account that customers order won't be completed with "License Guard Soft" software.

Anyway I got my programmer to test out the license guard software by sending me 0.01 paypal payments just to see if the problem was indeed my fault. Nothing happens the License Guard software under the software log gives me a message saying

"empty invokation" my programmer and I tried this 4 different times same thing happened. I tell Mark Dulisse this he tells me it's Paypals problem.

Long story short I request a refund. He says he's not giving me a refund. Ok fine I go to Mark Dulisse WSO page which currently can be found by typing "License guard soft warrior forum" into Google) and tell people about my experiences with Mark Dulisse. Mark Dulisse deletes my posts where I catch him in a bold face lie. Not only that Mark Dulisse also displays my personal email for all to see without my permission.

Keep in mind Mark and I did a business transaction and I'm still Marks customer. Mark Dulisse doesn't care about the customer once he gets your money. I've read the comments above and it's all true, he's not a good person to do business with.

I've done business with Jim Cockrum and Chris Farrell. I've spent thousands of dollars with Jim Cockrum and he's delivered to me every single time.

Mark Dulisse in my opinion should be avoided. He's very disrespectful to his own customers, he's arrogant and once he gets his hands on your money, support will be minimal. From my view he could care less about your experience with him or his products.

I want to also point out that Mark Dulisse uses Paypal to process payments because when it comes to software Paypal seldom if ever gives refunds to customers.

But if Mark Dulisse's software did what he says it does I don't see why he wouldn't offer refunds? Mark Dulisse License Guard software from my view is piece of junk. I do not recommend that anyone do business with Mark Dulisse. I spent $497 with this man and in two days no support. I want to also point out that I was on Skype with Mark and his programmer and when I caught them both lying they both exited the chat.

For the record the date in which I'm writing this February 10 2012 Depending on when you read this Mark Dulisse may have already removed my posts from the Warrior forum. I have Print screens of almost everything did so if you want proof just leave me a message or I could send you this information via email. I would put the links but I can not do it in this post.

Very Pleased

I have purchased several of Mark's products and have been following him for a couple years now. Mark has always been professional, his support has been excellent, and his products have been outstanding.

I do know that Mark does not put up with people abusing his support staff, and when he see's it, he will 'fire' a difficult customer.

I have always been treated fairly. But I have also always been professional in any tickets I give to him, and he has responded immediately and has helped me.

I Buy all Mark's products and dominate in my niches

I have been following Mark for 2 years now and buy all his products which are awesome for me. I am very satisfied with his service and have always been treated with great service. Be kind to others, and they will be kind back to you. Be nasty to others, and they will be nasty back. Treat others the way you want to be treated, is my motto. Mark has given me great advice over the last 2 years, and as a result, I have made a lot of money online.

I would personally never deal with Mark Dulisse again

I purchased Tube Fool from Mark. I could not get the product to work and spent several days contacting the support desk for help and/or suggestions. The couple of replies I received were of no help at all.

I finally received the following email from Mark:

It is my understanding that you have been very difficult to deal with. We apologize for your inconvenience.

I am perfectly within the acceptable time frame for refunds, and we have processes.

Now please get on with your life and focus on something else. This is the last I am dealing with this file.

*******

I had purchased TubeFool through another prominent IM marketer who went to bat for me. I did get my refund after several weeks, but will never subject myself to his rudeness and inferior products again.

Pretty Good products, horrendous, rude and unhelpful service

Mark's products are actually pretty decent, however when there is a problem, dealing with him is a nightmare of an experience. He essentially tells you that you are the only one with the problem, and that you are the problem, not him or his product.

The reason I contacted him is that I sell affiliate products, and I was concerned about the way he was treating customers, his response was...

"ya, I probably make $500k alone with just my own customer list. I don't don't need 1 affiliate.

Are you clear?

I have a huge customer list. I set up an affiliate program not for me, but for others, to help them out.

If you are going to email me your gripes and bullshit, then please remove yourself from my list and stop selling my products as an affiliate.

My reputation is this: I don't put up with whiners, and I don't put up with bullshit. And this includes taking any shit from you or one of your IM friends if they give out the same bullshit.

I have my customer list, and that's really the only people I look out for. When a customer wants to suck everything out of you... and they won't help themselves, I will tell them clearly that they will

need to help themselves and their knowledge level.. and do what it takes to succeed.

The BS he was talking about was a customer support e-mail when his product wouldn't work. As you can see from the language, he's a high class guy to work with.

I'd steer clear of this "Guru"

Hello,

A few years back I purchased a copy of Mark's SE Nuke Video Tutorials which were far from being tutorials as they didn't explain much of anything, but only made it even more confusing (I'm not the only one who thought so either).

I asked for a refund and was sent an extremely arrogant reply and was never given one.

I recently read a reply that Mark gave to one of his other customers which was filled with profanity and boasting of how he doesn't need a person who can't figure out how to use FTP on his list and to "piss off".

I don't care how successful someone is or how much they know, this type of customer service and abuse, as far as I'm concerned, is crap and I wouldn't spend a penny with Mark Dulisse.
