Matt Gagnon Bio
Matt Gagnon writes articles for MAZU Publishing and has a background in direct marketing and mail order. There are a lot of complaints against him if you Google his name but there are also buyers who praise his work especially his "Million Dollar Manual", a 605 page system that teaches how to run a home business.
Detailed Overview
Matt Gagnon hosts and also writes for the Internet site, MAZU Publishing. Matt Gagnon's background is in direct marketing and mail order and he was the marketing director at Bowflex.
If you Google his name you will see many complaints about his business practices. Complaints are especially brought against his training kits called, "E-Currency or E-Gold" These are CDs that are unprofessional with no real information according to buyers. Many comments accuse him of publicly bashing his competitors and even past students. The DXGold program is the one that seems to be getting the most heat for Matt. It sells for $299. Matt Gagnon makes claims on the Website that those who purchase the program can earn $10,000 per month. Matt from Mazu answers negative comments on one Website. Matt leaves his phone number and states that there are good tools, minimal support and no conference or live calls on the Dx4dummies site.
“Million Dollar Manual" is a system of Matt's that is a physical product - a loose leaf binder containing 605 pages of six chapters of information. There are also 6 cassette tapes. The system has a step-by-step to take your business to where you can be viable no matter if you have $200 to invest or $2500. The manual is showing how to start a home-based business. The first chapter is a "how-to" set up your home business. The manual goes on to show how to create a product, package the product, market the product and upsell to the customer. In the manual Matt talks about offline marketing and how important it is to use direct mail marketing, classified ads and word of mouth. He talks about how to find good mailing lists and the benefits and setbacks of using post card mailings. He also shows how to write ad copy and other direct mail techniques. Matt Gagnon teaches how to create a product, drive traffic, educate your customer, sell the concept, and close the sale. There are some useful techniques in the manual and it is written in an easy to understand style.
Whenever an Internet marketer gets a lot of bad feedback you have to look at the reasons and see how the marketer responds to the feedback. If corrections are made and there are positive feedback received afterwards then that should be taken into consideration.
Reputation
There are a lot of scam reports online about Matt Gagnon so he has a bad reputation especially when it comes to giving refunds upon request. There are some good comments about his system, "Million Dollar Manual". The scam reports are not just about the failed refunds but also about the quality of some of his products from buyers who have not felt that they received professional material. There are two reports filed on the "Ripoff Report" Website against Matt Gagnon.

Matt Gagnon and Mazu
We signed up for, and purchased a currency exchange program to trade e gold from Matt Gagnon about six years ago. We were just as confused after looking at the materials as before, and never were able to do anything with it. Later we were convinced by some other contacts that this particular program could be considered illegal. We never received any money back from it, however. I would not do anything related to Mazu again.

Matt Gagnon success!
Back in 2000-2002, my business was a flop. It was going downhill right from day 1. I heard about Mazu from a coworker of mine who introduced me to this help guide. After hours of detailed reading I decided to get this "Million Dollar Manual". it's a 6 Chapter guide of 605 pages which guide your business to success. Ever since I followed this guide my business has been skyrocketing ever since.

One of the best manuals I've ever read!
Million Dollar Manual, sounded too good to be true at first, but hey, here I am about six months later and my business is doing great!
I bought the manual half a year ago as some people I know told me it's great for people who have their own small business. The first thing I noticed is the learning curve, it's pretty low so anyone with some common sense and knowledge will be able to learn from this. The price of the package is reasonable if you look at the results I have now.
The package is divided into chapters and I always found it handy to be able to take a break from it and get back to it a few days later. Well structured and clear examples are the strength of this manual. Thanks to his mail marketing I also got a handful more customers than expected. Definitely a must have for anyone starting their own business!
My business skyrocketed in just six months after getting Million Dollar Manual, give it a try!

Million Dollar Manual
While I have only ordered one product from Mazu, I received a lot of info. You must realize that this was probably back in 2000-2001 time period. I received CD Roms also. His material was very down to earth and matter-of-fact, especially for the newbie. Now Matt did seem a little Rich Jerkish at times. And he also pushes MLM a little too much. But to be fair to him, he does tell you that just because he is into it, you do not have to be. I have only recently (the past two years) followed up on him and his company and his legal problems. But as far as his marketing skills are concerned he knows his stuff. Now his ethics... lol!
