Amember is an excellent membership program for the money  We have used Amember at our non-profit site for years. We have found their support to be excellent. They work out of the Europe time zone and hence you may have to wait 24 hours for a response. Great value for the money, and a very well-written program (I myself am a senior software engineer for Micron Corp).

Another scam  This product is useless, dont buy it, you wont gain anything from it. I bought it and I regret doing so, and it's support is so bad, you have to wait a lot. It is full of bugs and errors, and it is too complex, and also just like I said it is USELESS, you can find similar software for free.

Good, but still needs some work I agree with one of the other reviewers about support, it's not very good. If you have a question it takes 24 hours at least to get an answer which is really hard when you are setting up a site. When they answered they did not really answer very well so had to ask again and wait another 24 hours. They also do not support all the affiliate software systems out there, I wish the integrated with the one I wanted to use. |

Top Notch Product and Customer Service I've used aMember Pro on several different membership sites and even on one site that was not a membership site... just for easy and secure product delivery. When I first started using it, years ago, it was a little too complex... kind of a pain. But it has come a long way and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It's by far the most affordable and well-built membership platforms out there and the customer support is amazingly fast and helpful. |

Software is okay, but  ... holy crap, when I needed support they were no where to be found. I ended up having to use the community forums for EVERYTHING. I said enough, invested in another product (Member Guardian) after considering some others. Turned out great: better product, better support. Be weary of these non-US companies. The support just isn't there. |

This product does the job I like this product a lot. I used it on my last website and it was easy to work with. Lots of plugins so you can use it how you like. The affiliate manager which was built in was not all that great, it worked but did not really deliver. I decided to plugin with JAM affiliate software instead.
