Nick Marks Bio
Nick Marks, recent recipient of the "Internet Marketers Of the Year Award", is an author, coach and speaker. He has had quite a few very successful product launches, Websites and a service. He also is an expert at building a responsive list, which of course helps him to sell products. He made his first million online in just 14 months and is willing to teach others how to find success online too.
Detailed Overview
Russell Brunson & DotComSecrets.com announced that Nick Marks is the "Internet Marketer Of The Year Award”, quite a kudo for Nick. There is a “Nick Marks Fan Club” Website http://www.nickmarksfanclub.com/, but at the present time, there doesn’t appear to be much on the site yet. Nick Marks is also an author, coach and speaker. He proclaims that his "best known Website" is http://www.ForexEnterprise.com primarily because the product Forex Enterprise has sold over 30,000 copies and for two years it has hit top 10 in the Clickbank.com marketplace.
His products include:
On his blog, he states that his list is over 400,000 active subscribers and that he built this responsive list in under two years. It also tells his readers that he made his first million in just 14 months working from home. He presently operates an Internet marketing empire.
As any empire should be, Mark's is quite extensive and includes:
His affiliate programs include:
On his Website, he updates testimonials that are also on audio so that the Website visitor can hear those who give testimonials, which makes it more real. The testimonials include comments like the product is easy to understand, some of the "jargon" is a little confusing, step-by-step system, nothing fake about it, full of valuable information, and many report the amount of money that they have made and how quickly they made it.
On the popular Internet forum known as “The Warrior Forum”, you can find many useful posts written by Nick Marks. This is one sign of someone who genuinely cares about helping others to make money online. As with any system, most of his customers who have posted online agree that money doesn't just flow automatically but you have to put a few hours of work in each week. Nick on this forum as well as others gives the same advice.
Reputation
It is expected to find positive testimonials on an Internet marketers Website, but what is found elsewhere online about Nick marks? On the Ripoff site there was only one report found and that is amazing given the volume of business that Nick Marks does. The report detailed a purchase of "multiple streams of income" and she states that, "that was fine". Her issue was with a telemarketer's call she received after purchasing the product. She claimed that there was no contact info so that she could get her money back. As this was the only negative among a sea of positive reviews and customer comments on blogs and on the Website, his reputation appears to be perfectly intact.
Domain "Whois"
The Whois information for a website lists the owner and their contact information. The Whois information for "Nick Marks" is public which is generally a good thing. This indicates the owner of this site has nothing to hide.

No way to contact Nick
I bought some information from Nick Marks after viewing one of his videos a year ago. I should have been clued in by the cheesy quality of the video but wasn't - had reservations, but went ahead with it anyway. Fortunately it wasn't a large purchase. The material I downloaded was absolute garbage, even to a newbie at the time. I attempted to request a refund, using the "support ticket" thing. It wasn't operational, and no other way to get hold of him. If he HAS made a lot of money, it's likely because so long as he sells, and never has to refund, it's pure scammed profit.

I Think He's found That Once he's Got your MONEY and you can't get a
hold of him, YOU'll just GO AWAY ! I should have Known something
was wrong, When the price kept dropping every time I went to click off.

Nick Marks is just interested in your money!
I had a very bad experience with Nick Marks, and whenever I hear his name I get frustrated.
I have purchased from him a membership which included a guide to online income called "The Baby Boomer's' which was supposed to be my retirement plan, apart from the course being hard to follow, I decided that it was not for me and therefore all I wanted to do was cancel my membership.
I went through hell trying, and all was in vain, there is nowhere you can contact him or his support. I wrote numerous emails and all was for nothing, and the monthly payments kept coming out of my account.
I explained the problem to my bank and after I showed them all the copies of the emails I sent, I was fortunate enough that my bank reimbursed me the money back and they were supposedly to get the money off him which did not happen

Unhappy Customer
Hello, My experience with Nick Marks on two occasions has been a very frustrating and unhappy one.
I purchased two of his programmes, CashVault for Newbies, and Perfect Money Formula. I had difficulty getting both programmes started and so I sent emails to the support email given on the website asking for help to get started.
All my emails went unanswered. I submitted tickets for the same reason, asking for help to get the programmes started. Same result, no answers.
After a while I became discouraged and as I was within the guarantee period, I applied for a refund. No answer. Then I applied to the Merchant, SWREG, for a refund, stating my reasons including the lack of support. I received a reply from SWREG, which included a threat that said they blacklisted customers that asked for refunds and advised me to contact Marks Enterprises.
Needless to say I have never received my refunds, and I have vowed never again to have anything to do with Nick Marks or SWREG.
In the light of my experience, I feel that the business methods of both Nick Marks and SWREG are totally reprehensible.

Nick Marks: Brilliant Spammer
If you're a beginner Nick Marks' methods are easy to follow and especially made for you. I however believe that you need to add a personal twist to his methods in order to make it really work out well. Something which might prove to be too hard for beginners to do. While it is perfectly possible to literally use his methods, the revenue will be limited.
His emails however are a real pain in the neck. He tends to promote a lot of products which a friend of him came across. As these programs vary in nature it is pretty hard to believe this claim.
Most of his sites contain a handful of boxes asking whether you're sure you want to leave the page. Which is a no go among real marketers.
All in all, I find his methods to be okay for beginners. I would describe his marketing strategy to be very spammy.
