I requested a refund, first time ever  The promotional videos leading up to my purchase in August 2012 was very promising. I bought the $43 product plus the one time offers for unlimited cash codes and 50 niche websites ($235 total)I never got to test the product as I was unable to obtain access to the 50 niche website products. After giving it a few days, I contacted the support helpdesk by logging a call. Support was outsourced and they had no idea what I was talking about, just thought it was a login problem. After one week trying to explain the issue, I simply gave up and asked for my money back. Another negative was the constant, daily emails for other products, even after I cancelled. A positive is that I was instantly refunded, no issue there. It is a pity that what could have been a great opportunity was spoiled for me by possibly a glitch and a very poor support function. You may have a much better experience. |
