Excellent system by Mark I have to admit that when I saw Mark's coaching program I was skeptical as I had spent $$$'s on other programs that showed how to sell to offline businesses. The key thing I realized was exactly that, the other programs I had showed me how to market and sell to businesses, but didn’t show me how to do it. With Mark he shows you how to market and sell to local businesses and get a constant flow of prospects. I now have a complete sales and marketing system that creates sales consistently. I covered my cost of Mark’s coaching in just two sales. |

Thanks Mark! Mark's coaching just works. I had a couple of calls with him and he has completely changed the way I do business. I went out and closed my first client worth $1,000 in the first week. This was the first sale I had ever closed. Thanks Mark for your help! |

Mark's coaching works Working with Mark has transformed my business. I was struggling to get clients and used to spend hours cold calling, networking and sending out direct mail to get local businesses interested in what I was selling. Then after just one call with Mark, he told me some simple changes I needed to make and was skeptical at first, but followed what he told me and waited. I didn't need to worry, within one week I closed my first client worth over $7,000! Mark's coaching works and I now have a system that will grow my business easily and quickly. |

Easy to use Within ONE WEEK of working with Mark I closed a client worth $2,295. It was a lot easier than what I thought. Mark's systems are easy to use and simple to follow. I have never seen some of the techniques he showed me anywhere else. I am now building my business faster than before using each of the systems Mark’s 1-2-1 coaching has given me. |

I am now consistently sending out the marketing system that Mark showed me and getting meetings as a result. If you are looking for proven marketing systems that work then Mark is the person to work with. |

Great results with Mark I had been selling to local business owners with some small success, but then got stuck in spending my time working on all aspects of the business just to fulfill everything I promised, which meant I couldn’t grow the business as fast as I wanted. Within 30 days of working with Mark I now have completely changed the way I market, sell, close and fulfill clients that means I am growing my business faster than ever. I also have a complete systematized business that runs smoothly with minimal time input from me. I now spend most of my time getting clients and making money, in just the first month I closed a client worth £4,800. |

My expierence with Mark's program Mark's coaching has allowed me to develop a marketing system that means I have a predictable and secure income. Using his proven templates I have built a business that means every time I send out 20 marketing pieces I make a sale worth £1,200. Thanks Mark Since working with Mark we have buildt a business that now is the leader in the industry. We went from nobody knowing who we were to getting clients without the need to cold call or spend hundreds on marketing. Without Mark's program, this would have not happened and we have a repeatable marketing system that allows us to get clients worth over £3,000 a time. We are now expanding our business and getting more staff to cope with the success we are having. |

Working with Mark has been amazing Working with Mark has been amazing! Not even 3 weeks since we started working together and I have 3 clients closed totaling in over £1,000 in upfront set up fees and £600 residual income already. That's a total of £7,200 per year just from these clients alone. Again, achieving this in only my second week... Unbelievable!I have also got a marketing system in place that every pound I spent I get back DOUBLE. Mark knows his stuff and has really grown my business faster than I ever could have done by myself. |

Great program by Mark Mark's program is better than I ever could have imagined. I have tried numerous other 'gurus' programs and made nothing. Working with Mark, I closed £6,200 in income in the first week. I have since built a business that is now growing and enabling me to go to the next level by taking on outsourcers and building a consistent monthly income of over £5,000 and growing as a result. |

Mark Vurnums Income Annex Adsense membership website building system/program that found keywords, built 1 page websites based on adsense and promoted them through PR releases. I made around $50 - $70 per month after building around 50 adsense sites. However, after five months the members area and access to the software was shut down without warning and I have heard nothing from Mark Vurnum since after paying £1997. I know he lives near Pathos, Cyprus but he is very difficult to get hold of. His support does not answer any emails and apparently there is no money back. :( I would say to anyone if they asked me what I thought of Mark, I would say he is a good promoter, talks a very good game, seems to know what he is doing and is very convincing as a salesmen. One thing that has concerned me is that some very well known Internet Marketers are promoting him on their conference circuit which is very worrying! However, if you do come across him, please save your money and do not buy anything from him, not even an ice cream. If Mark is reading this yes I would like to meet up with you as soon as possible to discuss this if I could find you! |

Income Annex - After 1 Year of Trying This System I purchased the Income Annex system for $4000 in September 2010 at the World Traffic Summit conference on the Gold Coast in Australia. The system came with the promise of lifetime support and an average income of between $1 and $3 per site per day with Adsense. Mark Vernum also promised to follow up with a support session in Australia within 6 months of purchase. I followed the system as instructed and set up 26 sites as a test to validate the Adsense income claims with the intention of building more sites once the claims were proven. My experience with this system after 1 year has been as follows:- 1. The income claims are bogus! Each site was lucky to earn $1 per month with Adsense and since the Google 'Panda' updates traffic to each site has fallen to less than 5 visits per month despite my SEO and backlinking efforts. 2. I managed to contact Mark via email to explain what was happening. His only suggestion was to build more backlinks. 3. One year down the track and I can no longer access the Income Annex system despite my 'lifetime' guarantee on the product. 4. No support conference was ever held in Australia as promised. In summary, I am approx. $5000 worse off than when I met Mark Vernum for the first time and have spent countless hours of my time on a product that doesn't work, never did and never will! I can no longer access the system or Mark Vernum. Mark has now moved on to marketing a Local Marketing system and uses his girlfriend (who I also met) as a 'shining light' testimonial for his new product. He is promoting her as a 'superstar' in what can be achieved with his Local Marketing system - but forgets to mention that he lives with her! Mark is a smooth operator and knows his stuff - Marketing. As a business and trustworthy support partner - don't be sucked in! |

Does not deliver on promises Mark Vurnum is a very convincing speaker. However, he does not deliver on his promises. I purchased his product Income Annex which he claimed would carry a money back guarantee. The system did not work as described. The support desk kept telling me to buy more domain names. I did as was suggested but system still did not perform as in his sales pitch. I contacted the support desk for a refund within the allowed time frame. It took several attempts to get any reply at all. Then I was told they would have to check with Mark. More time and more emails from me passed before I was again promised a prompt refund. Then all response from the 'help desk' ceased. No refund as promised, no follow up or even the courtesy of a reply. He essentially stole my money and yet I continue to get emails (spam) from him trying to extract even more money from me for his latest-greatest scheme. Gives internet marketers a bad name.

Income annex - Rip off I bought the Income Annex system in September 2010 after listening to Mark Vurnum give a compelling sales pitch. He said the system could make you $1 /day per site. I did as advised and set up the new sites - which included further costs in getting the URL and getting a host. From the start the revenues did not come in - it was blamed on google and how it was changing how adsense worked. The internet site that ran the system is now unavailable and I haven't heard from Mark Vurnum since about April 2011. He hasn't returned my emails - so needless to say I have lost my money. I would NOT recommend his products at all. If anyone has heard from him I would like to know. Thanks |

Income Annex I purchased Mark's program called Income Annex at an World Internet Summit after his personal presentation in which he promoted it as a simple but sure way to earn income on the internet. Over the next 12 months I meticulously followed Mark's instruction videos, purchasing approximately 700 domains at a cost of around $10 per annum each (+ hosting), and building websites and marketing them using the Income Annex software. By Mark's predictions this should have earned me an income of between $1 and $3 per site per day on Adsense advertising. The total cost of Income Annex and the domains was around $A10,000 (+ hosting). Actual total income over the 12 months was around $500. Now his program seems to have simply disappeared, (at least I can't access it anymore or find it). My grading of Mark as a person is not because his program failed. That can happen. It is because he never acknowledged that it had failed, or advised me to get out because it was failing, and right up to the last contact continued to proclaim that he was committed to making it a success, while he must have known it just wasn't working as it ought and was never going to.

Income Annex/ Mark Vurnum rip off We bought Income Annex at the World Internet Summit because of the implicit assurances the WIS offered and because Mark Vurnum seemed like a down-to-earth, honest kind of guy. Here is our experience: We followed his instructions to the letter and built sites using the system. We waited patiently while he resolved his personal issues. We redid the sites several times when his system encountered technical problems. We contacted him to ask for help and followed more instructions. We used extra software to do what the system we'd paid for was supposed to do automatically. We waited weeks for responses from his support staff. They either didn't respond or one sent us a reply telling us his boss was ripping us off and we should ask for our money back! We contacted WIS, they can't help. We tried to contact Mr Vurnum but he doesn't answer any more now that we have asked for a refund (the product came with a money back guarantee) Now, the system seems to have been closed down and we can't access the domains we have paid for and own, because they are locked in his system some how. We are getting emails from him about his great new product which he makes all the usual claims about and I wonder how many people will be ripped off by him this time? Bottom line, he took nearly $5000 of our money, (plus several hundred spent on domains we can no longer access) we did exactly as he said and more than he said we'd have to originally, for ZERO RETURN. Appalling. |

I have only positive things to say about Mark Vurnum I have worked with Mark and have only positive things to say about him. Mark is a genuine guy and visionary and has created some really good and solid products. I have personally had great success with his products and he has helped me to create a successful online business. Thanks to Mark, I've managed to turn a business which was little more than a hobby into a very lucrative income stream. I think the problem is that some people who purchase his products do not follow through and take action and that is why they do not have any success. I'd recommend Mark every time. Rob Maggs |

Mark Vurnum will say anything to sell his stuff Mark Vurnum has a system called Income Annex that he sold me through a webinar, he says you will easily earn you $3/day per website using google adsense. IT DOES NOT WORK! Worse yet, his money back guarantee is a fraud. He will string you along and then ignore you. Stay away from Mark Vurnum! I have proof with all the details from my Support Ticket I will share with anyone who wants to see proof. Sadly, I found out the hard way that he is a liar.

Doesn't Follow Through With His Promises - Takes The Money And Runs I have followed many 'Guru's' over the years and as we all know there are many scammers. However I truly thought Mark Vurnum was different. Some months ago I watched videos for 2 of his products, one was about passive Amazon profits and the other to do with renting websites to local businesses. He gives a lot of great free information that you could actually take away and do without buying anything. That impressed me. But, once you purchase his products... Local Business Website Rental. I purchased his local business product because he promised that within 30 days he would build a Wordpress website, add articles, get hundreds of incoming links and get it to page 1 of Google. He also promised he would get me my first paying customer on the site within that 30 days. After those 30 days nothing at all had happened. I emailed him and got a reply apologizing and saying he would get onto it. After a few more weeks I noticed the site was live and had a few (rather poor) articles on it. I was patient as I new he had a new baby and thought things might be hectic. After more weeks passed it still wasn't on page 1 of Google and I certainly didn't have an advertiser paying me. Getting my first paying customer was the main reason I purchased his product as I have no problem at all building Wordpress websites. I have since emailed him over and over and nothing! He just ignores me. As another post says he slipped off the radar. Basically I have been conned out off £345! What is worse is that whilst the idea of local marketing is great in theory it is almost impossible to make work - and it certainly isn't as easy as he promised. Whislt I was waiting for him to build my website I followed his teaching to the letter. After much research I purchased 20 local domain names that fitted the criteria and build Wordpress sites in the way he taught. I spent weeks writing good quality articles and publishing them to ezines and social networking sites as taught. After some weeks I noticed that 5 of them were indeed on page 1 of Google - but none of the others have ever made it. Of those 5 I set about trying to get paying advertisers. I have sent letters and telephoned 30 businesses but nobody is interested. I then thought I would try to sell them instead but no luck. After months of work I have seen nothing at all for my efforts. Amazon Passive Income Again great video and great in theory. Once again I followed his teaching to the letter, worked hard at it, but in 6 months have earned £4 in Amazon commission. Conclusion. In theory his products/business models sound great. His free videos are full of good information and in all honesty there are some things you can take from them that are useful. But.. 1) The business models taught are very hard to make work (and I don't give up easily). 2) More importantly, his customer service is almost non existent and he certainly doesn't respond once a problem id experienced. He hasn't delivered his promises and he ignores all my emails. I have lost all my money and I cannot tell you how sad and mad I am because I trusted him. What else can I say but avoid! |

Mark Vernoms Income Annex - Disapointed User Opinion The below is my personal experience with Mark Vernom's program Income Annex. As always these programs sound good in theory but more often than not fail to deliver anything like what is promised. The Income Annex system is based on Adsense with the software pretty much doing everything for you from giving you a vast selection of keyword specific domain names to choose from, building the websites, submitting press releases, updating content and syndicating the website through various directories. Basically all you have to do is select and buy a domain name with little competition and at least 1000 searches per month, provide hosting and create a few profiles. You pay to access the system and then you pay a monthly membership fee of US$97. Fairly steep but I thought if I was going to run hundreds of websites through this program with the advised returns the monthly fee would be irrelevant. The idea of this system is to build a large number of websites with which you would earn on average between $1 and $3 per day, per website through Adsense revenue within 2 to 12 weeks. Well I have been running 52 websites through the Income Annex Software for 3 months now and my total Adsense revenue is $11.72. Woo hoo. On top of that I have been waiting for over a month now for support to reply to several requests. Not good enough. In my opinion this particular program has been a waste of my time and money and would not recommend it anyone. The only consolation is I have secured some excellent domain names. I hope this helps someone out there. Cheers |

A Factual Review Of Products Used From Mark Vurnum Niche Profit System (NPS) came highly recommended at a famous Internet Marketers conference at Heathrow, London in 2008. Having signed up to NPS for £2000 we were told to follow the NPS system and it will start making money. After a couple of months of building NPS websites there was minimal income. We were told "the problem was from not following the system". "Let the system do the work".. was the mantra. NPS was closed down in Aug 2009 with no refund and members of NPS were asked to transfer their sites to Income Annex, a new profit making system. 4 months later the same sites are now unranked in Google with zero results. Unfortunately, the support is very poor and he does not respond to refund requests. I would advise anyone to seriously think twice before doing any business with this person as there are a lot better marketers and IM systems out there. |

Mark Vurnum is a liar and a conman Can anybody who says they made money from Income Annex prove it? Somehow I doubt it, but if you can please do. I would be very interested to see a website you produced using income annex and we can see whether you are getting traffic or not. That's a challenge. I will never buy anything from Mark Vurnum again. Once bitten twice shy as they say. This guy is a snake in the grass waiting to pounce on the newbie.

I'm A Fan - He Knows His Stuff I have bought virtually all of Mark's products from his Lead Generation Videos to his Marathon sale and recently invested in Income Annex. I can say that Mark does go out of his way to help people. I got stuck with a technical problem about putting up a website using the system and Mark very kindly did a short personal video for me to show where I need to make changes to get the website up. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark, his knowledge and system he teaches are great and he does go the extra mile for people who need help. His latest software Income Annex I think is his best yet, even someone who is fairly new to the internet, I can research, build and market my websites without having to know tons of technical stuff. As for income, it's early days but I am already starting to see an increase each month as a result of using his system. Well done Mark! |

Mark's Stuff Works! Bought his Income Annex system, built sites, made money. Need I say more. The Income Annex system is simple to use and I built lots of sites in a short time and then let it get them ranked. Working now on a bigger network as this software works. If you are thinking of getting this software you should, it's worked for me. David |

I Earned Money With Mark's System Hi GuysJust seeing a lot of negative stuff about Mark and thought I would share my experience. I bought Mark's NPS package back in 2009 at a seminar in London, I follow his instructions and put up 150 sites. Within a couple of months I was getting around 5,000 visitors a month. I contacted Mark to ask his advice on what to do next to ramp up the traffic so I could make more money. He replied with very useful information about a few different places that I could get more links from. I went off and used these resources. Around 90 days later my traffic went from 5,000 visitors a month to 50,000 a month. As a result I was earning £1,500 a month from Adsense. Then Mark upgraded my software to his new Income Annex. I transferred all my sites as he showed us and told us to do in the member's webinar. Within 30 days they increased in traffic and I am now making more than £2,000 a month without doing anymore work due to the new Income Annex system. The key thing to remember is that this is software and there is no software that will do everything for you, though this comes close, you still need to 'work' at it and most importantly of all treat it like a business. I see too many people slating software, products and services as they expect the money to just land on their lap without working or thinking to get better results. I personally know of 5-6 other students of Mark's that started around the same time I did that are making more than me, we meet frequently and share ideas on how we can improve results for our websites. So in my opinion Mark's stuff works and you need to take it and work with it and look for your own ways (like with any software) to get the most out of it. I would give Mark an 'A' as he has never given me nothing but good advice and service thanks Alice |

Mark Vurnum-A lot of talk-no follow through Mark Vurnum talks a good game. Seems to be loaded down with great opportunities and systems... until he gets your money. Then you never hear from him again. I purchased Income Annex with a so called money back guarantee. The system was flawed but I continued to try to work thru it. When I accepted the fact that I was just pouring more money into it and getting ZERO return, I asked for a refund. He and customer support said they were working on it, checking into it, then totally dropped off the radar. They stopped all communication and kept my money. On top of that he has the AUDACITY to keep sending me other offers of donating my money to him. This man does not deserve your trust. Certainly not your money. |

Mark Vurnum is a Thief Based on my own experience (and apparently all of the other comments on the page), Mark Vurnum is a thief, plain and simple. He has collected thousands of dollars and not only refuses to refund money to those who request it, but blatantly refuses to even answer an email. (His current auto-reply says that for an "emergency" response, contact him on his mobile phone, but then he doesn't provide the number. )Because of massive complaints, PayPal has shut down his account, and now the Income Annex site is down; the domain doesn't even resolve. The other day he had a webinar and he posted a replay the following day... within hours that site was shut down, too. Stay away from anything Mark Vurnum sells! |

Income Annex is a scam I have had a very bad experience with income annex. I bought the product "Income Annex" from this seller - Mark Vurnum. I bought it on 8 September for $297, software that builds ad sense websites but I paid my own money to purchase the websites domain names. I was told that I would have access to the software to build unlimited websites and of course I would also have access to the sites that I build as they are mine. He also offered $97/month for promotion of the sites and he said it is optional and we can cancel any time. So I canceled for a month but I still want to have access to the software and the sites that I built, till now I built 31 websites which I paid for and equals to MORE THAN $300 from my own pocket and they belong to me. Now it’s been over a month since I am trying to contact Mark and he is not responding as I don't have any access to the membership area and looks like he has taken the site down. I also don't have access to the sites that I built and which are mine as I bought them from Go Daddy. What this means is that he now has access to the websites, also because they were not built on word press platform, so he can even change the ad sense codes on the websites to his own, which means he will be making all the money from my sites. I hope you see what I am getting at... I have tried to contact him through his 2 email address, his website support desk around 8 - 10 times but he never replied, also contacted him through a phone number that was displayed on his site but it's a wrong number, also contacted through face book and through twitter but no response and now it's been more than a month since I have got no answer from him. Then I contacted Joel Petersen who recommended his course and I bought through his affiliate link and he said all other people are also having same problem and he is not answering. EVEN HE IS ASHAMED FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE! I did not know that I could contact pay pal for this purpose so he advised me to contact them and that's why I am asking them to help me get my refund or access to the software because all 31 of my sites are there and they cost more than what I paid for his software. I can prove that he owes me $600 for the software and for the sites that I own. I just want to say that if you have been scammed then please immediately go to pay pal and file a report against him as they will help us if they have enough complaints. I f mark vurnum is reading this post then all I have to say is that either give me a refund or give me access to my sites as they belong to me not you. I rate this "F" ! |

Do Your Homework Before Signing Up With This Man Like many of the other commenters here, I signed up with Mark Vurnum over a year ago with his Niche Profits System. And like the others, I got very little in the way of results. To be fair, that system did require you to do some work which I was willing to do, but a few months ago Mark stopped that system so we did not have the choice to continue to work at it, but had to transfer to his new Income Annex system. The attraction of that system was that supposedly you just had to set your sites up and thereafter the system would do everything on autopilot and you could earn $1 to $5 per day per site. I have 50 sites on that system and 4 months down the line, only a half dozen sites are getting regular visits and average about one visit per day, resulting in negligible earnings. I see that Mark is now promoting an 'Apprentice' scheme which will require a pretty hefty investment. All I can say to anyone thinking of applying for this is ... be very careful and do your homework on Mark Vurnum first. |

NPS and Income Annex user For those reading this I hope I have saved someone a lot of money as I wish I had visited this site before I bought NPS from Mark Vurnum over a year ago. As the previous comment says, Mark is a very Passionate man, or sales person, but in the end promises a lot and delivers nothing. I, like over 120 NPS users, bought Mark's old system which was supposed to, if used correctly, put me on the course to making serious money online. Within 4 months it was clear that it did not work. Mark kept in contact, but all of his promises were false and then IA came along to which he gave all the NPS members it for free.. wow... not really. After using the system now for 5 months, it too does not work and Mark continues to hold his webinars which are all nice and dandy but they deliver nothing. And to-date, after a request of a refund, Mark still insists it is not his fault.. Well Mark you sold the product and the system to deliver x and it delivered nothing. Apart from the cost of the product and the endless websites that I have built, although others I know have built over 500 sites with the system, my real issue is you continue to try to con people. People deserve the respect they have given you. And I hear he is trying to make an APPRENTICE of himself and con them into giving him 10K... Get real Mark... this wont be the last post about Mark Vurnum and I recommend everyone continue to make comments about this guy on all sites that you find...

Income Annex Scam I hate to say bad things... The Income Annex system targets newbies in IM. I have experience, so I know how to research low competition keywords and about how long they should take to rank. I purchased via Joel Peterson's affiliate link, thinking that (although I can do this myself) I could scale really rapidly using Income Annex - IF THE SYSTEM ACTUALLY WORKED!To my utter disgust, only the sites that I personally researched keywords for are getting any traffic, even then only a piddly amount like 3 clicks a day - this is after 3 months. Given the super low competition, I should be on page one. It appears that the research of keywords isn't something that Income Annex does well, nor does it build sites that google likes, and nor does it do particularly good backlinking. In short, this is crap and wasted my time and money (around $600 to Mark, and another $900 in sites and hosting). I feel so screwed. Apparently others do too because Paypal stopped accepting re-bills earlier this month for the IA membership. Although I am up to my ears in work, I now have to rebuild those sites and get them properly linked (over 100) in order to get them profitable. I will NEVER deal with this guy again. |

Doesn't follow through on promises-Don't believe the hype Mark Vurnum is a very passionate speaker and delivers a compelling sales pitch. However, after purchasing his product I was left for dead. He claims that his Income Annex will make money on autopilot-came with a money back guarantee. Stated repeatedly that any of the keywords listed in his system would work. I purchased and paid to have hosted 15 of his keyword phrases only to then find out that several of them did not have articles and other features available as the site required. "Support" just told me to pick new ones. When I asked for a refund I was put off several times. Then I received an email from Mr. Vurnum stating the refund would be processed in 8 business days. After three weeks "Support" replied and said Mr. Vurnum was out of the country and would return "early next week". Two months have passed. "Support" and Mr. Vurnum stopped replying to my inquiries regarding status of the promised refund. The total disregard for customer support after the sale is appalling. Never did receive the promised refund. "Support" is non existent. It would seem they took my money and ran. Disgraceful.

Never made me happy but once If they say there are scams on the internet, I would rather classify Mark Vurnum as one. Mark Vurnum and his contact co-workers have a very poor customer care and support. I paid for the packages like income annex, Marks Marathon Sale, Niche Profit System etc, several and numerous times with the promise that it would be earning in less than a month. But at the long run I never realized a dime. But the Lead Generation videos of Mark Vurnum work well for me but not all the time. The most frustrating part about Mark Vurnum is that refunds or money back guarantees are always very difficult. None of my money has ever been refunded till date. All I will say is that I can't recommend any of Mark Vurnum's products to any internet user. |

Warning for Mark Vurnum - he is a liar I bought into income annex to check it out. Mark Vurnum had offered a 100% money back guarantee in the next 4 weeks. The system doesn't produce at all what he promised, so I asked for my refund in time. He kept me busy with questions until I had missed the 45 days limit with paypal to register a claim. He never refunded. He kept promising in the backoffice but never honored the refund. Big Warning! And all other good standing Internet Marketers should know that he betrays! I have proof of the whole communication from the back office and can show it to anybody who would like to see it. He still owes me $297... Don't buy anything from him. Best Dorothea |

Done me out of $500! Never Again Bought and tried Mark Vurnum's incomeannex knowing that with the 30 day refund period, I'd be ok to get my money back if it didn't work. Just before the 30 days it wasn't working and I asked for my money back. They extended the refund period to 60 days to allow me to keep trying it - I then got charged another $97 for the monthly membership, which is fair enough. When the 60 day mark was approaching it still wasn't working so I asked for my money back. They tried to convince me to stay but I wasn't interested. Between that, and me chasing to get a refund, it was time for me to get charged another $97 monthly membership (I had to stay a member because it wasn't possible to contact their 'customer service'). 90 days has now past and I haven't had a response or my money back. He literally stole my money! Paypal is provided as a method of payment which made me feel like it's legit but it isn't covered by their buyers protection. I'm currently chasing Paypal and Mark and trying to get this money back. It's a disgrace that someone like this is even allowed to use Paypal. From personal experience, I'd recommend never buying from this guy. |

Mark Vurnum is a lying cheat and worthless scum! I had the unfortunate experience of buying one of Mark Vurnum's products, IncomeAnnex.com that costs $297. This was a software that is supposed to get your site onto at least the 5th page of Google within one month. After doing my keyword research, I registered a domain called paintshopsoftware.com intending to target the keyword Paintshop Software or Paint shop software. After close to 4 weeks, my site was nowhere in the first 5 pages of Google. I requested a refund on Sept 6, 2010 within the refund period Vurnum had set in his sales pitch. After a few days, his support desk requested information like Paypal receipt which I duly furnished. On Sept 22, his support desk said the refund will be sent but it would take 8 working days. I waited 8 working days but it never came. I sent Vurnum an email and he replied saying he would send my refund that day itself (that was Oct 6). Until today (Oct 28,2010), I have not received my refund despite Vurnum saying he would refund me. That shows Mark Vurnum is a liar and cannot be trusted. IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MARK VURNUM. |

Worthless... and I now see I will never get a refund Well I wish I had come to this site prior to buying his GeoAdsense program for 297 (which includes a site created by his team). I'm now quite sure that all of my emails to him and his support group will continue to go without response. What a scam... Great marketing for sure to us, but nothing delivered... I've never received the site, it has never produced a dime as far as I can tell, and the system was replaced with his latest and greatest not 30 some odd days later. And that new plan basically goes against everything taught just 30 days before... So as I created another 40 sites per his direction, they never worked and made 0 money, and he now is telling everyone with his new system DON'T DO WHAT HE WAS JUST TELLING PEOPLE TO DO... IT DOESN'T WORK... Honestly, I have bought too many programs to count and thousands and thousands of dollars spent and have never been treated like this... Do yourself a favor and stay away... requested a refund... never heard back...

Mark Vurnum Gets "F" for Poor Products and Service I bought the Niche Profit System from Mark Vurnum in November 2009 after it was recommended by another Marketer, Daniel Wagner. I trusted Daniel Wagner's judgment and after attending a special one day event, I decided to buy it. This system was sold as an automated website building system that would help you create professional looking websites and monetize them with amazon, clickbank and adsense. Well from day one this system had huge problems. I couldn't even create the websites using Mark's system, I had to do it manually. He offered free hosting, but it never worked for me so I had to get hosting with hostgator. The support from Mark and his team is useless, you can wait weeks and even months for a reply, and even then often nothing is done to fix the problems. I've asked for a refund on numerous occasions but Mark Vurnum doesn't believe in refunding people. Lisa24 says she made money with this system. The funny thing is she never came forward and revealed this to anybody on the forum set up for NPS, even though members were asked to post any successes. Nobody has made any significant money and these people are not "lazy", the system just does not work. That has even been proven as Mark Vurnum has closed down NPS and replaced it with something called Annex, which only allows you to add adsense ads to your site to make money. Those people who have all their sites hosted with Mark Vurnum now have to take down their old sites and put up new ones on his new system. I am so glad I hosted with Hostgator from the beginning. The NPS forum group has set up another forum privately so we can keep in touch. NOBODY has made more than a few pounds on adsense. The NPS system cost me 1997 pounds sterling and the truth is it was worth nothing. My advice to anybody coming into contact with a Mark Vurnum product is spend your money elsewhere or you will live to regret it. |

I bought NPS and made £17k based on what Mark told me I have to say I bought Mark Vurnums NPS system and whilst it was a steep learning curve for me as I was a complete internet newbie then I made £17k from his system by November 2009 - I bought it in July 2009. So not earth shattering but it worked for me. I found his customer service good, not the usual automated rubbish that pings back to you within 30 seconds but actual real life personal advice that you might have to wait 24 hours for but when it comes through it's worth it's weight in gold. To be honest I know a lot of the other people that bought the NPS system and didnt make any money because they were jsut lazy and didn't pay attention to what they were being told. You've got to work to make the system work for you and not expect to get everything just handed to you on a plate. I did it and did great. I've since moved onto other projects but I've been back to Mark since for personal coaching with him on my business and his advice added £2.2 to my bottom line last month. He knows what he's talking about. full stop. |

Re: Amazon Passive Profit Method What a salesman!Conned me out of £206 I fell for the Amazon Passive Method too. After receiving emails saying that my site as being worked on but it wasn't in the top ten yet because 'Google keeps changing the rules' Total BS! I built a site and used some basic SEO and got to #4 on Google in one week! I paid for the site on 19 Apr 2010 with the promise that it would be earning within 30 days or less. 16th of July I get an email saying it had reached #10. When I check it's actually 23rd with no backlinks to Google, Bing, or Altavista. I could write more, but I'm sure you get the picture - Stay away from this guy, he'll take your money and run. If there was a Z- rating for someone I'd grade him lower than snake-oil salesmen. |

Amazon Passive Profits Package Ripoff I fell for this guy's sales pitch. He is great at the pitch but his product is crap. I gave this guy $497 to build me 3 websites monetized by Amazon. In his pitch he implied passive $10 per day. About 3 weeks after purchase he downgrades expectations to $1 per day. After 4 months the best of the 3 gets about 2 visits a week and no sales at all. He refuses to answer my support requests or deliver all the bonuses. I'm going to stop here with the details but will say he uses the technique of "only 5" available. Then claims he is late building my sites because he is so busy answering questions from all the others. I just got an email yesterday from his AR still promoting this crap system. Beware, sounds great, but you will not make a dime. Mark will take your money and ignore you. This type of marketer is why there are so many regulations strangling us these days. |

Fingers in too many pies I got the Lead generation videos and went on to join the Master-class club that was supposed to offer regular updates on lead generation. A lot of promise, but after four months the new information dried up but the money kept being taken. Support requests were pathetic, there would be the odd forum post from other members, but the familiar self elevated importance these IM Guru's give themselves did not bring him to answer the questions: where is what you promised, why is the forum up then down, why do you use a UK answering service that no one actually responds to (a number was available but after complaints in the forum it was suddenly removed) You are then left with a forum post; "I am sorry here is my (engage elevated importance mode) personal email address that I only give to blah blah blah for you to use" I think IM's get so used to writing sales letters they forget when to turn that off. The listed address that is at the bottom of every email to comply with regulations is just a postal address, he actually lives in Cyprus so it's not possible to take up any dispute in the UK. I think that Mark Vurnum probably does intend to deliver in the beginning but sadly just does not. In the final analysis the value of any company or individual you deal with is not based on what things go wrong but how they deal with them when they do. So Mark if you get to read this I was just about to buy your latest offer and then remembered my last experience ! |

LeadClick on CareerBuilder? I actually saw this opportunity on careerbuilder.com while searching for a REAL job, and thought the prospect was sensible and interesting -- however, all of those "free" telephone conferences (which were actually followed through -- just with a RECORDED version of him) and promises, the fine print states the CALL and INFORMATION is free, but there's a $50 dollar MONTHLY FEE for having the domain active?? I know how to make websites, and I also know I could find better hosting with a personal dot com domain name and include a lot more personalization to a similar marketing scheme for about that price a YEAR. While the promise of making lots of money seems like a reasonably explained one, think about it -- how many clicks is your specific site going to get in comparison to all the others of members whose sites look relatively the same? Also, don't you think people are used to finding these ads all over the internet by now, and know what to avoid clicking and, better yet, signing up for? If there was a way to not give any credit card information up-front, sell the promotions and possibly products from a personal hosting source as a sales promotor, and have the ability to choose the marketing scheme behind your own personalized version of the basic foundations taught, this offer would carry far more potential. |

Good Videos, bad site I have recently bought the Lead Generation videos of Mark Vurnum. They really helped me in understanding the lead generation concept. I've had no problem with the forums, because I simply never wanted to use them. I get a lot of emails with offers, but since I receive many more emails from other sites of persons, they don't really bother me. Cleaning up the inbox everyday is very time wasting though. I'm very happy with the materials I bought. His site is another story, maybe it's my computer, but it keeps giving me warnings about some links on his sites, even when I'm not leaving his website. I mailed him about this problem, but I never got any answer and the problem isn't solved yet... |

Great material - ZERO customer service - promises but does not deliver I have purchased two series from Mark Vurnum - the Lead Generation Videos and now his latest set term membership site. Both promised access to a forum which is one of the reasons I purchased - and neither of them are accessible. The lead generation one performs like a broken link and the membership forum won't let me in. The user name and password Mark sends won't grant access. Multiple support tickets over the past month have gone and continue to go unresolved and ignored. The information is really good and it would be great to talk with other people generating leads. Plus he keeps emailing with more offers - I've never experienced a non-responsive internet marketer. Sometimes they are over worked and running behind - but Mark Vurnum doesn't even respond at all. I will be canceling my membership unless he responds within the next few days. If anyone knows him personally, could you ask him if it would really interfere with his business to respond to a willing client? |

I have to admit that when I saw Mark's coaching program I was skeptical as I had spent $$$'s on other programs that showed how to sell to offline businesses. The key thing I realized was exactly that, the other programs I had showed me how to market and sell to businesses, but didn’t show me how to do it.
Adsense membership website building system/program that found keywords, built 1 page websites based on adsense and promoted them through PR releases.
The below is my personal experience with Mark Vernom's program Income Annex.
I have to say I bought Mark Vurnums NPS system and whilst it was a steep learning curve for me as I was a complete internet newbie then I made £17k from his system by November 2009 - I bought it in July 2009.
