Paul Darby Bio

Paul Darby is an Internet marketer with several ripoff reports filed against him on the popular site, "Ripoff Reports". He is the President of Unimax Services which is basically a Website for his other programs and for his affiliate sites. He runs a Internet marketing forum, Net Millionaire's Club and his new project The Moolah Pie.

Paul Darby Detailed Overview

Paul Darby is President of Unimax Services. On the Website, "Ripoff Report" there is 6 ripoff reports concerning Paul Darby. They are dated from 3/21/05 to the recent one on 4/6/09. The most recent report concerns a double payment after numerous attempts to sign up for the Net Millionaire's Club. Apparently Paul spoke loudly and in a negative tone to the client when the client tried to find out why the account was blocked and to try to secure a refund for the double payment. The second complaint concerns non-performance of service regarding promised visits. A third report complains about "flame emails" from Paul Darby when the client asked about not receiving the product after paying $197 to Paul (this complaint was regarding Unimax Service). The next ripoff report also concerns Unimax and states that the program is difficult to set up. The unconditional money back guarantee was not honored despite numerous requests.

On the Unimax Services Website Paul Darby also lists his favorite affiliate programs so the site is also used to generate leads for him as an affiliate marketer. Unimax Services has links at the top for "search for anyone for free" which is a people search engine many are using to make money. Another link at the top of the page is to "Free Traffic" which turns out to be a traffic exchange program. The next link button takes you to another one of Paul's programs called, "Net Millionaires Club" which is a social network for Internet marketers. The next link button at the top of the site takes visitors to "Domains & Hosting Deals" which brings up a domain name search and links to web hosting, SSL certificates, email accounts, marketing tools and a build a Website button.

The services that Unimax offers are Domain and hosting deals, NetMillionairesClub 2.0, The Advertising Machine (which promises overnight success), The Internet Success Machine, Hidden Persuader Marketing, and Moolah Pie Project (a step-by-step marketing system that is a list of things to do to make large amount of money quickly). The Moolah Pie Project launched 4/1/09. As an Internet marketer Paul Darby has put all his prior knowledge running Unimax Services into his new project Moolah Pie. The promises he makes is to show anyone who gives him $5, how to make that back immediately after joining. Moolah Pie provides those who join, several different ways to make money online by providing tools to start making money quickly.

Paul Darby has a forum community for customers and friends of Unimax services.

Paul Darby Reputation

Paul Darby has several ripoff reports filed on the Website, "Ripoff reports" about his company, Unimax Services. The reports focus on poor product fulfillment, unanswered emails and refund requests that go unanswered and not honored. The reports span from 2005 through 2009. There are no threads found for Paul Darby on the Warrior Forum so no one is talking about him or his products, which does not give him any credibility.

Paul does come across as sincere, BUT

I came across Paul and unimax in the early part of 2000 when I knew nothing of internet businesses and scams. I felt he was all hype and not a real person although he does come across as sincere. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, this 2nd time with his new YGPF program but I see the products within his system , that one receives after payment, are nothing more than a downline builder or affiliate products that will net him more income. He has been leading people on with his copy-writing skills in his emails for the 2nd version of YGPF, called, My New Internet Business ( MNIB )in which he has come up with excuse after excuse as to why it has not launched yet, after 24 days of promises and it appears he is just building his list although it is probably a list of discontented buyers who are by now, tired of him, his promises, his hype and his outright lies. Do what you want but I would and WILL Stay away from this guy, going forward. He is the type that gives internet marketers a bad name and will threaten those that challenge him.

Debate of Paul Darby and How He lost his honesty, integrity, life

I am not sure about this guy still in debate and a frisky phone conversation with him, not sure that I am scared of what he threatens.

And how he does it is very rude.

I would like an apology and viruses removed.

I was almost scammed.

I am not sure if I should even consider updating this in a few days after I have talked with him and his websitesontv.com. There is an outrage of what this guy is capable of and does for a living.

And trust me it is obviously not legitimate internet marketing, or if it is, he is very inconsiderate to even look at proof that is how blinded he is.

P. D. Still in Business?

I canceled all contact with Paul Darby after being double billed and getting disgusting emails from him when I inquired. He never did refund my money, so I just opted out of everything he is associated with. This was a couple of years ago and I came to IMRC to see if he was still promoting his SCAM stuff or was in jail. I see he has a new one "onTV" or something. Stay away from this guy. I don't think he is in his right mind. I'm sure you will get ripped off.

It doesn't get much worse than P. D

Please avoid giving this man any of your money, especially those that don't have the money to risk on something like this. Because, I guarantee it's not a risk... there is no chance of getting your money back. He preys on the desperate and those that have no knowledge of making money online.

He will give a sincere, heartfelt "I've been there too and was just like you" routine, and "I want to be the one to take you to success and riches" story.

Don't buy into it.

Just like so many others, I had never done anything online before, and he 'seemed' like the real deal. This is his one talent, faking empathy, and putting on a show that will make you feel like his life's goal is to help ONLY you. Trust me, it's not.

I spent upwards of $2000 (on my credit cards) to try to make something work for me in a desperate time.

Result? A year of hard promoting everything I paid for, and I believe I made a total of $50, from commissions resulting from... you guessed it, someone else buying into his nonsense. Down the road, that was the worst I ever felt making money. If I knew who it was that I got the commissions from, I would personally give them back the money I made from them. Most of the products I bought into never even worked, and I even called them out once on a coding issue that was keeping everyone from making commissions... and they changed it because they knew that could result in a lawsuit immediately.

He even had a webinar where he asked members to provide the best story of why they were there, and where they wanted to go. The prize? An iPod. Guess who won? That's right, it was me. Guess what I NEVER received? Yep, they wouldn't even part with a stinking cheap iPod. Even after about 4 emails to him and support. Wow.

I seriously hope this guy is finally in jail and not making another dime off the poor and desperate anymore.

If there was a worse grade than an "F", I would certainly give it.

And just FYI, I don't think I've ever written anything bad about anyone before. That's just how horrible an experience it was, and this was like 4 years ago!

The only positive from this? I never made that kind of mistake again, and am now making good money as an affiliate marketer of physical products (not any kind of get rich quick stuff) and have even helped a couple dozen make and extra two or three thousand a month online. This is NOT a self promotion of my product... in fact the product is closed and only helping those I started with. I just want to make sure it is known this is a 100% genuine review of his products.

What is the Story Behind-Websites On TV

I have just read basically 10 or more comments based upon how people who have had dealings with Mr. Paul Darby were not pleased with the business transactions that took place between the two parties. Most of the comments were from as late as 2006 to 2010, but the one thing they all pretty much have in common was the fact that they were all for the most part negative posts. I'm am truly sorry that the the individuals who have lost money in their past dealings with Mr. Darby have failed and I appreciate the heads-up postings in regards to rather I or anyone else for that matter should get involved in any of his programs. Well I just bought into one of his latest programs(Websitesontv) and I'm hoping that this will go well for him, including myself, because of the monies invested so I really can't put the guy on blast until I see some shadiness developing during the run of this latest program. Meanwhile I would appreciate any advice or latest news concerning what your experiences have been if you have opted into this program. Regards, Tony

Paul Darby Slap-the-guru

I purchased slap-the-guru, at the $100 level. I was promised help in advertising, e-mailing, etc. Zero results.

The back office is outdated, the rotators were for last year!

The coop ads were last year too !

What a BS website...

I e-mailed Paul and asked about updating his website and got the same reply that was sent to all of these other complaints.

He saves and sends the same one to all who have problems with his programs.

I will Never purchase his junk again PERIOD!

Please pay this JERK. !if you want him to stay in business...

Paul Darby

Hi, everyone.

I am a long subscriber to Paul Darby's email list. I have joined almost all of his programs, including the friendly guru, slap the guru, moolah pie and many others. I was also part of an online coaching program where he charged 100 dollars a month to be part of. And No, I have never made a dime from anyone of these programs.

Now I am one who never blames anyone else for his failures. Internet Marketing is tough and there is an even bigger question that we should be asking ourselves other than who is Paul Darby and is Who AM I? Do I have what it takes to make it online. Remember the old saying "wanna have what I have then DO as I do".

I have yet to find a guru that does not hype, push, makes promises about his products in one way or another. You have to be open to the idea that maybe you're not cut out for this internet marketing thing.

Most people are not. You really have to be persistent, insistent, make big promises, over deliver and be able to stand out from the crowd.

I purchased his latest creation WebsitesOnTV.com/mytvblog and I will keep you informed on it. This will also be my last attempt on making money online. I promised that myself this time. For me the bottom line is, it's not so much about who he is but who I am. Hope this helps.

Slap The Guru

I signed up in Slap the Guru some months ago and had to leave that program. Mr. Darby canceled the monthly paying and everything was ok. I was not a long time in that program. When I contacted Mr. Darby, I got a response-sometimes some days later, but anyway got an answer from him.

I cannot say anything wrong about him.

Now I signed up in a brand new program called WebsitesonTv.com. Hope, that this one will be better than Slap the guru for me.

Be Aware Of Paul Darby

With all the various products Paul Darby has launched and the many people being unhappy, including myself, I would like to share with you another of his expensive sites that is being launched soon.

"Websitesontv" is one of his products and because of his reputation, I would stay away from it.

The idea behind it is very intriguing and could have the potential to work out well.

Nevertheless, I would sit on it for now and see whether anyone sees any truthful results.

Slap the guru experience

I bought into slap the guru at the $100 level with the promise of flooding my alertpay account with commission payments.

The inclusion of my link in his rotator ensured success.

To compliment the rotator I did quite a lot of email promotion, admittedly only using free lists.

The result, after about three weeks a nice round number easy to remember, a big fat Zero.

Before the second payment was due I decided to cut my losses and cancel any further payments.

Over the last few months I have been burnt a few times with these instant easy money schemes. Now much wiser I always use sites such as this one to check out schemes and the people behind them before committing any resources. So I guess the money which has disappeared from my bank account has to be looked upon as education fees.

Paul darby 's slap the guru. site

I purchased his site and proceeded to promote it and was informed that he would also promote it thru many rotators which he shows on his member site .. had not seen any results other than his site and a few others were growing and I wasn't getting any hits or signups. I called my upline who advised to just sit and see what happens? Finally wrote an email to paul . see here>>>>asked... Whats happening with saap the guru.. seems like the only growth is the top end. As with all the bs sites, where is the rotators working in the closet??? been tracking my site and no hits?????????.. Here is his reply... via gmail... Support, sorry if it's long.

Since Richard Taylor wants to send me

foul language and wants to be negative

and is choosing to act like a little boy

acting out instead of a gentleman please

put his emails on notice.

If you get anything else from him that

is foul or discourteous, I want you to

refuse to accept any more payments and

shut his site down when his 30 day period

is over.

And Richard, if I get even a hint of another

Foul, stinking, whining victim email from

you, I"ll block your emails.

You are going to act like a man, and show

some courtesy and have something to offer

other than your last bit of filth or you will

find yourself blocked from our sites and

servers and banned from future purchases.

So zip it up buster and put a new attitude

on or take it elsewhere.

Do I make myself clear?

You are neither going to act out with me

or my staff with that kind of behavior.

If you have reason to send an email you

can do it like a well adjusted adult who is

working to be better and offer something of

value to others.

Why you think that someone is going to

put up with your foul, nasty emails here is

beyond me.

If you care to try again, you may and you

may make some new friends, perhaps it is

a good time for you to consider just that as

it doesn't sound like what you are doing now

is working for you very well.

Paul Darby is he a scam or is he a ripoff... ?

I will start off by letting everyone know that when someone has issues with anger this is a red flag... But don't take it from Me and go ahead to purchase his system..

What I am trying to say is why would You go and do business with a persona who is likely to blow up on You for simply providing an Opinion!

Or why would You go and do business with a persona who, has just as many negative post as they have positive votes.. this is only a recipe for disaster!

Please before You get unsure here Google his name for scams and see for yourself :::

Now do You feel that this is still a few people who got it all wrong or that this guy is nothing else but a RIPOFF ARTIST ONLINE..

Good luck to all of You.. and reminder :: To Google everyone before You pay them!

Thank You

Norman Flecha

Paul Darby - stay away

I am not the only one dissatisfied with Paul Darby's marketing techniques. I joined one of his programs a few months ago and asked him for some info by email. He was quite nasty, as if I was inferior to him, the expert marketer. I wrote a letter to the help desk, directed to Paul, saying that certain things weren't working and I felt like I was being scammed for the money I was paying. Do not be duped into joining anything that Paul Darby is promoting to you, in fact, unsubscribe from ALL of his lists immediately. Stay away from him.

Won't win Mr. Congeniality

I wish I had read this thread before I signed up for his latest - Netbug. I upgraded immediately and really worked during pre-launch and immediately after launch. We were told that we would be able to view videos for enough pay to cover our monthly fee, but he didn't get things set up in time.

Every time someone complained we would all get a "snippy" email with a lot of attitude from him. I would say stay away from Mr. Darby.

Paul Darby is an arrogant jerk!

Wow. I have signed up as a free member for several of his programs over the past year and have been bombarded with spam basically telling me what an idiot I am for not upgrading into whatever program he happened to be promoting at the time. I am glad to see that I am not the only one dissatisfied with Paul Darby's marketing techniques. It seems like there are more than a few of us who feel personally insulted by Mr. Darby's tactics. I have known him best from "Netbug" and I wrote an honest review of that program earlier today. His promo emails to me were insulting and degrading. He is a first class con artist (although not a very good one.) Do not be duped into joining anything that Paul Darby is promoting to you, in fact, unsubscribe from ALL of his lists immediately.

Program Sign ups

Having little internet experience I fell into the $197 Race Ads site package. After purchase, I was told the site would only be set up after I get a GETRESPONSE account. Looked into opening account to move ahead.

More referral money for Darby. Now out $350. No helpful info on how to set it up, so I got no place. Asked repeatedly for help to complete. Nothing, left me stranded. Finally asked for refund, no way. Total loss.

If he were the last offer on the Net ...

If Paul Darby were the last guy on the Net offering an opportunity, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole!

This guy is a ripoff ... and you can prove that simply by having any kind of problem with his offer or service.

I entered a few of his "here today, gone tomorrow" programs before discovering what a "Rich Jerk" he is. For instance, I paid him $197 for an ad placement in October '06, expecting to see it up and running in a few days. I fought with him for months and months before he FINALLY placed the ad in June of the next year! Eight months of waiting!

Know why he finally did it? ... Because I threatened to broadcast his scam attitude all over the Net unless he either placed the ad I had paid $197 for, or else refund my money. He got so upset that he called and left a message on my voicemail that he was grabbing the next plane to my home town to take me on. Huh???? He said I was threatening him, his wife and his daughter's well-being.

At that time he was absolutely adamant about never giving a refund for anything he sells. As far as I know, he STILL will not give a refund. What a guy! What a businessman!

I could go on about other phone conversations and emails from him that were some of the worst slams I've ever heard. He even goes so far as to invoke God in his rantings, as if he were a good Christian or something. Believe me, I am a devoted Christian ... and Paul Darby is no Christian. Not with his attitude and manner of handling customers.

Sorry if I've stepped on any hopefuls' toes here. But I'm warning you now ... if you think your new opportunity with Paul Darby is going to bring you lots of money and success ... dream on!

Netbug

I totally agree to the fact that you can't please everyone within your downline, even those who are just starting out as an online network marketer. I hope his new product will be a big opportunity. It pays people who watch videos, it's free to join but you can also upgrade to a paid membership where you can also upload your videos promoting your products. It looks pretty good.

Jekyll and Hyde

I have had a little bit of experience with Paul Darby and it was a positive one. I'm sure that many people have issues with him and this is to be expected in every type of business and more so on the Internet as there is no real face to face contact. It can be very difficult at times to keep ones composure when dealing with someone that is upset with you, I know this first hand as I have over 125,000 members in my off-line program and yes you can't please everyone. I too have felt the anger and he went from Jekyll to Hyde. Paul is just in prelaunch with something that looks really good and I'm in and helping to get it off the ground. In a nut shell you're paid to watch video advertisements.

Hot Head!

I joined a program Paul Darby was starting called Internet University. It was a big mistake. It seemed like a front to push his affiliate buddies products. The monthly fee was really high to be a member and certain applications didn't work.

I wrote a letter to the help desk, directed to Paul, saying that certain things weren't working and I felt like I was being scammed for the money I was paying. Boy! He did not like that and really let me have it, saying I was so negative, and that he did not want me on his site, among many other hot headed comments.

I wrote back and said I was sorry, but damn to get that mad, when ripoffs do occur all the time on the net.

Great guy if you agree with everything he promotes or sells, but don't really tell him what you think, or he might go off on you TOO!

Newbie's views

I am surprised by the negative comments, but they are just a few over several years. When dealing with a multitude of people you are bound to have an ocassional problem that doesn't resolve well.

I once was trying to repair a lady's wheelchair, but found out we had received the wrong part. I carefully explained that to the lady and offered her two options until we got the right part. She seemed satisfied, although not happy with the situation. She later sent a seven page letter to my employer saying how incompetent I was. Everyone had a good laugh over it, but I can't help wondering if there were some lingering doubts among co-workers and management about my abilities.

To me Paul comes across as sincere and genuine. I will admit that signing up for his programs, at least to me, was a bit confusing. I wasn't exactly sure what I was supposed to do or if I was finished and what to do next - maybe just being new at this stuff. I have full confidence in working with him.
