Strong base  Sandi Krakowski is a wonderful author and teacher. She shows us what must be the basic things we must do in order to build our own business. If we have customers who trust and follow us, that is the best test for our future success. She teaches us not only business tips but also communication tips. Sandi shares with her readers also some practices about how to engage and inspire our customers. It is hard to do that if you have no book full of working tips. Her advices are useful because they start working first of all in your way of behaving and talking to people. This makes your base steady. And the most important thing for your starting business is a steady base. I think she is a really smart person.

Not only an author; her books really taught me a lot of internet marketing. Her views at internet marketing is really valuable and rare to find on the internet.
