This e-book covers a variety of free ways to generate downlines and opt-in lists quickly and effectively, using various avenues of promotion.

Mike Dillard claims to be an expert on making money through network marketing opportunities, and it looks like he can provide the statistics to back that up. He is, without question, a successful internet marketer and network marketer. In his e-book, Building on a Budget, he promises to show you 5 effective ways to do what is needed to succeed with network marketing, which is building downlines.

Dillard claims that by using the techniques that he explains in Building on a Budget, you can generate up to 50 leads per day for your network marketing programs, which is quite a big claim. He also promises that you can do this for free. The methods that he lays out in his e-book for gaining leads include such things as blogging and video marketing.

None of the methods that Dillard reveals for lead generation in Building on a Budget are new; though they may be new to people who are just beginning in the network marketing or internet marketing world. Even those who’ve used these methods, however, might be able to benefit from the guidance that Dillard provides on how to use these techniques in the most effective manner.

Critics of Building on a Budget claim that the techniques revealed in the e-book don’t cover every way to build downlines for your network marketing businesses, nor are they necessarily the best ways. The e-book, however, wasn’t created to give everyone all the information, just good, solid information on a few different—and free—downline-building methods.
